Great stay at Marston Villa Blackpool for May bank holiday weekend. Clean rooms and a central location. Only a short walk to the Centre. We were a large group who hired the whole place to our selves which was a perfect base for us. Reasonably priced and highly recommended. Hope to return next year.

We have just returned from hiring the whole place for the weekend in a large group. It was the perfect base for us, in a great central but quiet location. Great space for groups. We had no major issues, the place was clean and well equipped. The only thing we observed was our room had bottled water which didn't look very fresh so maybe these bottles need better washed out and refilled each time. Very minor detail. Showers took a few minutes to warm up but to be expected when a large group are all using showers at similiar times. Great communication from the owners who I believe would have been there in a hurry had their been any problems. Will be back, thanks!

This is a great house in a great location, well equipped and hosts are very responsive if you have any issues.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are a large party looking for a comfortable home from home :)

Unfortunately, I did not get to stay at this hotel. In spite of confirming the reservation and arriving between the agreed times, there was no reply on the telephone and no one to receive us. I waited forty minutes before cancelling the booking and spent 3 hours looking for alternative accommodation. Now the proprietor is refusing to refund my deposit and court proceedings are pending.

Absolutely faultless! Clean, comfy and the hosts were so welcoming. Definitely a returning customer and a place to recommend to family and friends.

Great BnB. Stayed here with a group of friends it was lovely relaxed weekend. Its spotlessly clean and well equipped. Quiet location. Close to Tower and beach. We all enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I have stopped at the Marston House and I will not stop anywhere else in Blackpool! The beds are so comfy and the breakfast is really nice. Margie and Brian and lovely hosts making the whole experience very enjoyable! TV and DVD player in my room and en-suite both an added bonus! It was a really nice weekend away for myself and my girlfriend. Also not to forget It is seconds away from the town and all shops! Will be visiting again very soon! Both rooms I have stopped in have en-suites and both decorated to a very high standard Stayed October 2012, travelled with family.

Stayed here for 5 weeks as I had a university placement at a local health centre. It was a great location as it was a 5 minute walk from the station and a couple of minutes away from all the shops. The owners, Margie and Brian, made me feel so welcome and were always there if I needed anything at all. Would definately recommend as there was a lovely welcoming atmosphere and I really enjoyed my stay! :)

This year was our second time staying at Marston House for Rebellion Festival and it was even better than last year. We doubt you could find a friendlier welcome in Blackpool. Lovely clean and comfortable en-suite rooms, flexible and accommodating hosts and — new this year — black pudding option at breakfast! Vegetarians still welcome though! The ultimate Blackpool B&B experience in every sense of the word. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.
