Really nice customer service. A pretty standard hotel. Clean rooms.

Typical Premier Inn with great bed, good shower, windows that barely open. I didn't take dinner or breakfast: the Beefeater pub that provides these is close but a short outdoor walk away. Plenty of parking and a reasonably quiet area.

Well situated for the Eurostar, and the room was exactly as needed for an over night stay. Staff were very helpful.

Lovely service from lovely staff. Very welcoming at the reception, very tidy and also secure. Your bedroom key opens the main door from reception that leads to the bedrooms. We found this a bonus. The bedroom was cold but soon warmed up when we turned the temperature up. We stayed in a family room (large Hypnos bed, and 2 single beds) and was less than £47 for the night. Free Wi-Fi which was sufficient for our surfing needs. There is an option to upgrade for £5 for 24 hrs if you need it for business. Breakfast (£18.99 for 2 adults and up to 2 kids per adult eat free — full English and eat as much as you like continental) was 7 being a Saturday (normally from 6:30 mon-fri) and again the service was brill. We ate to our hearts content The restaurant was a short walk literally 1 minute, it was clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel, great value for money and a lovely service. We will be going again!

Just like other premier inn. Bed comfy, room clean. Staff friendly. Other guests a but loud but reception helped sort it.

One of the better premier inns, with contactless room keys & modern decor. Shower pressure was a bit low, and the free Wi-Fi is (always) slower than Dial-up.

Rating based on Beefeater also. Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. The bed was comfy and parking was ample. However the room cleanliness could have been better — soap scum on dispenser and toothpaste on bathroom door handle. Not to mention the spider threads strung across the wardrobe area and the cobwebs above the window with dead leaves hanging off them. We stayed for two nights and decided to pay for breakfast the first morning — never again. Breakfast entrance was through a fire door up a ramp with overhanging trees and bird poo on the steps. Inside, the breakfast display had flies buzzing round it, and the milk in the dispenser tasted off. The ladies toilet smelt damp too. Not impressed with the whole experience.

Generally ok. Breakfast service and greeting is slow and wasn't a great customer experience. Although reception greeting and friendliness is solid gold.

Best place to live rooms have no A/C, do not expect any service ok to live.

Nice staff but room too warm air con did not work. Breakfast was a disappointment and did not get a good nights sleep. Would not stay there again.

Standard accommodations. The staff were spot on excellent. My room smelled a touch mildest despite the open window and fan but I know other rooms in the place we're fine so I'm sure it was a temporary issue. Good option for a few nights in Gravesend if you're just looking for a place to lie your head.

Clean room, nice breakfast, no air conditioning however a fan was provided and already on.

Does what it says on the tin :) clean comfy and well equipt. Only suggestion would be more small towels as only have one and us two girls need extra for our hair! Staff all more than helpful and v friendly so thank you.

The check in was easy and friendly. We were advised of local dining options and given a nice floor family room which was clean and adequately sized. Shower was powerful and hot and overall a great experience.

Room was good, need very comfortable. Breakfast was a little over-busy so make sure you allow enough time to enjoy the massive fry-up!

Nice and comfortable Premier Inn but no aircon in this warm weather, you do get an electric fan, Beefeater Restaurant is great, unlimited ultimate chips, lovely.
