Great hotel, I travel a lot this is one of the good ones well run, great staff always happy to help. Very nice rooms.

Always love staying here. Value for money firstly 👏 And the restaurant meals are superb too! 🥰

This is my second visit in 3 weeks. Last visit was my first visit to this hotel.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and excellent food.
Really love the breakfast. Very tasty, freshly cooked and excellent quality.
The bacon, cheeseburger is quite possibly the best I have had.
The rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect.
I will definitely book again.

Clean, funky tiled bathroom, really micr shower and a nice touch of a galaxy hot chocolate and shortbread biscuit! breakfast was included and delicious.

We've just completed a 3 night stay at the hotel and we couldn't fault it. Every safety precautions are in place and everywhere is clean and spacious. The staff especially the general manager we're friendly, polite and very professional. The room was lovely spacious and clean and very comfortable. And the best till last the breakfast was superb, something for everyone cooked perfectly. Well done to all, your doing a fantastic job. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

The stay at the hotel in the rooms were perfectly fine and we even got upgraded to the bridal suite which was perfect. However the service in the restaurant was below average. Our brunch, lunch and breakfast the following day took over an hour to get and our reorders were just as bad. This was rather embarrassing for our wedding guests.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance to Tunbridge Wells town centre. Big, comfy bed in a reasonably well furnished room. Quite expensive for the day we visited, but that was true pretty much everywhere else in town.

Lovely hotel. It would be handy if they could keep your details on record and remember a previous visitor.

We went to view the rooms and Sophie on reception was excellent and very helpful. We are diffently going to book this hotel for myself and guest at my daughters wedding. Thank you Sophie.

Can recommend! Lovely building set in a pleasant part of town, convenient for shopping, theatre, sightseeing. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good too.

Great venue for a party. Really lovely facilities. The drinks prices are a bit steep but that's hotels for you.

We spent the evening having a club committee meeting, the staff are friendly and we were able to reserve a quiet area so we could all sit together. Comfortable and great location that met our needs perfectly. We weren't staying in the hotel so can't comment on the rooms or food.

Had our area Christmas meal. Food was atrocious. The turkey could have been used to resole shoes. It was pre ordered, but still managed to not have enough to fulfill all the covers. Less than impressive. £3.60 for a lime and soda is nothing short of extortion. Definitely not recommended for large groups and would not be going back.

Very pleasant hotel and good value. Room was clean and warm, albeit a little 'cosy'. Would definitely stay here again if in this area.

The hotel was a joke, paid extra for a superior room was shown into a tiny box room with no wardrobe just a small triangular corner cupboard, couldn't hang clothes in! We then had to pay more to get a bigger room. Food was good when they hadn't run out of what you wanted. Noisy & hot, won't be going there again!

I love this place for meeting friends and have stayed many times. But… yesterday the staff were clumsy, slow and didnt listen to what we wanted, having told the waiter several times our food and drink order (there were only 2 of us) which he wrote down, I asked him to read it back to me which he did and was fine, however the order that arrived was not what we had specified. It took ages and had to ask for the bill SEVEN times before it arrived… To the manager — be around to watch what your staff are doing… too much gossip and laziness, sorry to be blunt but its not good when you listen to staff 'slagging off' other guests and knowing the business of chefs getting engaged and other comments…

Lovely for lunch. On site parking, pleasant helpful staff. Food very appetising. Most impressed with the kids menu with home made items and healthier choices. Very good value.

Very difficult to park here. Food and service ok, but staff seem disinterested at times.

We stayed here for the night before and the night of our wedding (which was at The High Rocks). We booked a family room and I requested a quiet room as we had our 2 young children with us. I cannot fault the hotel on anything. The staff were attentive and friendly as soon as we arrived and they even kindly reserved a parking space for us as I advised we had a lot of things to bring in with us with it being our wedding. The room was lovely and spacious, the food was amazing and the staff were really personable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice pub, quite an old feel inside but a really nice decked pub garden which is a bit of a sun trap. Food is really nice and not too expensive.

This is a nice hotel, most is up to standard for the price, but I would like to make you aware of a few things. Firstly there is NO DIFFERENCE between a STANDARD and a SUPERIOR room, except the price difference of £50. Secondly the beds are two single beds pushed together. If you like to sleep like a couple, cuddled etc, you will find this slightly uncomfortable. A family size room is bigger with a sofa bed as well. Lastly the views out of some of the windows are not great. You could be looking at a wall about 1 metre away etc. Breakfast was nice.

Amazing hotel! Loved our room and the roll top bath food was great and so reasonable! We woke up just as breakfast was nearly finishing
and so one of the members of staff (young lad) brought it up to the room for us! Only thing I would say to improve is that the bed being two singles is slightly annoying in the bridal suite (room 6) and the room was a bit cold but other than that I couldnt recommend anymore and it's so close to bars/pubs! Thank you for our lovely stay!

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Small pleasant bar area, simple selection of continental breakfasts and good quality cooked breakfast. Our room was beautiful and well appointed.

The hotel was very warmly and the staff very friendly, my only headache was the room. At around 6am the nose from the kitchen extractors kick in which was very lowed and meant we was awake and not happy. Before you accept the room ask which room has the extractors outside the window.

Great hotel close to town. Stayed in a suite. Tastefully decorated. Bathroom had slipper bath and huge shower. Bar food and bar staff good. Reception staff helpful. Free parking a bonus.
