Had an amazing night at the Robbie Williams tribute show, food was absolutely lovely, staff were so warm and friendly! Was an amazing night! Highly recommend these events.

Lovely old world feel. can't fault it.

Had afternoon tea here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful but the afternoon tea was just ok. They had coronation. Chicken smoked salmon and veg and humous sandwiches. The tastiest ones were the veg ones. The scones were the only homemade cake I could see the rest was shop bought so abit disappointing. The staff although nice and friendly didn’t check if we were ok or needed more tea. I’ve had better afternoon teas to be honest but the hotel and grounds are beautiful I imagine a wedding here would be lovely.

Lovely environment, beautiful building and grounds. Came fir afternoon tea which included a lovely bottle of Prosecco. However, extremely bog standard afternoon tea, bordering on dull and lacking any kind of finesse (unlike the building we were in). I really don’t get why places bother to do deals via wowcher/groupon etc if the aren’t hoping to get bums on seats, wow them and entice them to come back another time at full price. Wake up! Serve a delicious imaginative afternoon tea so that I rave about it to all my friends when I leave and then after a period of doing this you can offer a even more pimped up version at full price!

What an amazing venue for our daughter’s wedding l! It was a perfect day! The staff were attentive and professional and ensured the day ran smoothly. My daughter’s dream was to have a horse and carriage for the entrance to her wedding and this was the perfect setting for this.

Hosted a small event for 14 people in one of the rooms and it was one I’ll never forget. Extremely friendly staff on the night at hand to help and provide assistance, everything was set up the way it should be as discussed and the building and grounds are just stunning. It also helped it was a sunny day. My guests were thrilled. For a dry hire it was worth every penny. Hugely recommend.

Be careful when booking this hotel they ask for a £50 deposit for food and drinks regardless of if you are eating there. We also rang up twice and both times this wasn’t mentioned to us. Then to be told they wouldn’t offer a refund when we hadn’t even used the hotel/room as we checked out because of this. Very disappointing indeed.

Just had a lovely dinner with my wife at the restaurant. We will be booking a table again when we are next in this part of the country. Throughly recommend the dining experience. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Great lodges for families self catering with the use of the hotel bar, rest, pool, golf, tennis squash service great as well as beautiful building but very tired in need of some TLC.

My children (age 2, 3, 12) stayed in a lodge over the weekend. We had an amazing time! The lodge was fantastic, clean, spacious, luxurious. Bathrooms fab! We walked in the forests, picnic'ed in fields. Took board games and food and was really the most amzing few days. Looking forward to returning many times in the future!

Had a valentine's meal here tonight that I won and have got to say the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was gorgeous, staff were friendly and attentive and music was lovely definitely will be visiting again. Thank you Broome Park top service.

I play golf at broome park but was my first time visiting the hotel for a meal.
Have to say myself and my girlfriend were very disappointed in overall service and quality of food, there was only 1 person working the restaurant but we cant blame the lad for lack of trying as quite frankly was doin the job of 3 personnel.
We noticed that the lady next to us had a allergy and told the concierge over the phone about it but was still served something potentially dangerous to her.
Overall food was average.
We will not be coming back anytime soon.

We are wedding photographers and Videographers and have captured various weddings at Broome Park. It is such a gorgeous venue and one of our favourite places to capture weddings. It is so great we always stay over night when undertaking our work. Perfect.

Good amenities, beautiful views, peace and quiet, near from town and sea.

Stunning buildings and the grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a lodge which was lovely, so I can’t comment on the rooms in the hotel. We had a lovely weekend and the food was great. I have to add that many of the staff seemed inexperienced, they were friendly, but could do with some hospitality training.

Beautiful grounds but very tired rooms. The hotel is severely understaffed and poorly trained. Quite disappointed with my stay.

Christ your service is bad!
Had to wait 10 minutes to get served at the bar as you only have 1 person on when you have a conference in. Been waiting nearly 40 minutes now for a bar meal and they bring out the wrong food.
I have asked three times for my table to be cleared of the previous diners mess yet still it is covered in crumbs and dirty glasses etc
I hope the food is good when it gets here.

Had afternoon tea there on 1st August. Staff extremely helpful, food well presented and very tasty. As much additional pots of tea / coffee as we wanted. We’re on a Groupon deal, so excellent value for money.

Had a lovely afternoon tea today, food was delicious, staff were friendly & beautiful views! Definitely will be going back.

Staff in Afternoon Tea Room need communication training, had to FIND them to bring tea, find them again for milk, then again to refil tea pot. No atmosphere with them I thought, I won’t be back.

Lovely afternoon tea and a relaxing lounge to sit in afterwards with real fires. Staff are very friendly.

I visited Broome Park with my mother and sister. It really is a beautiful place, enormous bedroom, very friendly and accommodating staff, great spa and leisure facilities and nice breakfast. We are planning to return!

Lovely places to stay in clean. Tidy. And nice bedrooms. It's very quite around the cabins. You will love it must stay in them give it s try.

Very nice place and lodges are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel services could improve. Swimming pool has too much chlorine my eyes hurt even while not swimming. Breakfast buffet is very limited and overpriced. Wifi is pretty fast.

Went here for a wedding in the grounds. Beautiful setting could you with amplifier as couldn't hear what was being said during the ceremony. Overall a beautiful venue.

We had our wedding here yesterday and it was an amazing day. We can’t thank Tyler and her team enough for all of their help and for making sure that everything went without a hitch. The food and service was fantastic! I would highly recommend Broome Park as a wedding venue for anyone thinking about it!

We stayed at Broome Park for two nights and were pleased with the experience. The country house is located roughly half way between Canterbury and Dover, about 12 minutes drive away either way. The rich historical heritage (being the retirement home of Lord Kitchener) and a challenging golf course added appeal to our weekend break. The decor and furnish of the rooms were modest, but the generous space and peaceful surrounding make up for the short comings.

Visited for a lovely wedding here and it is a beautiful location. Building looks stunning. Venue looked lovely. Rather put off by the bars price for a large glass of wine £11 absolutely shocking and no need for prices like this at any venue! So have marked down as organizers are clearly greedy. Would worn any one booking reception to check bar pricrs for their guests and encourage places like this to charge more relistic prices. They can buy in wine thats just as nice at lower prices.

My wife and I won a competition for two tickets to a murder mystery night. We had a lovely dinner guests, a beautiful meal and a murder mystery to add fun to the evening. Made very welcome on our arrival. Can't fault the staff service. Will be going back at some point in the future.

Stayed in a cabin which was perfect for our family of 4 and had really good self-catering facilities. Wonderful grounds and an amazing old house from Lord Kitchener steeped in history.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for one night on Saturday and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We found the room spacious and comfortable, and the food was lovely. I loved the historical feel of the place and that it has the quaint feel to it. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning surroundings, excellent service and delicious food in the restaurant. The shower was cold but I'm a skank so I didn't mind going without.

Lovely venue, we went for afternoon tea but they did not give is our prosecco which came with the price. We had to ask them for it. Also the scones did not come with jam we had to ask for that too. Other than that it was lovely.

I went to the wake of an auntie here on 12th April 2018. I had to leave the event early as there were no disabled toilets accessible from the function room. I asked staff where the disabled toilets were: they said that there were no disabled toilets and that the nearest WC was down a flight of 19 stairs then along a corridor. I was given an alternative route, to the WC, which was to exit the building in my chair, make my way across the front of the building (very difficult as the drive is covered with shingle which impedes narrow tyres) and re-enter the building on the far side. Not a desirable route on a rain soaked night. Alternatively I was told that I might be able to arrange for a buggy from the golf course to come and collect me and take me to the Loo. The staff were aware of the venue's short comings as when I asked why there wasn't a lift they told me that the fabric of the building was unsuitable for such alteration. So, if you are wheelchair bound and don't possess a cast iron bladder, this venue may not be suitable for you. I would have liked to spend more time in the company of my family on such a sad occasion but couldn't due to poor facilities.

Being the first wedding at Broome Park in their new marquee, we have no complaints. Special thanks to Tyler and Ian and the whole team who helped to make our wedding day and evening so wonderful. The food was equally fantastic!
We would highly recommend Broome Park as a wedding venue to anyone considering it.

I was here for a funeral, lovely looking building and great open spaces for large parties, business events and life mile stones. Staff where helpful and the buffet was a good spread. Thank you to all the staff, would recommend.

Stay here for the history, the architecture and the friendly staff. Golf is good too…

Excellent relaxing break. Staff so helpfull. A really nice place to stay. Excellent location with a good all year round bus service. Bus stop at the top of the driveway. Short cross country walk to local village pub that serves great food.

We were amazed at how big the lodges were. Lovely location and the staff were great.

Lovely setting, high quality accomodation and good service. A few niggles in the lodge and the garden being in disrepair soured the experience somewhat, but we enjoyed our time. Thanks!

This is a wonderful location — a must visit place. I have attended a number of workshops and always found the place to be clean, friendly staff and the food is good. Peaceful and lots of green space. Take your gold clubs or a good book and enjoy a stress free day.

We stayed in one of the lodges. It was tastefully appointed and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The manor house itself was gorgeous and a treat to enter. The grounds were lovely and it was refreshing to be in the nature. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to drive our car right up to the lodge to carry our luggage in. We were traveling with twin babies and their bed, it was a long walk here and there to the car. A luggage trolley was provided, however.

What a surprisingly nice stay. The lodge we stayed in was a wonderfully spacious and clean set in the middle of trees nearby a golf course. It was quiet and comfortable. The manor house (including more rooms the reception, restaurant & pool) used to be owned by an English Lord and looks stunning and makes you feel like taken back in time. The service was very thorough and friendly. All in highly recommended.

Staying at the Villas, but we are also Diamond members, so use the facilities at Broome Park. We were very disappointed to find no shower chair or rails in the disabled shower facilities.

I love it. This is the best hotel you can find because in other hotels they have one huge house with lots of rooms and this one has Seprate houses. Well Done.

Joined family for breakfast, the breakfast was great!

It's set in a very nice area of the countryside. The rooms are huge. It does however need some updating. Old bathrooms and equipment. A lot of function rooms are half finished. The receptionist was not ever welcoming.

Course great condition & rough played fair.

Excellent club with friendly staff who consistently make you feel welcome if you are a member or simply a visitor. Green keepers unusually busy every time we are there… this is reflected in the condition of the course which is exemplary in detail… Extremely good value for money options to new members with discounted rates for students and corporate groups. Excellent facilities including driving range… all of this in a great setting in the heart of the Kent countryside makes it a venue not to be missed.

We go twice a year and have never had a serious complaint everything is 5 star.

Stayed at one of the lodges. Everything was fantastic, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially to the kids. Would recommend!
