It was great trip at a great place.
The hotel service is 5 star for me. Very clean, the room and all public area were very clean and sanitized regularly and that is very important nowadays.
The breakfast was tasty, a good choice of different kind of food.
Pancakes and crepes are finger licking good.
The coffee was like in Rome, super good.
Mr Petkov on the reception can speak also Russian, which is very helpful. Very nice young gentleman, always smiling and ready to give a tip on local areas.
I'm very satisfied with my stay in the hotel, and highly recommend it.
Also, the hotel is close to the beach, heart of the town.

Nice rooms, the shower was lovely and hot, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice, would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a good quiet night sleep. Also great location.

It was a nice clean pleasant B&B great breakfast.

My husband booked for us to go this weekend 28th-29th July 2018 he booked it 2 weeks ago he emailed them to ask if we could drop our bags there earlier as we couldn't book in till 2 we had email back saying we couldn't no longer have room as there was problem with the room. If my husband hadn't of contacted them we would not have known not very good!

A nice, cheap hotel. Located very close to city centre and sea front. Only gripe is the room is quite small for 2 people.

The customer service has gone completely down hill in a short space of time, the new owners are complete rip offs you phone to confirm a booking a week before and they say everything is fine then on the day your rooms are booked out to other people our group of 15 was left without a room for the night and the owners was no help at all and then they refuse to refund or claimed they don’t have your money Only with being persistent for 3hrs that we finely get our money back. Later on in the night we find out that we was not the only ones that had been left without a room Advice to anyone is don’t pre book and pay as they will only rip you off.

Location fantastic! Owners Lee, funny with great banter and lovely Michelle can’t do enough for you, staff Sandy and Amy everyone is so hardworking, pleasant, courteous and very patient with us a family of 5 adults and a 4 month old baby. Breakfasts are fantastic and so plentiful!
After coming to Blackpool for many years I will always staff at Chaplins from now on! Thank you Lee, Michelle and Sandy. You are all so fantastic!

Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff and a hearty breakfast making this a excellent value hotel. Beds comfortable and room was warm on a very cold day.

Our 1st visit to Chaplins and definitely not our last Great Hotel close to town centre. Great owners and friendly staff we were made to feel very welcome spotless rooms, great breakfast we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely perfect! From the first welcome to the final handshake, the service was impeccable, warm, kind and genuine, excellent rooms, clean, tidy, spacious, so close to the sea front and the main strip yet no noise at all. Facilities were spot on, Wi-Fi code on entry. Above and beyond breakfast, fresh and tasty cooked quickly and refreshed toast and sides. Wonderful for my partner our 2small children and myself! Would recommend to anyone, the value for money is fantastic! Thanks so much! See you soon!

We came here Tues 15th Aug 2017. Got to say we will deffo be back. Lovely clean hotel. Bedroom was great. Really enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing view of the tower from our room. 10/10 for breakfast! Hotel run by a lovely couple. I recommend this hotel to every one u won't be disappointed. Hotel location is great room was nice but if you want to chill in your room its hard to watch TV as its too small to watch from ypur bed breakfast was nice overall a nice place to stay.

Went last week with my family, the beds were comfy, the breakfasts were good, pity about the weather, went to the tower circus, sealife, thanks to Michelle and Lee,

Smaller hotel with great atmosphere very close to the Wintergardens, staff happy to help, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast.

Great wee place to stay lovely owners would return to this place when coming back to Blackpool would recommend it.

We've been coming to Chaplins for quite a few years now and for us it's always the best place stay, Lee and Michelle are the most loveliest people to stay with so warm and friendly and always ready to make your stay comfortable, the rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfy, the breakfast in the morning is wonderfully cooked and so filling you could skip lunch, the hotel is so close to the amenities you really couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Blackpool.

Michelle and Lee are amazing xxxxx.

What a great place. The location is fantastic add it is so close to the town centre. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is excellent. A great little bed and breakfast.
