Bed and Breakfast

A last minute find and so pleased we did! The Farmhouse and grounds are gorgeous, our room was beautifully presented with everything from an array of teas & coffees, biscuits & chocolates, comfty 4 poster bed with crisp white bed linen. Everything at breakfast you could wish for and David, Liz are so welcoming, friendly and accomadating and helpful regarding the New Forest. Their lovely 4 legged friends made it even more special too. A definite to stay here again!

I really don’t understand why people book into hotels when there are such wonderful b & b’s to stay in. Newton Farmhouse is a case in point. A warm welcome and a good introduction in to the B&B and what there is to offer in the area. That was followed up by an introduction to the wonderful family pets before being shown around our very comfortable and tastefully decorated room. Luxury bedding etc what more can you ask for. Only complaint I as a general principle like rains shower heads with this one a little soft for me Breakfast — the best fresh fruit selection I have had anywhere in the UK served to us in the lovely conservatory with its old ovens. Rest of the cooked meal was just as good Thoroughly recommend a stay here — far more reasonable than hotels in the area and a 100times better.

A beautiful farmhouse bed and breakfast. I was brought here for a weekend birthday surprise and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay. The hosts are really helpful in providing maps for local things to do and places to eat. There is on site parking and the surrounding gardens and grounds are teaming with beautiful foliage and flowers. There are chickens and alpacas to see, which kept me and my friend entertained for some time. Not to mention the two gorgeous pooches that greeted us, Poppy and Mac. Breakfast was a vast choice of different fruits, yoghurt, pastries and a choice of cooked options as well. The rooms provide you with en suite bathroom, comfortable beds and tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, also a tasty chocolate treat or two. I would most definitely stay here again. It was a great nice little place. Lovely rooms, tasty breakfast each day in the conservatory and 3 really nice dogs milling around the place. The garden is beautiful with a swimming pool and with chickens and alpacas in a closed meadow. It is difficult to get food if you do not have a car but you can take short walk to nearby Whiteparish which has a small convenience store and a pub.

Owners were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cosy. Breakfast was really good, with breakfast bar of fruits, pastries etc. Location was great for travelling to sights etc. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here July 2016 and I can highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to everybody who contemplates staying here in the future.

Plus Great tourist info, map & handout. Perfect location. Charming Local Pub, French Restaurant & Fine Dining Indian Restaurant that both serve Excellent Food at Affordable Prices.

All staff are so friendly, of course also dogs! Large and lovely rooms, garden, all of these are special I want to stay not only one night but also a few days.

A lovely guest house run by lovely people who will go the extra mile to look after you, we are happy to thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed for three nights, room was very clean food good, Lizzie and dave was very helpful had lots of maps and places to have evening meals, location was in easy reach of the new forset. As we went there to bike round the forest, had great time recommend the place highley.
