Yes I agree with the comment a small fridge would be great. As I am vegan and would like to store almond milk. I have stayed here a lot in the past when visiting family but I am looking round for a hotel with a fridge.

"Stuck" here for 5 days with work - hence the review. Just what you would expect from Premier Inn; clean, comfortable and good value. The beds are the usual high standard and the hotel is quiet and peaceful at night. 3 nights in and I've "slept like a log" each time. If I could improve anything I would double the storage space for clothes - as the room I have is huge, with wasted space. This hasn't affected my stay but would be inadequate for 2 (or more) sharing. A small fridge would be ideal for people staying more than one night. The staff I have spoken to are friendly, helpful and professional - an asset to the brand.

Very quiet and nice hotel and staff is very welcoming. Only for stars because on breakfast I had problems to find clean cup/mug. Like dishwasher didn't clean up properly. Everything else was great.

Family room is probably the largest we've come across at premier Inn (and we are regular visitors at a variety of locations). A bit of road noise noticeable, bit probably wouldn't be an issue unless you are a very light sleeper or prefer to leave the windows open.

Staff are great, very friendly. Rooms are a good size and the beds are super comfy. The shower was lovely and hot. Plenty of towels, spare pillows and hot drinks. My only downside was that the TV was not tuned in properly so all the channels you usually get were all messed up in my room, so half of them were missing or radio, or the adult ones. I only wanted to watch BBC!

The rooms are just as good as they always are, spacious and clean. Dependent on room allocation the area is very quiet. The one downside is the temperature. It is so warm and there's no or little air conditioning to speak of. The staff are welcoming and will help in any way they can.

Beds were very comfy, rooms were tidy with no issues however one of the rooms we were placed in was far away from the others (which left them isolated from the rest of the group) and we were told there was nothing that could be done to move them to a room closer to the others despite the fact all four rooms were booked together.

The rooms have been refurbished since I was last here. Really nicely done. Lovely comfy bed. The food isn't bad, but some of the portions in the restaurant could be a bit bigger. The also have a new vending machine, Ben and Jerrys! Staff are always kind, polite and helpful.

The guy at the reception is amazing. He is helpful, and is friendly. To start, there was a spider in our room. The receptionist took it away. He's so nice, but not to nice. That is a hard balance to make for a receptionist! Now for a negative. The lock on our toilet-shower room door didn't lock. When you twist the lock, no metal came out the end. We told the receptionist, and because he dosen't really know about locks, he asked a techy guy in when we were away. When we got back, and expecting it to be fixed, we were let down, as he had done nothing. We went to the receptionist to complain, and he apologised, and said he will see what he could do. We just expexted him to be a normal receptionist, that just always say that, and never do anything. He instead, found us a new room, in the newer section of the hotel. Without this man on reception, I think the hotel would be falling to the ground. I recon he is the one pulling the strings, and couldn't be more helpful.

All of the food was pre prepared defrosted tasteless rubbish. Do not do the meal deal if staying at the hotel, I was not allowed to order from theain menu And went to bed hungry as the food was so bad, waited 30 mins for starter and a further 20mins for main, both bland. Ordered a soup as I was still hungry this too was bland tasteless even the bread roll had been defrosted and was so hot on arrival o had to wait for it to get to room temp before attempting to eat. Conclusion, do not eat here.
