Beautiful theatre had a lovely evening would highly recommend.

I went along to the Winter Gardens in person today to register three people on their Accessibility register and buy tickets. I was appalled to discover that the register had been put on hold with a management review being undertaken. I was also told that there was no time scale for this review. I haven’t experienced anywhere that does not give either free or discounted carers tickets for those with proof of their disability needs. In future I will stick to attending Blackpool Grand Theatre who can not do enough to help those who need extra support to enjoy a trip to the theatre.

Was looked after by staff as unfortunately the lift to our balcony seats was out of order, there were far too many steps for me but we got allocated seats in the stalls area, a great view of the stage and a good nights entertainment.

I really enjoy going to Winter Gardens Blackpool, they put on some good shows, seating is comfy and FOH staff are great. Customer services aren’t brilliant though, they don’t answer phone calls or emails and don’t follow through on what they agreed to.

Lovely spacious, clean and bright venue. My daughter danced there and we really enjoyed it! First time coming and look forward to going back!

We went to see Elf last night, absolutely fantastic! Excellent show, great entertainment the whole family really enjoyed it, an absolute must see!

I have really enjoyed several shows this year. Every one was on their feet clapping and cheering each time.

We had an Afternoon tea here, and although the food was lovely, the staff were very unattentive and when we wanted a hot drink top up we were told we would have to pay. Very disappointed.

So you change peoples tickets to another night so you can socially distance people and then sit my wife and niece with 4 strangers because you claim it's rule of six. All not wearing masks because you're seated. That's discraceful and very irresponsible. Thats me never coming to the winter gardens again. Shameful behaviour. 🤬

Went to see in the night garden. The company we had booked with hadn't sent our new tickets… we ended up late due to traffic and then It was a struggle to find an entrance. I thought I'd been conned for my tickets. When we finally found the entrance we went to the box office and the service from then onwards was amazing. The lady helped calm me down and sorted our tickets for the next show and when we were in the staff were truly fantastic. Couldn't fault them. The show was great to see and my little boy couldn't take his eyes off even though he was due a nap. Hopefully we can now take him to more.

I am absolutely disgusted by your cruel pigeon cull. I have just seen a pigeon that has been shot and suffered terribly. Shame on you.

We visited the cafe at winter gardens last weekend for lunch. Tasty homemade soup, sandwiches packed with fillings, tea and individually wrapped cakes. Track and trace and temp checks in place. Super clean and safe and great service. Well done Winter Gardens.

I have just been to watch The New Mutants at the Winter Gardens and they have a great set up. Really is amazing to sit in the theatre and watch a movie in there. Great atmosphere and a great way for them to try and rebuild during this difficult time. I would recommend going to watch a film there if you get the chance it is a fab experience. Well done to the staff as well for keeping everyone safe.

Great venue but why are audiences so badly behaved and why do staff do nothing about it? Standing up in the front row blocking every ones view or talking, they won't stay off their phones and trooping out to the toilet or bar. So ignorant and selfish.

Went seeing peter pan we really enjoyed it allthough I was unsure about my special needs don at first he had enough toward end but we would defo recommend peter pan.

Went to see the Australian pink floyd last night in your beautiful building had a fantastic night ate in the Gourmet burger bar burgers were really good value and would recommend them for pre show food and drink.
