Beautiful hotel with amazing owner loved my stay will be back spotless breakfast was amazing. All we did was laugh the whole time we visited close to the shops and the night life and short walk to the prom and sea front. Will definitely stay again 5 stars from me.

We booked into the Beeches this weekend. Our room was nice and clean. Everything had been thought about and left for us incase we needed them. Face wipes, cotton wool even mini marshmallows for our hot chocolate! great spread for a continental breakfast and a wide selection on the menu for a hot breakfast too. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Craig… and Darcy.

Stopping here at the minute and will definitely come back.

Came down on spur of the moment weekend, this hotel was clean, cosy, welcomed by lovely man on entry who was also kind enough by lending me charger for my phone, great view of Blackpool Tower from our window. Loved all the wee extras in the room soaps wipes tea coffee and plenty of them to the chocolates on pillow were nice touch also, definitely would stay here again in fact already planning next trip. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, room size and decor amazing views friendly staff and atmosphere all round was excellent.

Beautiful rooms with lovely extra touches — host really knows what he's doing here! Craig is brilliant — really friendly easy to approach and went out his way to make sure we had everything we needed — top bloke! 100% recommend this place for couples and family's and will definitely be returning again soon! Close to everything you need — local shopping centre plenty of food places the beach and tower literally all within 5 minutes walk. Had a fantastic weekend in a fantastic guest house!

Lovely place. Nicely decorated with lovely touches to the room. Would definately stay again. In a good position away from the crowds but near to a lot. Thanks Craig for welcoming us.

Very good spotless best hotel in blackpool we went round them all and this is the best Very good breakfast so friendly nothing to much trouble would not go any where else.

Best hotel in Blackpool, Craig is lovely, friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast every morning as well as a variety of other breakfast items available, wouldn't go anywhere else in blackpool. Clean and tidy hotel right in the centre, good value for your money.

It's a fab wee B&B with friendly & accommodating staff, a breakfast of your choice freshly cooked to order each morning. Rooms are spotless if a little small. Situated to the rear of the tower, across from the casino & almost on top of the central pier… couldn't be any closer to the shops. I've had several visits and I've never been disappointed. I'm certainly going back. Well worth the 4* rating.

Great couple of days away have to say it's the best hotel iv stayed at in Blackpool, very well managed, clean, fresh, modern they have thought of everything ☺

Lovely hotel and owners breakfast was great nice comfortable rooms definitely stay again and recommend to anyone that wants to stay central. Love little darcy.

The service was second to none me and the hubby went for my 50th they decorated the room and left card and chocs in the room clean towels and bedding each morning nothing was too much and the food was excellent.

Excellent hotel with very good management where you arrive a guest and leave a friend highly recommended.
