Had an overnight stay here when visiting bluewater 5star all round, would highly recommend.

Were here for the weekend not far from Brands Hatch 15mins max.
lovely clean hotel lovely breakfast we just had bed comfy will definitely be staying again in the very near distant future.

Lovely relaxing place to stay so handy for brands hatch and Ebbsfleet station very clean and well run.

Very clean, modern hotel with large camered car park and friendly staff. Very cheap bar. Fantastic breakfast.

I have to say that in the last 5 years of staying at hotels in this area this is by and far the nicest and the nest hotel I have stayed at.
From Check in where Kelly took me to my room to Kelly finding me a plug so I could charge my phone.
The bar is nice and amazing prices for a nice refreshing pint (£2.50). I’m from the north of England and that would be considered a bargain in a pub there. For a hotel anywhere to charge as little as that is amazing.
The room was stocked with branded instant hot drinks including galaxy hot chocolate and nice biscuits.
Breakfast was great with branded cereals in individual boxes and a cooked to order hot breakfast.
Checkout was easy and I had no problems finding a parking space on arrival.
I will be staying here again.

My room was basic and small, but clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly — they made me packed breakfast sandwiches because I had to check out before breakfast serving time. I thought that was a very nice touch.

Stayed for one night only. The Hotel is basic but clean, and the staff very helpful (Well done Maria) Breakfast was spot on. Bar prices very reasonable.

Stayed here 1 night for work, has everything I needed, a pub over the road, a takeaway and a shop round the corner, and a car park big enough for the work van. Room was clean, staff were friendly, shower was decent and the breakfast was fine. One of the better places work has booked for our overnight stay.

Did not book a room but came for a drink. The patio area is lovely and I appreciate the honesty from Mark who explained after big england game confusion with staff as we fancied a bite. That is not a problem. The service and honesty gets 5 stars and will definitely come again.

Had a fantastic stay while working away from home… Staff couldn't do enough for us so thank you. We are staying again this week so if I can have room 20 would appreciate it very much… So our boss can't have it!

Nice clean small Hotel, very friendly staff. Food a bit basic but cooked fresh. Excellent location for Eurostar.

I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere if you can. I have had multiple issues whilst staying here previously, the managements attitude is horrendous. They do have good spaced rooms but there is always something wrong in the bathroom e. G shower not working correctly, either boiling hot or very cold. It isn't the best value for money either — have a good look round before considering staying here!

We arrived yesterday to be met by Sandra, the very helpful and very lovely receptionist. Our room was spotless and the evening meal was beautifully cooked, as was breakfast. Sandra was on duty again, she was rushed off her feet, she was waitress, receptionist and, judging by the way she was bobbing around with the Hoover, the cleaner as well. Yet she still had time for a smile and a chat.

Comfortable and clean. The room was fairly basic and a little small, but was pleasant, with a good bed and pillows and a decent shower.

I paid but left without staying as a drunken traveller wedding party descended on the place. I feared for our safety and valuables as they scoured the floors making lots of noise. To be fair the hotel didn't know the type of people that booked into the hotel and it maybe a nice place to stay should they not be there.

What a little gem. We stayed over night in a premium room which was lovely with plenty of space, a good sized bathroom and big, fluffy towels as well as tea/coffee making facilities. I chose poached eggs for breakfast, cooked to order, which were delicious. We'd certainly stay here again.

The owners were lovely so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the disabled room which was fantastic. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be stopping here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The food was great, nice clean environment, well decorated. Brilliant wheel chair access around the back. Good toilets. Friendly staff.

Absolutely fantastic hotel wonderfully helpful and happy staff, couldn't do enough for us. I will defiantly be staying here again and again as the room we had was amazing. Lovely view and peaceful stay.
Please book this hotel if you need to stay around Gravesend.
And Mark was an absolute professional gentleman who made me feel like I had known him for ages.

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary here on 18th march. They only wanted a small gathering of close family. We had a fantastic meal with first class service. All the food was red hot and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean, bright and comfortable. The staff are really lovely, very helpful and go out of their way to assist. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

It's a fantastic hotel, friendly, clean, beers are cheaper than pub next door what more do you want.
