The breakfast are amazing we just stayed for 2 nights was a lovely extremely clean and very friendly welcoming owners Kalpana and Joseph. Both me and hubby are disabled so the accessible room is fantastic. We will not be staying anywhere else in Blackpool. Thanks for a fantastic stay xxx.

Family run and they are so friendly will fo out of there way to help rooms are lovely and clean we had our own parking bay and was only minutes onto town and promenade.

Hospitality perfect, very pleasant and in walking distance from everything, definitely stay here again.

We have had the most amazing stay at the address the staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend to all. And we will definitely stay here again if and when we return and they also cater for disabled wheelchair users to and gluten free aswell which was a bonus for us to… thanks again from the pryor family from Chesterfield thank you x.

Stayed 10/10/20 to 11/10/20 Brilliant service we arrived early was able to check in as room was ready staff was very helpful offered us drinks for the child every time we entered when u check in u got a breakfast menu to fill in for each person and it was all high quality and delicious we will definitely be booking up here for the next trip to Blackpool with the rest of the family hopefully covid will not be here this time thanks to the two staff who run this B&B they were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming.

Just had 2 nights here. Very friendly staff, lovely and clean rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious. All in all a lovely place to stay. Will definitely be back.

We had the family room, it was spacious, clean, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits (the teenagers enjoyed those). Breakfast was superb! Loved the idea of choosing as you arrived what you wanted. Pancakes was the perfect option for the kids. Prime location, only a 5 min walk to all the attractions. Everyone was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Beware. Fraudulent use of my card details. Collected money without my authority. Stay somewhere else where your card details are safe. Avoid.

This is the perfect B & B, rooms were spotless and a good layout and size. Breakfast menu is fabulous and the staff are very warm and friendly. Will definitely return.

Well worth booking up there the owners are very attentive, it is very clean and the breakfasts are brilliant. We will be going there again.

It is a very well presented place you are treated with respect they will do what ever you ask no problems for them. There very friendly they treat you like royalty and the breakfast is first class.

A bed & breakfast very cosy, clean and with all amenities. The marriage that runs it are very friendly and strive for customer satisfaction. The breakfasts were spectacular (inside of which are English style). I choose the address every time I go to blackpool.

Had a lovely stay and made to feel so welcome. The room adapted for disabled was perfect for my mum and she felt right at home. Will be going back again soon.

We stayed at the Address for the bank holiday week end, May28-30 May, and was surprised by how true the reviews was about the Address, Joseph &Kalpana was very good host, it was a pleasure to stay there, the room was very clean the breakfast was very filling and tasteful, always asking if you wanted any more very kind of them, would recommend the Address to anybody who wished to stay there, will be going back there without a doubt. We stayed at the address hotel for two nights would have stayed longer. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, we had help with bags to our very clean and comfortable room then we were treated to drinks and cake. Breakfast was cooked just the way we like it and the evening meal we had was out of this world. We will defiently stay here again.
