Had a fantastic stay, the hotel is so lovely, they have thought of absolutely everything you will need.
It’s so clean and they are very friendly!

Stayed during the week for my sons first holiday and we had an absolute ball. Sharon and doug were extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Rooms were immaculate and the food was outstanding. We are already looking forward to go back. Thank you Sharon and Doug for a brilliant stay, see use soon.

We had a great weekend in Blackpool and this hotel made it even better! the owners where so friendly and accommodating, we will definitely stay here again! It was spotlessly clean and central to the buzz, plus the breakfast was beautiful! definitely recommend the carlton!

So we got back from our hoilday yesterday and we are so gutted we couldnt stay longer. Sharon and Doug were so welcoming and friendly, very nice, lovely people and made my 3 year old to feel like he was at home. The rooms are very clean and smelt amazing. The breakfast was beautiful, my son being a fussy eater only eats yoghurts and I noticed the fridge was full each morning of different favours of yoghurts which my little boy loved. We had a lovely week here thank you Sharon and Doug for a lovely time. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending you to friends and family x.

Excellent location, friendly staff and the Breakfast was lovely. My two year old has a lactose intolerance and they catered with very short notice. Thank you for a lovely stay, Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Couldn't recommend the place enough. Sharon and Doug make you feel very welcome. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out, and equipped with all the essentials. Definitely going to be visiting again.

Me and my daughter stayed here for the weekend and I can’t fault it. The rooms are lovely, clean and the bed was so comfortable. It smells amazing too and the price was affordable and exceeded my expectations. The lady and her partner are really welcoming and we’ll defiantly be returning. 10/10

We stopped the night with a 4 year old and 1 year old they provided the cot for youngest and even bedding. The owners was so welcoming … room was very spacious shower was amazing and food was even better both for adults and children my daughter enjoyed getting what she wanted.

Stayed here again last night, love the clean, environment, friendly owners, fresh breakfast will be staying again later this year xxxxxxxx.

Lovely welcome again from Sharon and Doug, this is the second time I have stayed here with my daughter and my sister. Lovely spacious and comfy family room, lovely little personal touches. Beautiful breakfast, cooked as requested. Cant recommend this lovely family run hotel enough… see you next year.

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights in there family room.
The room was perfect for us, it was very clean, nicley decorated and set out well with plenty of space for my 2 year old to play, the beds were comfy and pillows were not hard. Sharon and Doug were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel like we had known them for years.
The Breakfast was lovely with diffrent options avaliable for everyone.
We would recommend The Carlton to anyone with a family and we will be stopping there again.

We love this hotel. It’s family friendly and we’re always made to feel soooo welcome. The beds are really comfy, rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts are well thought out for adults and young children. Close to town yet quiet. We will be back again. Thank you.

The wife and I book here ever time we go to see a show in Blackpool. Its cheap friendly, clean and cook a lovely full English. Highly recommend. Only two minutes from the winter gardens.

Stayed for the Summer Bash room was really great staff was very friendly overall had a fantastic stay would definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friends.

This is a very well run hotel the location is great, but more importantly Doug & Sharon who run it are warm friendly people, this is a must stay choice if your in Blackpool.

Just been in with a group for Afternoon Tea (booking required) — it was delicious! Fresh and lots of variety. Nothing too much trouble for the lovely staff either. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Highly recommend.

Just home from a lovely few days away with my kids. And the hotel was just brilliant from start to finish. Owners were very friendly and accommodated my daughters allergies when it came to breakfast time. Room was beautiful and clean.

The location of the Hotel to everything g could t have been better. The rooms were clean and beds and pillows super comfy and the Breakfast was great too. We had two rooms for a Dance Comp for two nights and the owners were so accommodating they let us come and go and keep the room until after the comp was finished. We loved the location and the owner’s were so friendly, we’ve booked already booked again for our next competition in July!

Our third stay here, it's like coming back to see friends. Lovely warm welcome, clean and comfortable room every time. Great breakfast. Well positioned for everything you want to do. All at a great price too… no doubt we'll be back.

Me and my family stayed last weekend we all had a really good time the rooms were lovely and cosy the hosts were friendly and welcoming the breakfast was really nice would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed 2 nights at The Carlton, in fairness the rooms were clean, but the rooms and double beds were tiny! The shower was next to useless, the towels weren't the best and there was a strange smell emanating from the corner of the room. Breakfast was nice, but miserly with portion size; however, the reason for the poor review was the phone call from Doug when we were halfway down the M6 to say we had left with one of the room keys. I apologised and promised to post them first class that afternoon, but this was unacceptable and Doug (rather aggressively) insisted that he unless he had the keys back within 10 minutes, he would charge the card on file £25.00. I attempted to ask him not to charge the card on file, but to charge my card instead — but before I could finish the sentence, was interrupted and told threateningly "Oh, I can sweetheart! " … and then he promptly hung up the phone! My advice is number 1 — I am not your sweetheart and number 2 — I think that in future you should leave all customer contact and service issues to your lovely wife, Sharon, as you obviously suck at it!

17 of us stayed here for my hen weekend and it was brilliant! Absolutely spotless and very modern, fab breakfast in the morning too! Great location for bars, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the Tower! Will defo be back to stay here and I think a few others will be also!

The Carlton is absolutely lovely. Myself and My Partner have just come back home from there this afternoon. The room was beautiful, very clean and fresh. Theres loads of selection for breakfast too. The staff were absolutely Fantastic! Really couldn't have asked for any better. We will definitely be back. Very highly Recommended.

I come to Blackpool twice a year and always stay here great wee place and made to feel at home would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Blackpool close to shops and you have everything you need close by.

Stayed here with my partner and 2 children last night, we stayed in the family room and was over the moon! The bedroom was spotless and very well decorated. Could not fault this place from start to finish. I really hope the owners of this business are proud of what they have achieved here, I will certainly be telling friends and family of your place. Great value for money, beautiful cooked breakfast and fab location. What more could we ask for? We can't wait to book again.

Nice hotel very nice owners Sharon and Doug very nice food. Think their should be more full English for guests. But a lot of stairs for elderly guest's rooms nice and warm with en. Suites and tea and coffee. Really enjoyed my stay thanks Sharon and Doug. Would stay again.

Just got back from a night stay at this hotel and we couldnt have wished for a better stay. A friendly warm welcome as we arrived, taken up to our room (even tho we was at the top). As it is so close to everything it's still so quiet at night so we all got a good sleep in the comfortable beds and clean room's. The morning breakfast was lovley everything you need to set u up for the day. A perfect location for kids for not having to walk miles to get back to the hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very lovely and friendly place to stay… welcoming, anything we needed they gave us… beautiful breakfast… when we was cold first night they gave us 2nd quilt each and made sure we were warm for rest of stay. I would stay here again and do recommend this place.

My family booked for a week when arrived for check in had to wait 45 mins to gain entry as owners were feeding dogs. Soon as entered the building ur hit by stale damp smell quite revolting. When shown rooms ect they were filthy cups and spoons were disgusting there was blood spats on covers the place was more like a homeless hostel. When we tried to get refund owners put a code on card reader so manegement could not give refund so my family after travelling all day had to go and find other accommodation at 8 at night and pay the cost ourselfs be aware this hotel makes benefits Britain looks posh.

Lovely hotel. We stayed for a night and we couldn't fault anything. The room was great and the host was very nice. Anything we wanted he was fantastic. Would definitely have the full English again. I would go back as the location is perfect for the central pier.

A nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Room was a bit cold despite heating being set to full but we had a nice nights sleep regardless.

Stayed at the carlton every year for 3years, when we have our yearly girly day \ night in blackpool. It is a very welcoming, clean, tidy hotel with the perfect breakfast everything you need when your away from home. Looking forward to this years stay in june.

Having stayed in many of Blackpool hotels over the last few years this has to be the best. The standard of bedrooms was excellent, spotless, roomy and of course all en-suite. The breakfast was a herty full english. Craig and his staff were welcoming and made me and my wifes stay comfortable. 100 % Thank you.
