My husband and I had our wedding reception at this beautiful venue at the beginning of the month! It started when I attending on of their wedding fairs last year, it was from then I knew this was our venue. The staff were so warm and welcoming, willing to go out of their way to provide you with all the information you need and also not making you feel like you have to make the decision there and then! About a week later booked the venue and our journey began! They were great at getting in contact, and helping to guide us in the direction of other providers needed for the day. The whole experience of our menu tasting was great! Again the staff went out of their way, warm welcoming and answering any of the questions we asked. The hotel and venue was amazing! Each step of the way I knew we could contact our wedding coordinator, finding our answers and keeping each other update on the process! Final meeting with the staff was great as we put our final ideas together, showing the layouts and plans! Working as a team! The day before the wedding my girls, and family booked in to have afternoon tea, which was fantastic! The chef did a chocolate plate saying ‘one more day’! What a great start! We were then able to wonder up to the pavilion to set up for our big day! Again staff where going out of their way to help us to ensure the day would go smoothly! THE BIG DAY! It arrived! Everything went to plan! Our wedding coordinator was in contact with my MoH and ensured timings were going to plan! Red carpet on arrive. The day was amazing! This place is fantastic! Highly recommend!
