Staying here for the night and just had a simply devine meal, the food was lovely, the staff are friendly and really make you feel special, the atmosphere is cosy and sets the scene for a really romantic meal, myself and the wife had a really brilliant service and the room we are staying in is really smashing, clean, warm and the decor is really nice and the bed is soooo comfy … Ennios is a well deserved 10/10 in mine and my wifes opinion, If your looking for a real 5 star experience then this place is for you.

Such a lovely place! Staff are really friendly and the room is gorgeous. Considering it’s on a busy road you can’t even hear the traffic at all.

After a fabulous array of Italian dishes to choose from, to retire to a comfortable, well appointed room, is a real treat. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Had our wedding meal at Ennios in 2017 and finally got back to enjoy a beautiful dinner this week. Food, staff, ambiance — perfect! Will not leave it so long to visit again!

Celebrating my mums birthday this evening and we all absolutely loved it. The food was exquisite and the service was outstanding. We already can’t wait to go back. A taste of Italy indeed.

Stayed recently for the second time. Staff were amazing, room was gorgeous and food was fabulous. Often pop in for a drink when visiting in Southampton. One of my favourite places.

Having had lunch, we didn’t want a big dinner. Ennio’s was just right. Italian cuisine, so choice of Pasta, meat or fish perfectly cooked. I had the house special fish stew with sour dough bread and aoli, fantastic. The food is very good and service attentive. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely place friendly helpful staff, made you feel good nothing was too much trouble and food was really good to top it off. Very tasty.

Food was lovely but not enough of it, serving staff very slow and concentrated on few tables and not all. We waited around 20minutes to give our desert order and gave up in the end! Disappointing — especially at the prices!

We booked a table for 7 last night and I can honestly say that this restaurant provided the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy. Well sourced ingredients, fantastic choices, lovely environment and wonderful staff who were so kind when my husband became unwell at the end (NOT caused by the food). I can't fault this place. The chef is even Italian, something which is not always easy to find. As an Italian, I would highly recommend Ennios. Well done and thank you for such a happy evening.

Superb food with the BEST service I’ve had in a very long time! My party all picked fish or seafood and we weren’t disappointed. Fresh, beautifully cooked and presented.

Really nice food and Amazing staff — I recommend. We booked a table for a family dinner. It was 9 of us plus a toddler. I have to say the food was delicious but what really made this place great is the staff. They were brilliant. Very friendly, very nice to our little girl. We will definitely come back! Very lovely restaurant and always been happy with the food. Had a birthday celebration there which was lovely and just booked for another one. Very helpful, friendly staff. Best restaurant in Southampton. Highly recommended. Visited Ennio's again last evening, for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant is just super, so cozy and comfortable.

The welcome was second to none. My room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, which included the pillows, a rarity in most hotels. The linen felt like gold. I had a pasta made for me especially as I am vegan. It was delicious. I have immediately booked Ennios for another trip I have coming up in Southampton as I cannot wait to stay again.

Great location next to Southampton harbour and a short walk to town centre. The building was a warehouse many years ago and has been tastefully converted into a restaurant and boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Decent food and lovely rooms. Friendly staff.

Went here for my 60th with my best friends. The places oozes quality. Try it. Its good for accommodation too.

My wife and I visited Ennios for the first time. We were made welcome from when we stepped inside the door. Very pleasant inside. Andreas who served us was very polite and the meal was fantastic. We will be returning in the near future.

I have been lucky enough to visit Ennio’s on several occasions both to eat in their outstanding restaurant and to stay overnight in 3 of their rooms. On every occasion we have been treated like family receiving the best professional service Ennios is second to none on quality delivering 5 star food attendance and surroundings. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and now New Years which was fantastic the atmosphere presentation, entertainment was superb cannot wait to return to see Eddie, Kristof and the rest of the Ennio’s family.

We’ve visited Ennio’s on several occasions we have always received outstanding service together with the friendliest of greetings and the best quality food. We stayed over in the Minerva suite which was beautiful celebrating New Years Eve with other family members and friends the atmosphere was incredible Eddie & Kristof outshone all their competitors and we cannot wait to return.

Amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble, food is out of this world, you pay for the quality which is always delivered.

The food is amazing and the rooms as well. Last time I stayed at Southampton was the Grand Harbour, sorry after this experience never again always Ennio's. The staff are the best as well.

Amazing place! The staff were superb and the food was even better. I'd highly recommend this restaurant and how it's not got a Michelin star is beyond me!

Had dinner here with my wife. The food was tasty and well spiced. The place itself and the surroundings were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and most of'em were actually italian.

Amazing food and service! First visit and will definitely be back! All wait staff friendly, funny and lovely, manager was very attentive and knowledgable, especially helpful with choosing the gluten free variations which is pretty much everything! Food was delicious, lamb rump cooked to perfection! Just need more gluten free desserts to satisfy my sweet tooth but the affogato was good!

One of the best restaurants in Southampton the food is great but I think the staff make the experience would recommend to anyone who likes good service and good food.

Stayed for 1 night and dined in the restaurant. The staff were lovely and welcoming with fast checking in/out and great service at dinner. The room was amazing, A/C was very quiet but kept the room cool and the room and ensuite were spotless, with a free glass of wine each as well as standard amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Had lovely lunch there yesterday. Food was excellent as always, the veal I had was cooked beautifully as was my friend's mushroom risotto. The staff friendly and attentive. Have also stayed there a few times and can thoroughly recommend it.

Food was delicious. The Chef's Signature Dishes were perticularly superb! Smart comfortable surroundings with very good service. Price to quality ratio very fair. Excellent menu. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing dining experience, the waiter was friendly and sociable and made the whole evening so much more enjoyable! I'd recommend this restaurant for couples or special events as it is expensive but is worth every single penny!
