We (husband and 1.5 yo) stayed at this lovely place for 2 nights. The room was big enough for us 3 with luggage, travel pram and car seat! The bed was comfy to sleep in, aircon in the room with a little kettle, tea, coffee, hot chococlate. There is a small fridge wich was good, hair dryer and an iron/iron board, bathroom was simple and big enough for what we needed to do. We were on the top level wich was level 3 with a window. The only downside was there is no lifts… my husband had to go up & down a few times to carry all of our belongings. On check out we left our belongings to go out for a bit and came back to collect them with out any issues. It’s close to public transport, one train stop away from Westfield shopping center (very big). It’s good for the money, I would stay here again if needed.

Nice room, quiet street, Andrea was helpful trying to sort Wi-Fi, close to transport. Excellent for what we needed. Wifi was disappointing, plus some spoons for making drinks would help.

Located in a quiet area at two min walk from the Metro, room not very large but clean and tidy, bathroom in small but functional room.

Lovely place, lovely relaxing atmosphere and room. Really friendly staff and very helpful. Second time I have stayed there and will definitely be staying there again!

Hotel amenities: cups, coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, biscuits, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, plugs, tv, towels, soap, shower soap. Great shower, wear hair dryer, polite staff, clean.

Called reception twice to sort out music in hallway coming from another room. Didnt even bother to come up the first time. Still banging music at half 12 at night.

Small local rooms with lots of potentials. The rooms are nice and clean, had a cozy bed and everything you might would think of! The staff are friendly and very cooperative. I would absolutely come back again.

The rooms are small and with a layout that makes the suitcases always in the middle.
The bed is quite small and the quilt even more, it does not give to cover whole and there are no additional blankets in the room. We asked them at reception and they didn't know if there were any additional blankets even, but they would leave note so that the next morning we would be left with a few if there was. There must not be because nobody ever left them.
The bathroom can not be smaller, it is incomodísimo.
One of the days the housekeeping staff came in before we left the room, we said that in 5 minutes we were out but it gave the same because they did not pass through the room again and they let it go without doing it.
Price is fine but for very little more you get more central hotels.

Cozy place, just realised that it is a 4 sty building in a residential area, so unfortunate to get 3rd floor with ony staircases as medium to go up with heavy baggages, in room got squeaky floor, phone cannot dial to reception desk… others are fine.

Room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we wanted. However, bathroom could have been cleaner (mould) and would have been nice to have complimentary shampoo, as well as shower gel. Our room had a very squeaky floor, made silently going to the bathroom in the middle of the night difficult.

This place was great if you're looking for a hotel that is just to sleep and shower in. I mean this in the best way possible. When I travel I don't like to pay for a fancy hotel when I don't spend time in the room. This was prefect. Clean and neat.

The best place, ever with excellent rooms and suites and a great service and lovely staff.

Well we found a pair of knickers hanging from a clothes hanger in the wardrobe that didn't belong to us… The kettle was sticky so I didn't use it. Very basic hotel that could improve on their cleaning standards…

Great location and acceptable rooms for the price with good receptionist.

Good location and good value for money. Some of the cutlery in the room was dirty and there were splashes of paint on the curtains and a door handle but as a place to crash whilst visiting London it's great.

Awful hotel! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I can list things that didn't: it doesn't have a hall, has staff that greets customers as soon as they come, no elevator, they Redid the room on the second day because the janitor is gone before (yuck! ), has a double bed but barely one and a half, has breakfast, it is quiet (the last night we were awakened by two arguing in the hallway loudly), it is not clean and has an affordable price for all services!

Small, quiet. Rooms were nice. Not too far from anything. Definitely worth the price.

Price OK. Rooms clean and modern furnishings. Not too big. For a city trip or a business trip enough. Metro walk quickly away. Quiet location. Networking and Wi-Fi free of charge in the rooms available!

Hotel location excellent, room, staff very good. The rooms of the hotel provide a good, but not services such as gym or something, but are common in these places in London hotel. Proposals map or print out directions, because this area of the street is confusing.

Hotwire and other websites are classified as a four star hotel here, I think, only three and a half. Pros: clean, affordable, bathroom good, shower water pressure was just right, like TV lift systems and suites. Cons: no elevator. Wall insulation is poor, unstable Wifi network location is not convenient (if you're not Olympic). Walk to the Shepherd's Bush and Earl's Court takes half an hour. This block a quieter.

Friendly staff, clean and secure, defiantly stay here again.

Great rooms, don't think you could beat the price if you tried to be honest. Only complaint was that our ac didn't work properly! Which got really annoying at night.

Lovely place to stay! Quiet too! My double room had a sink and microwave with a desk and 2 chairs. Perfect place to stay for when you're working at Earls Court which is a 15 min walk and Olympia, at the end of the road! Lovely staff too.
