Lovely pub, great service. My only slight criticism is the overly fancy menu. Only thing I could eat was a burger and no dessert, but I am a fussy eater. If you are looking for a lovely place with nice food, look no further!

We found staff to be lovely, especially the hotel receptionist on Saturday afternoon. food was lovely, room was also lovely. Thankyou for making us feel welcome.

We stayed here for the army v navy. Great room and great food.

We recently enjoyed my daughter’s baby shower here. The area set aside for us was excellent and the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a fabulous time. We hope to return soon, who knows when but it may be as a Christening Party. Many thanks to all staff both front and back of house.

We had a fabulous NYE at The Park. Great food, great service from Matt & the team and a great atmosphere with a fab live band. Well done team we will be back next year.

Fabulous welcoming service. Really impressed by the standards of service and attention to details High quality room with super king size bed. Sumptuous fittings and plush bathroom. Awesome air conditioning, easy to adjust the settings. Highly recommend this place.

After a 3.5hour journey to get here from Cambridge (terrible weather and multiple accidents) we were warmly welcomed by staff with G&Ts and had a wonderful meal. We had booked a staycation and we were upgraded to a boutique double which exceeded our expectations. The bar/restaurant staff were very polite and attentive. We were especially pleased by the receptionist who agreed to show us all other rooms available in the view we would be booking numerous for a wedding next year. The hotel is ideally situated to cycle to visit Richmond, Twickenham and Hampton Court. A truly wonderful weekend which felt as though life was beginning to return back to normal. We look forward to returning very soon.

We regularly frequent the Park Hotel, it is essentially a pub with a restaurant and a hotel. It is beautifully decorated and a pleasing environment. But it seems that local drinkers are mainly an inconvenience when it comes to the corporate client. They will happily serve you drinks and take your custom but only on the condition you sit out side on a wet cold December’s evening. You are essentially asked to not sit in empty seats while the ‘reserved for guests’ stand around drinking and chatting. Fine if that is the Park’a focus to concentrate on the corporate guest or large paying groups make that you business, close the pub to local patrons and don’t sell them drinks and then tell them to sit outside. Be clear that you only want to provide hospitality when you have no better offers and be clear before you sell drinks that you will have to sit in the cold to drink them.

Brilliant time and I love there Christmas decorations (it’s good to see companies caring about the environment).

Amazing food the chicken supreme is to die for especially with the freshest pint of Camden Hell's.

Very comfortable and interesting surroundings. Great garden area adding to the many places in this hotel to sit and relax. Nice area of London to explore from here and so close to the rail station. Handy.

Beautiful stylish refurbishment, different seating areas to suit all requirements, fabulous food extensive wine /drinks list, and cocktails, vibrant attentive staff. Wonderful experience.

Liz and I cannot thank Dorinda, Richard, Nancy and all the wonderful staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we had a wedding reception to remember. What a fantastic time was had by all and the compliments are still coming in from our guests. Everything was perfect and everyone was extremely impressed with the food. We would recommend this venue without hesitation.

Absolutely awful customer service from the hotel reciptionst and her do called 'manager' on the night! A party of 4 booked 2 double rooms in August to stay there last night as we were watching the England game and live in South Wales, to get there in the morning and the 1 receptionist rudely telling us check in wasn't until 2 and then ignored us, to then go back later in the evening after watching the game to be told we only have 1 room booked on their system even with our email confirmation stating we had 2 rooms booked they were having none of it to be then told they were completely full for the night! And the rude receptionist then said to her 'manager' that she couldn't cancel someone who hasn't already checked in but she turned around to us who was stood infront of her and said she will cancel us, she didn't want to help at all, we then bad to drive all the way back home to South Wales at 9pm last night! Absolutely disgusting attitude from both recipstonist's and so called manager! Would not recommend this hotel or will I ever return to this hotel!

There last night for a soul night with dinner. 1. Seating-we were placed among 2 or 3 hen night parties — I do think the management should advice they cater for hen parties when you book. The area we cramped and we would have to stand up constantly to let people get by. We asked for the table to be moved to another area… which staff did.
2 Food. — would of been a nice touch to have jugs of water on the tables and linen napkins (they were paper). Food was ok except for the fishcake starter that was nearly all potato. No ice bucket available for my bottle of wine. To be fair bar staff seemed helpful but just overwhelmed.
3. Singer — sound system poor… couldn't understand what he said when he talked. He wasn't exactly a great singer … thats being kind. In spite of all the issues we made the most of the night and as tickets were only £25 & staff were as helpful as they could be… I won't demand a refund.

I booked this hotel for may bank holiday, I wanted to show my foreign wife a traditional English mayday in the nearby ham house, the price was excellent only£40 for one night, that's £20 pp in West London, we stayed in the annex which was quiet enough, the rooms are clean spaceous and comfortable, the hotel restaurant serves good food for a reasonable price, the only issue and this is a very minor one the hot and cold taps are the wrong way round, not too much of an issue for people who can see the colours but for colour blind or blind people this can be a big issue as the water temperature is hot, that said we had a great nights stay here, there is a railway station within walking distance and bushy park (the 2nd largest royal park) at the end of the road.
