Fantastic place to stay. Great atmosphere, great service and staff second to none. Not the cheapest but by far the best place to stay in Blackpool. Worth every penny.

Great friendly welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The area was quiet, for a brilliant night's sleep on the most comfy beds.
The good was brilliant and well presented. I will definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to all.

Just heading home after a fantastic four day break. Very grateful to all the staff for your super service/hospitality. See you next year.

Wow what a great welcome earlier today. So friendly inviting and informative. Night staff equally friendly. Room we are in is typically boutique but not overstated. Cleanliness faultless. So on first day experience I would highly recommend definitely 5 star for Blackpool. Here’s hoping breakfast lives up to today’s standards.

The Food was fabulous definitely 5* enjoyed a wide choice of breakfast items and my dinner was divine had the steak and can definitely say it was the best steak I have ever eaten

Can't fault this hotel in any way. Friendly helpful staff. Very well set out for social distancing. Beautiful room with sea view balcony whirl pool bath and power shower with bathroom tv. Very clean and a breakfast to die for. Situated in a quiet almost residential part of Blackpool near the pleasure beach but not a problem as the tram station is only 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

We had a 2 day stay and my daughters wedding there. The staff went above and beyond for us and we had a lovely time. The wedding was amazing and it’s an occasion we won’t forget.

Last night this wonderful hotel hosted our annual Christmas Party for 17 people. I can not recommend this venue enough. It is a beautifully presented hotel with tastefully chosen decor. The food, the staff and the ambience were all exceptional. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left we were all looked so well. If you are looking for a venue for any kind of event please consider this hotel You will not be disappointed. Definitely 5 star!

Amazing place stayed here in June we had a room sea view and even TVs and a whirlpool bath seperate shower in the bathroom amazing breakfast what a place one of the best in Blackpool.

We had our wedding reception here yesterday on Valentine’s Day, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Mark and the staff went out of their way to make us all feel welcome, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the buffet was first class. We even had Granada Reports there filming us cutting the cake! Everyone said how lovely the food was, thankyou Mark and Claire for making our special day even more special ♥️

Always a great stay and enjoyable banter with staff oh and exceptional food.

The rooms were lovely and spacious. I didn't stay over, but went into a range of rooms when I was there because I knew the guests. The only downside for the hotel is that they made their drink prices expensive. A single rum and coke is £5 which isn't standard Blackpool prices. Either way, a lovely hotel and a very relaxed atmosphere, but wouldn't recommend drinking there.

Our two day stay at Blackpool was made memorable by Number One South Beach hotel.
Such a warm, friendly and courteous staff, they went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable.
Rooms are cosy and the ones with an attached balcony, give a splendid view with fresh breeze throughout the day. They have a policy of no food wastage and take down your meal order an evening before and serve you fresh. We had an early morning departure and they packed the breakfast on the go for us. Smallest of gestures by their courteous staff were quite overwhelming. Indeed a great stay!

Thank you Janet and Graham for a wonderful stay. This is a spotlessly clean hotel with a Jacuzzi and the T. V in the bathroom is to die for. The breakfast is filling and freshly cooked, 11 items on your plate if you want it plus cereal, fruit and toast and jam there is a very good choice mmm. Highly recommended.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Staff were lovely, decor was gorgeous and very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were amazing, TV in the bathroom!

The hotel made our family comfortable and looked after us well including the small baby with us. Good night had by all.

The most fantastic hotel in Blackpool. Nothing at all was wrong with this wonderful hotel. Staff friendly n helpful. The owner just wonderful. So helpful. Offers to take us too our destination wen going out. Offered too cook us breakfast later than the normal time because 9am was too early fir us too eat. Advised us where too eat and was the most fantastic experience we've had in a long time.

The Number One South Beach Hotel has the best beds and the best breakfasts! We stayed here for a family wedding and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed having chats with them at breakfast and when we came in from our days out. The room was fantastic. The bed really was amazing. We loved getting DVDs to watch before bedtime and the whirlpool bath!

Firstly Wow!
We visited Number one south beach to check out the rooms for our wedding stay in a couple of months time. Mark was extremely welcoming, and came in on his day off to show us around all the rooms. Before we left we also viewed the bar/eating facilities and have now booked our whole wedding party meal and evening at the hotel and ended up staying last night.
The rooms decor was fantastic and spotless and very modern, the room size was great. The bed was so comfy I even checked the mattress make! Sofa, Tv, DVD (with dvds) a massive bonus. Jacuzzi bath with TV very relaxing, and large walk in shower.
Having breakfast pre-booked was a plus, (we were a little late down as the lie in was too tempting)
The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and ALL staff were very chatty, friendly and helpful! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Fabulous place, we went for a Christmas dinner party and as always the staff were on hand and helpful. The food was excellent and the service exemplary. I can't comment on the rooms, but if you're looking for somewhere to host a company event, this is it!

I loved this place. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and I'd rate this as one of the best. Great customer service. Clean. Loads of amenities. A personal touch. It was like visiting long lost friends. Can't rate it 10, but I would if I could.

Stayed in the hotel last night for a valentines treat … the place was buzzing with lovely people… mark the chef was chatting with the guests which is nice to see. The food was amazing … the staff were all incredibly friendly and worked hard to make our evening perfect … will definitely visit again …

April 2015 We stayed in this B&B in April 2015 and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the great service remained our entire stay. We stayed in the 'Decadence' room which was on the top level and had a little balcony with ocean views. The room itself was beautiful with a giant bed and modern bathroom with spa bath. Blackpool may not be the best destination in the world but it's a place you have to see and when you do I recommend you stay here to make your stay the best it can be.

Came here in May 2013 for my partners 30th birthday, gorgeous hotel, amazing restaurant. Enjoyed every minute.
