No drink facilities in room, shower plug was blocked and room was very dated. Bed linen was stained but was actually comfortable. I paid £65 to stay in London so maybe not too bad. Good for a 1 night stay.

Hotel in a quiet urbanization, on the outskirts of London, the best to go to London and return is by Metro, you usually arrive in half an hour. The room was clean.

DO NOT GO THERE! we are small family and made a phone reservation for 2 adults and 1 infant, and everything seemed fine. The day of our arrival, they tell us they don´t have cribs, but that the manager will see to get us one for the next day. That night we slept the three os us in a small double bed, with the springs of the mattress against our face (what a lousy bed) … next day the new girl at the reception says to us that the do not have cribs at all, they never had, so she finds a kind of platform with a blanket for our son to sleep on (actually that was very sweet of her and the only possitive impression of the place). Another part is the "continental breakfast" they offer, which is some cereal and milk in the common room where one of the workers of the hotel was sleeping the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. The dude slept in the hotel¡s common room sofa, just like if it was his own place… So, no, I do not recommend this place.

This place is very nice and comfy, Good value for money, Staff were very helpful throughout our stay The room was freshly decorated and modern, The property has a nice garden with benches and chairs.

Hard beds, in desperate need of refurbishment, however staff are helpful so not a 1 star for that reason.

From home to home. Friendly, easy going. Lovely lounge with bi-folding doors leading in to back garden area. Kitchen to share.

No glasses ib room, no kettle, common kitchen and refrigerator storage facility. Good if you are a large family willing to cook.

The place could use some renovation and cleaning, and also the walls are made of paper (thin paper). At least it is in the lowe price-range.

Don't go! Strong smell of Indian Cuisine, unhelpful staff and free parking not available. My son couldn't even stay there in the end. Left after half an hour.

No shower no hot water no soap no drinks facilities! What the actual hell?!? Hot and cold feeds are from one pipe and when I asked about a shower I got a blank look! Don't book — seriously terrible! Who has an ensuite room with just a sink and cold water to it?

Together with a friend, I've stayed in this hotel for the past 9 days. But the experience was not that great at all considered the amount of money you have to pay. The room was very small, and maybe that's why the beds are so short. The bathroom wasn't actually a room because it's all so small. The toilet seat was only mounted with one screw left so that when you sat on it it was all wobbly. The shower did not really listen if you tried to adjust the temperature because when you finally got the right temp it soon became very cold or very hot and then cold and then hot again. There is free Wi-Fi in the hotel but that signal only reaches about one meter from its router, very slow, pretty annoying. Posting photos on Facebook for example is no option. Then there is the hygiene. The room was pretty clean when we got there, no complaints about that but we had to ask frequently for new clean towels or toilet rolls because those were not changed a single time in those 9 days unless we repeatedly asked for it (about three times). If you are considering that paid "continental breakfast" option; don't. The good thing is is that there is a kitchen you can use yourself and you can get free tea and such but the breakfast was nothing more than a box of cornflakes and some other cereal, cups of butter, 1 type of marmelade and a bag of bread. I, as a tourist, at least expected some sort of typical English breakfast with bacon, eggs etc. I must say that the staff was pretty friendly.

Really friendly staff, clean room and great value for money.

Great place to stay, super comfy beds, free parking, 7min walk to tube, great staff and owner, 24 hour reception, free tea and coffee, free continental breakfast, very clean rooms, and the price is unbeatable! Would definitely recommend!

24h front desk, nice staff. We stayed there for 3 nights and the price was amazing! What's more, there's a simple breakfast (toast, cereals) on the house. When I come back to London, I will definitely go there!
