Very different from what I usually experience in this hotel. Now Rooms are nicely setup, I would say like private home. would recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff. Cheap rooms. Breakfast and Wi-Fi included in price.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's relatively cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The hotel has shared washrooms, small beds and the furniture are old. It is absolutely not suitable for families rather couples (there are rooms with double beds) or guys looking for a cheap place to crush in for the night. Receptionists are kind, you get nice served breakfast between 6 AM — 9 AM and good Wi-Fi. Oh, and a place to relax during the day (it's like a back yard).

Basic but good value room clean.

Best Inn Hotel is a economic way to live. It's relatively comfortable with ample space. Breakfast taste great.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The blinds were all broken and missing slats so there was no privacy. The furniture was broken, the room was in a general state of disrepair. The staff were uninterested throughout the stay and spent most of the time on their mobile or watching TV. I wasnt expecting much at it is a budget hotel but the state of it is ridiculous. I've travelled throughout the third world and never come across a hotel so bad. I feel ripped off at the cost I paid.

Very Basic, there is nothing else other than a bed room. What kind of hotel makes you share bathroom and toilet with others. No no no.

Nice hotel and close to high street in Ilford and its train station has plenty of shops and restaurants near by and offers free breakfast however it is Halal which I don't agree with but the area is very prominent with Muslims so I can accept it. What I could not accept however is that on 3 of the mornings there was no hot water.

ABSOLUTELY RANCID! UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING! The guy on the reception was very rude when we needed to amend the booking, as soon as we walked in we knew we would regret it. The carpet was grubby, the blinds broken, the toilet stank, hairs and stains on the bed sheets and pillows, there was a fly in the room, we had this itchy feeling the whole time where there to later discover flees in the room (I feel like heaving as I type this), holes in the walls covered by plywood painted a slightly different shade, the furniture was either the cheapest coffee table for Argos or straight off the street and just old, the paint job was just bad and the door didn't even fit the space so there was like an inch gap so everything that was happening could be heard inside and out, the shower was jus sad there was a massive gap under the shower basin where (saving the best till last) MICE where hiding! And we know that there were at least two because one was bigger than the other. The worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. Please just don't go there they need to be reported and shut down. I will never ever go back there again ever.

Stayed there for 1 night and OMG! This is a worse hotel I have ever lived in my life. Toilet bowl is broken and no Bin provided. The room we have stayed in was full of dust and Who know when they cleaned it last time! Its a total nightmare. Disgusting : ( ( (.

Booked the family room. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and facilities available. Fridge and telly in room, kitchen available for use; granted building might be a little old but everything is clean and relatively neat. Very good quality for price paid.

To begin with, which says that the Best Inn hotel is even 'acceptable', lies. It is a horrible place. I had never seen a place so dirty and unkempt. The floor of the bedroom was clean, just like the sink. From the first moment that I went with my family to the room I found a condom wrapper on the ground, in addition to a right dirty ears stick on the floor beside the bed. The bathroom was also dirty. With regard to the staff of the hotel, the service was lousy. The receptionist was a very impolite and rude man who would act as if it does not pass anything with all the dirt from the hotel and found condoms was not anything important so to complain. I do not recommend it even to see it from the outside. It has nothing to do with the photos published in the advertisement.

Clean comfy place if you're looking to stay overnight at a decent place.

Had to spend the night once there and I was really surprised with their prices and the fact that I was given a really good quote. Fantastic service, I have heard that Best Inn hotels are good but I was never really aware of it until I tried them.

I had booked at Best Inn Hotel for 5Nights in June 2013. It was my first trip to Uk and I was little apprehensive. However, I had a very enjoyable stay at Best Inn at Ilford. The hotels is well located and you dont need cab. Through Stratford one can reach Ilford rail tube. Hotel is very close to the tube station. The owner Mr. Moulana is a fine respectable gentle man. The reception and other staff are very courteous and helpful. They are all young and very educated too with respectable degrees which amazed me. Reception is open 24hrs which is a great help. Good breakfast and overall stay was wonderful. Though I was alone and traveled first time, I found the place more than satisfying. I would always choose Best Inn and recommend. Me and my family recently visited this hotel, I found the hotel clean, staff were very very helpful and a good sleep, the room was very clean and tidy and the laundry was crispy clean and white. We had 2 small children and the staff were very helpful with our needs. Breakfast was excellent, very good value for money, I reccommend to anyone looking for a value for money hotel. Close to station and Mall.
