Lovely weekend for our large family group, several rooms booked, all were together, which makes a difference when the children can go between rooms. lovely staff lovely food, try a pizza when you are in the bar, nommy Rooms warm, clean and a super comfy bed.

Just returned home from a 3 night stay, food was spot on, evening entertainment was good and the kids loved it (the free popcorn helped) 👍 + bingo too! great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the seafront, easy parking and friendly staff. Will 100% be back again 5 star ⭐️

What a brilliant venue! Honestly could not recommend the Carousel Hotel enough. Tonight we held our Year 6 Leavers party here and what can I say, the staff have been amazing from start to finish. We had the most fantastic time. Would like to say a special thank you to Rik, Gemma, Carmen, Rachel, Dom for all your help and all the other staff that have helped ☺️ also a huge thank you to Wayne the DJ who was absolutely brilliant, he had us all dancing and singing all night long. The service, communication and support with planning has been phenomenal ⭐️

Just home after spending 4 nights here. Brilliant hotel, reception staff very helpful. Wayne was fab. Service in dining room a little poor the last 2 nights. Food was brilliant.

From entering in felt a warm homely atmosphere. Staff helpful friendly fantastic. Spotlessly clean room was great food great menus perfectly cooked. Entertainment brilliant especially Wayne a great host. Thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel. Thanks to all Adrina & Alan Price (Llandudno)

The carousel Hotel lovely hotel staff went far and behond throughout our week's visit. Even sorted birthday cake out for our son. Staff so helpfull and cheerful and hotel spotless and food beautiful. We had our Covid wedding here on 20.09.2020. What can I say, it was the most amazing, perfect day. Derek and the staff team went above and beyond to ensure our day went ahead without a glitch. It was perfect in every way. I just can’t thank you all enough. The attention to detail, patience, kindness, work ethic, food, bar service, DJ, everything was amazing. Derek, Zara, Rick and Wayne and all the staff involved, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys are the best!

In hotel just now staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is spotless and very roomy One word fab.

Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly staff and virtually all customers are return visitors many times over which says everything. Our first time but won't be our last. Found a real gem.

Over priced drinks in the bar staff pleasant the rooms are Very warm been there twice now won't be doing a third.

Stayed last week for long weekend, room was comfortable and clean staff were great. Unfortunately I left items in the room. When I emailed hotel they posted items to my home address. Excellent customer service thank you again.

Absolutely fantastic day. From start to finish. All the staff was fabulous but a massive shout out to Zara who does a absolutely wonderful job of making sure the whole day runs smoothly. She goes above and beyond what is asked so thank you to all of you who made my brothers wedding day fantastic.

Where do I start? Absolutely fantastic hotel. The food was absolutely gorgeous and was pleased to know is made from scratch. The staff are very helpful, kind and courteous. And the rooms are good too. Entertainment shows on for the kids too. Will 100% have a return stay.

The best £39 I have ever spent, fantastic dolly tribute, lovely clean hotel and the 3 course meal was great.

We stayed here last weekend, absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were brilliant, sorry, I didn't get the names of the guys that served us on Saturday night, Derek served us on Sunday, really friendly and took time to talk to the kids.
The food is amazing, I can highly recommend the tower burger, tasted lovely and actually handmade.
The only thing that let the meal down was the coffee, please get decent coffee in!
We will most definitely be back.

Okay so up front my expectations of a wedding in Blackpool were not great but what a surprise this place was. The rooms are functional with everything you need and the room we had looked like it had been refurbished within the last year. It was not very big and maybe a bit cramped with kids in there as well and the shower cubicle is a case of design before function. However this place has one great aspect and it is the staff. From the old handyman to night porter's, waiters and most importantly the kitchen staff. On a package wedding in Blackpool I was expecting the worst and was really surprised. Although I never ventured into the kitchen they seem to have someone in there adverse to microwaves who can actually cook. I think all their quiches were homemade and items like chicken nuggets for kids were real chicken breast. Even breakfast although not an expansive choice was made up of quality bacon and tasty sausages. This is not a five star hotel but their prices are not five star either so it is fair value for money. One little side point is don't let it's location put you off as there is a tram stop directly across from the hotel.

We visited here loads of times plenty of choice for breakfast there meals are delicious too. A very welcoming warm clean hotel. All staff attentive and friendly the lifts are useful. Very clean very tidy couldn't 'recommend anywhere better. Beds are comfortable and all rooms well equipped we will deffo be back again.

We had a family room which consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed. Staff were great and the hotel is in walking distance of the pleasure beach. Also has a tram stop right outside so it's easy to get the team up to the tower. (Only remembered to take a picture after the beds were slept in). Oh it also does good food in the cafe. We had an evening meal in there and breakfast was lovely too.

Went for a tribute night, which was an absolute bargain as it included the room, a 3 course meal and breakfast… to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be great as we've stayed in several hotels in Blackpool over the years and they really are hit & miss, but, I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a great little hotel, a 5 minute walk after the Pleasure Beach. Lovely quiet area, but still on the front. Rooms are very clean, hotel nice, staff really friendly & helpful. Oh, & the food was delicious! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Brilliant hotel. Close to the Pleasure Beach and Water Park. Tram stops right outside so ease for hopping on and off with a week pass. Great entertainment for all the family. Lovely views. Close to local shops and takeaways with a short walk from hotel. This is the 2nd time we have booked with the Carousel hotel and it caters for families as it has a games room for the kids which different games and consoles can be hired for as long as they want with a refundable deposit. Fabulous!

Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The Hotel itself was very clean and rooms were spacious. Entertainment each evening catered for the wide variety of people their. Would definitely go back and recommend it highly.

Lovely hotel in a generally quite part of Blackpool, rooms are clean but the beds could do with updating and I was on the top floor which was always quite warm. Breakfast was included which was nice and the staff were very curtious, I would recommend this hotel.

Dont stay here if you want sleep! Im all for music and a good time but we have 2 young kids in a "family room" right above where they had some sort of function on. I could hear every word! Was woken at 7am but loud music being played again! They should warn you of this.

My sister had her wedding here on the 10th May 2018. The event was handled very well. Food was great. Bar was very pricey so save plenty of cash. Two large cokes and two regular cost £8.30.

Really uncomfy bed. Hard and lumpy. Rooms were roasting! No air con. Food is good though!

After attending my son's wedding, reception and evening party at the Carousel, I have to say that I am very impressed with the flawless way that the day went. The venue was excellent and well suited for all events that take place as part of a wedding, from the wedding itself right through to the evening party. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful, the food was top notch on every meal we had including the breakfast on the morning after. It is a long time since I have seen a wedding sit down meal served in such a quick and professional way. I have no hesitation in recommending this venue to anyone, It was superb. The room that we stayed in was very clean and well equipped, all in all a fantastic experience at a very reasonable price. A big thank you to all the staff for making my son's wedding a fantastic day.

A great modern clean hotel that's nice and warm when it's cold outside. A great breakfast as well.

Nice friendly hotel. Rooms basic but clean. Restaurant nice but very slow service.

Nice breakfast and tidy environment. Parking a bit tight and if the hotel is busy you may be unable to park near the hotel. If you're a bit of a large person you may struggle to have a shower and if you have very young children there isn't any fridge to keep fresh milk, yogurt etc. Very good place if you want to be away from the Blackpool lively night life. There is kids play area, bar, restaurant and evening entertainment.

Had 108 and 109 as our rooms on the 2/4 to 7/4 2018 which was great and ideal, breakfast and restaurant food was good this is a lovely hotel with great and helpful staff and its situated right on the promenade if I’m booking again in Blackpool this is the hotel for me 10/10 in my book.

Ideally situated, at the quite end of the strip, loads of free parking close by, and still just a short ride in to town on the tram. Friendly staff throughout, always cheerful and happy to help. Nice clean modern rooms, mattresses not best, but OK! Great value for money.

Went to the carousel for twixmas spent 3 night there and it was fantastic as always. Staff so friendly and go out there way to help if needed food was great plenty to eat and great entertainment and all for a great price if you want a good place to stay no matter what part of the year it is this is the place to go highly recommended.

Attended my 2nd Xmas dinner with friends. Food is nice, great for kids with an entertainer and Father Xmas showing up. A good family afternoon. Recommended.

Had a fantastic weekend stay here for our yearly family get together/Christmas present swap. It's in a prime spot for the pleasure beach, and only across the road from the tram stop into Blackpool tower and the centre. The hotel is comfortable, warm, family friendly, and ideal for a weekend or indeed longer stays, with car parking just close by the hotel. I will hopefully be booking again next year, and looking forward to it already. Brilliant hotel, very family orientated, will recommend to my friends.

This hotel saved our trip as we had planned to stay in a different hotel which was awful. We called here and staff was very helpful and sorted a room for us asap. Room was cosy warm and clean! Restaurant great food with great breakfast buffet. Kids loved the games room too was perfect for a mini break. Only downside was could here the entertainment right beneath out room till early morning.

The Carousel was an enjoyable experience. I had a decent time at the main lounge and the breakfast was outstanding. It was located quite far out from the main rides and the attractions of Blackpool, which was inconvenient. As for the rooms, there was a good toliet and the beds were OK. Overall, the hotel was decent with good features. 4/5

We had a party of 18 at the carosol hotel last night for the soul &Motown event fantastic staff very clean friendly hotel we recommend the tribute nights we will be back again thank you I just missed my mint chocolate biscuit with my coffee.

Very nice clean tidy hotel. Friendly staff. Parking can be a chew on if you want a free space. Taxi ride to the main strip is cheap around £4.50.

Stayed one night in sea view double room with buffet breakfast. Room wad a good size, comfy bed but only one pretty flat pillow. Plenty of storage including a wardrobe. Ensuite shower room, great water pressure in shower. Was very clean and we'll presented. Lift available too. Would definitely stay here again.

Its a nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Breakfast was self service with plenty to offer. Recommended.

Very impressed with the hotel, lovely rooms and the food was excellent! The hotel is huge and it's very easy to get lost, as we did several times. The only downside to the stay was the length of time it took to find parking, but other than that it was excellent.

Presumably recently refurbished, clean and well decorated. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Drinks pricey though. Don't have room 101, it's rather compact and bijou, also over the function suite and next door to the bridal suite, and if you get an inconsiderate mouthy bride and family, (married on 13.8.17) as we did, the noise will travel through the walls. All in all a recommended hotel.

A great base to visit family in the area. A family friendly hotel, rooms were comfortable, renovated ensuites, very good breakfast. We dined in the restaurant on 3 nights and found the food and prices very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Attended my brother's wedding at The Carousel and I have to say I was surprised how lovely it was. The staff where incredible and food was amazing. The function room was a good size with a warm and comfortable feel. The only down side was the DJ. He was very rude, and really gave the impression he didn't want to be there. A few of the guests asked him for requests but he was very rude and didn't play any of them. The groom even asked for a song and the dj only played about 5 seconds of it before turning it off. I would happily consider hiring a room for my own function, but would request a different DJ. Overall though a great night. Thank you.

Nice, clean hotel. Location not so good. Not much parking space. Brilliant breakfast. The smallest shower I have ever seen.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good with happy, accommodating waiting staff. The hotel part of the building was very hot with not much air flow which made sleeping and showering a little uncomfortable.

Daughter's wedding here. They sorted most thing out and accommodated our quirks. Brilliant food and entertainment. Fantastic fuss free day…

Evening meals are delicious, very good standard. Staff are professional and courteous. Rooms are clean and functional. My employer has placed me in this hotel for four separate weeks over the last twelve months whilst attending courses in Blackpool, so I've seen the hotel during each season, it has consistently delivered a high standard of service. I would rate five stars except for two issues, I found the beds to be much too hard and the third (top) floor rooms far too warm at night during the summer. Otherwise no problems at all.

Went to a wedding here and it was ok. The food was a tad cold for my liking and though the bar was well stocked it was a quite expensive and the service slow. However as a venue it was very clean and lovely and warm. Can't fault the hotel at all for this, and I would not have a problem about booking a night here if I needed a place to stay :)

Attended a party in the function room. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Bar was expensive despite large measures. £5.50 for a large glass of wine (albeit the measure was over 250ml). A very very good night was had. 5 stars.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Even though we were here in Feb the had all hotel amenities on including kids club. The room was clean and a welcome sight when we walked in. We arrived aT the hotel around 10ish as we came by coach, I rang to ask we could drop our bags off so we could enjoy the day without luggage, which was ok with them. When we arrived at the hotel at 10ish the booked into our room straight away even though check in was at 3, this help use out to no end after a 8 hr couch trip. We will be returning and recommended that other people try this hotel.

Just spent one night at this hotel with national holidays food good room was spotless will stay again.

The beds were comfy and we had a family room that looked out to a drab outlook. The shower was a tiny enclosure although very powerful, which was nice. The room was absolutely stifling and you couldn't have the window open as the big extractor fans were going all night. The breakfast wasn't brilliant. The scrambled eggs were runny and grey looking unedible, the bacon was over cooked, fried eggs hard and the toast was only toasted on one side. In short it was terrible. The staff where extremely friendly though and the room wasn't bad. All in all I give this three out of 5!

Housekeeping staff far too noisy when going in/out rooms in morning while other guests are trying to rest, breakfast choice not as expected, no mushrooms and bacon solid, cleanliness was top :) Parking a nightmare. Rooms nice and warm.

It's a very clean and tidy hotel with lovely food and great staff my gran and grandpa just love it! Especially when there with their daughter and grandson. The food is great the breakfast is delicious and we will be back next year! — The Hancocks.

I have just come back from a short break at this hotel and it was excellent value for money. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast, the evening meal and all staff were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to people if they would like a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get back to it. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and furthermore the entertainment staff were outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back thank you carousel. Ruth Hewitt.

The hotel is located out of the main attractions but is still facing the Blackpool beach. The staff is very friendly and will go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and happy. For my wife's Birthday I had planned a surprise candle light dinner followed by a cake. The staff at the hotel went beyond expectations and had decorated a corner for just the two of us. They put up balloons and the table was also well decorated for the occasion. Me and my wife enjoyed the dinner and was very pleased with the service they provided. One of the best hotels I have visited. Very clean, friendly staff and great comfortable rooms facing the beach! Also breakfast is inclusive no matter what room you book here. Which is great! Only 2 things they could improve is more breakfast options for vegetarians and maybe they could get a bigger car park / parking area for the guests! Apart from that yes I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A fantastic hotel! stayed here for the valentines weekend, and the carousel hotel made our stay great. All the staff very welcoming. Stayed in a double sea view room it was lovely, very cosy and clean. The food was nice and it well worth the money. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Thanks for our stay hope to visit again soon.

Friendly staff and nice furnishings but walls are paper thin and we were very close to the boiler which went off every time someone went for a shower or flushed the toilet. Had to listen to an elderly could bath together in the morning. Will not stay again. Ever.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, very family orientated with the most helpful friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Out of the main buzz of Blackpool but a tram stop just across the road. Two stops from pleasure beach. Nice clean rooms, all the staff we met were very helpful and pleasant, making our stay very enjoyable. Brill breakfast every morning and our evening meal was fantastic! Can't recommend highly enough for a family visit to Blackpool.
