Just stayed at the Dukeries Hotel and never again. I stayed for 4 nights and the people running this are well out of their depth. No breakfast any morning, my room wasn't cleaned once and when I asked if I could have some clean towels I was told they didn't have any.

It was an amazing stay, friendly staff and I would reccomend to anyone looking to visit Blackpool.

Would recommend this hotel very nice manager and staff very good.

3 star review for a 3 star hotel. 1 thing you need in a hotel regardless of its rating is a good sleep. Well the mattress was probably the oldest lumpy thing in Blackpool and believe me I saw lots of old lumpy things in Blackpool. It is what it is its not luxury or comfortable.

A wonderful place to be during a magic convention, staff vers helpfull, very friendly we back in 2019 for the next convention :)

Good location sheets white. Pillows we had were dirty sweat stained, after asking for them to be changed they put covers on them and gave them back to us saying they were new ones, shower dirty and damaged. the male owner very rude and not hospitable. Other staff members were approachable. The carpets never vacuumed. Toilet in reception is a health hazard disgrace. Can understand hotel being tiered BUT cleanliness should be a basic. Number 10 room has a deep crack in shower base along with mould and filth on shower head, should never be in use. I would not recommend this hotel. Sad to give this review,

Excellent location, the staff were very friendly, prices were reasonable in the bar, the room was clean, I would recommend it to Everyone.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at all staff are friendly and inviting and talks to people.

It was proper good as it had a pool table and the host gimmied loads of sprite. Took him 6hrs to arrive though.

We were given a room on the third floor — once we got to it, we found that there was a moth infestation and the room wasn't very clean — there was still lots of bits on the floor from previous guests including lots of confetti. We tried two different rooms before booking in at the Metropole which was a much more pleasant experience.

Really cozy room, very clean, good breakfast. Brilliant north blackpool location, only a few minutes from the tower and shopping area.

The location is great as well as the staff they are great and very friendly. I would definately go there again!

Room was quite small (37) but couldn't really fault the place as a whole.

Spent two days for a short break the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was spot on and the staff were great all you want when you stay at Blackpool t.

I stayed at the bed and breakfast if that's what you call it, the room carpets were so filthy would of been cleaner sleeping outside on the pavement, my daughter walked bare foot and her feet went black. They charge for car parking and take your keys, they moved my car and scratched the back of it, they said that it wasn't there responsibilty. The service and the attitude of the owners is very disrespectful, they shouldn't be running a bed and breakfast, They should be running a monkey show or circus. The funny thing is we stayed there about a year ago and there was disruption at night and someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night, they said come back and we want to make it up to you, and when we went back it was even worse… AVOID AT ALL.

We have just spent a week at The Dukeries in Blackpool. The hotel has the ideal location right in the town centre and just a few minutes walk to the promenade. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the food excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in bar in the evenings whilst the kids entertained themselves playing pool. We will definitely be coming back.

Just back from a great time in sunny (yes! ) Blackpool and had a lovely stay at a good old family run hotel, 5 minutes from the tower and beaches, comfortable re-furbished rooms, and friendly staff who made us feel right at home! Food was good and a bar handy for regular cold drinks and that essential nightcap. Kids enjoyed freedom of the place and coke on tap! Parking not great but who needs a car when you are already in the middle of it all! Would recommend a stay.

What a mistake we made staying here. We stayed here because it was close to the city centre. But to be honest I would prefer to walk ten miles everyday than rather stay here again. No wonder they choose not to have a star rating. They would have to spend money to improve the place. Heaven forbid. If you choose to ignore this review just make sure you do not stay in room 40. What a tip! The room is so small and run down, the shower was like a trickle of COLD water, black mould on the ceiling. The staff are very unhelpful, no point in trying to talk them they will just ignore you. The only time they want to talk to you is when you pay them. We did not make it for breakfast or have a drink in the bar. So can not comment on that. The parking is a nightmare. I would try and find a cheap car park somewhere. Overall this was a very bead experience and would never go back.
