Ok hotel but in desperate need of some love. The shower was poor, it would've been quicker to wash in the rain. Dirty carpets greeted us and the curtains were held onto the rails by string. The sheets were torn and tired. In this hotel the walls and ceiling are paper thin and you can hear everything all around you. Would I recommend this hotel? To a client or a friend looking for good quality budget. No I'd send them somewhere like the Travelodge where at least they'd get food.

At this hotel there is no breakfast included in the price has it says on the Internet the whole in side of this place is in desperate need of of a make over, walls, carpets, curtains, receptions a mess and there is no lift, and no one to help with your bags, only one man who didn't speak much English but tried his best, on the plus side the hotel is in a great location, plenty of shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes walk away from the tube station, plenty of free parking, house keeping every day, clean towels and bedding the room was spacious with shower and toilet, and we came and went with no hassles as we pleased, it's such a shame this hotel could be so much more.

Room was good but very cold in the night. Heating system didn't work. I was REPEATEDLY told they would provide an electric heater but it never came. No proper blankets, no heating and internet only work sometimes. I'm having a hard time here.

Room was filthy when we came in staff hardly spoke English, this place needs closing down till it's up 2 some sort of standard would never come again and wouldn't reccomend any one else does either unless it a cockroach then they might stay here!

Shabby but clean room, shower was too small and our room was next to the room of a hooker who went on moaning from dusk till dawn. Also a couple of airplanes really woke us up in the early morning by flying over rather low. No working Wi-Fi, from the hotel at least, and the rooms sorely need to be renovated. The beds were not too bad and the staff friendly but not very at home in their computer systems.

Looks run-down. The alleged disabled room extremely narrow and even to the bathroom one step. To the entrance to the room 2 steps down. In the extremely narrow aisle spotty matraze. Despite incorrect information, the price was collected. In front of the hotel, there were people arguing, who also threw things. That's why 0 stars.

We chose this hotel because it was slightly cheaper. That was a huge mistake. It took like 20 minutes to check in because the card kept getting declined. The person at the desk clearly didn't know what she was doing. When we finally get to the room it was horrible; the bathroom light didn't work and the room felt dirty. Also like around 12pm when we weren't in the room they went into our room to leave towels and when they left they didn't lock our door. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything, making it hard to get rest. Overall it was terrible, you're better off going to another place.

I have checked in today into this hotel which was booked more than a month back. If there is a possibility to give negative rating to this hote, I would like to give that. I have been given room 43 which is very dull from the lighting perspective. It does not give you feeling of staying in fresh room. There is no provision to arrange for additional fan when requested due to hot weather. Even one light was not working & that to not arranged. On complaining, responsible person from hotel tell me that you have paid less so will only get fadcility like this. I will suggest pay more but never ever book this hotel.

Initially we chose the Shalimar because it was slightly cheaper on the weekend but in hindsight if we had chosen somewhere else the weekly cost would have worked out cheaper in a much better hotel. Even the hostel is in better condition. I say book with low expectations and you might not be disappointed but I doubt it.

It was a bed for the night that is all I can say.

Worst experience ever in my life. Noisy rooms, no proper blankets, worst service.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

Marriage hall needs to be updated plus the entrance. Spacious inside but carpets and stage is old fashioned. Very dark inside. Washrooms are really worse I ever saw in a hall.

Food was below average. Parking is gold dust. Visited on a sunday so could park in a side road.

Love the place. Rooms are what you pay for, staff are great. Shouldnt really be saying this! Dont want it full next time I book. Ya get what ya pay for and more than happy with my visit. No complaints!

Stayed for 2 nights was awful. Rooms okay, not great. Second night there was a party, staff were rude when we asked to turn the music down. Our room was shaking it was that loud. Don't recomend.

Located conveniently in Greater London. About 10 minutes​ walk from Hounslow central station. The rooms could have been cleaner. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was fairly good. Overall an average hotel experience.

Would of given 5* but rooms could do with a slight improvement (I do mean slight). Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Access to rest of London spot on. Local amenities very close, adequate free parking. Just don't have a big car as tight access to rear car park (although limited spaces at front if you do have a big vehicle) Will definitely return. Glad I found this place. Oh, forgot free Wi-Fi which is very good. Would recommend this place just don't expect 5* accommodation. It's basic but perfectly adequate.

Car parking is a risk getting too and rooms are damp and bathroom is dirty cracked basins and no control on water pressure or temperature. Rather sleep in the car.

Stopped here for two nights with my son. It is inexpensive especially when factoring in the free car parking and breakfast. The staff are all friendly and helpful; the woman on the desk moved her car for me when I didn't fancy trying to squeeze down the passage to the car park at the rear. Breakfast was ready at 7:;00 am (which helped) and was good with plenty of variety. The room was clean and the shower worked very well. I bought my own towel with me but used the hotel's clean towels instead. I would stay here again.

Worst shithole ever! blood stains on the wall, bed, springs in mattress are visible! black marks all over towel manager told me it was clean just marks on it but clean……wanker was bitten all over through the night, showers are shocking! poor pressure hot/cold never stays at one temperature after trying out several different rooms, funny enough I left the shithole! i wouldn't let my dog stay in there every thing has been reported to the environmental agency.

What a sh*t hole. Picked up a supposedly clean towel to find it has a sh*t stain on it. Another towel wasnt clean either. Beds broken mattress springs and sweat stained pillows. No duvets only heating is on 24/7 so no need for them. Breakfast is a joke seemed like 20 people running around doing nothing as breakfast came out wrong three times and cold once it arrived. Shower dirty and water pressure doesn't exist.
