Radalco Apartments Apartment

I stayed here for 7days. It's an air bnb apartment with all amenities. A good place if you are a group of 5 or 6 people. Located at the high Street and saddler's place. Good food outlets are just downstairs. Lot of options for shopping. Primark is nearby. And all leading stores. It's a comfortable place.

Good serviced apartments at a value price.

If there were minus stars, I would give — 5 stars. Delivery traffic at 6:00 a. M. Many items in the apartment defective and mold in the bathroom. Very questionable area.

Everything OK, but bed uncomfortable.

Nice apartment, shame that the housekeeping leaves a little to be desired…

Very nice apartment in a neighborhood living some disappointments on details (covered missing dishes broken…) but nothing that prevented us from spending an excellent Christmas Eve and enjoying the London balances that remain very advantageous.

It's a excellent value for money.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Parking was horrible. The apartment itself look pretty from the pictures, but when we arrived there was scratches and coloring on the wall, mold in the bathroom, broken heaters on the wall, faucet was dripping, broken towel racks, and doors that wouldn’t close. One day we came back from touristing and was greeted by an overpowering smell of marijuana. It wasn’t just a puff puff, pass the joint, it was a hotbox! The next door neighbors made the whole level smell of marijuana, I don’t think they even left the apartment. It was so bad, I almost threw up. My fiancé who smokes marijuana even said the smell was incredibly bad and intense. I came with my nephew who is 9 years old, it was not a friendly environment whatsoever. I had to tell him to plug his nose and just keep going. But, the smell even went into our apartment! Iliya responded to my concerns, but it was too late the damage was done. I would never stay here again or visit the area.

I have just had a week at Radalco Apartments. We were a group of four adults all over the age of 70, the apartment was on the third floor, no lifts. When we arrived we found that a window had been left open and the bedroom floor was all wet, the floor was warped as this looked like it had happened a few times. Food was left in the freezer, microwave oven needed cleaning, jug was full of calcium deposits. When we turned the lights out at night the hall light and the bedroom light continued blinking, eventually the hall light went out biut the bedroom light blinked until the bulb was removed. The washing machine discharge hose had a hole in it and flooded the cupboard under the sink. The door from the lounge room wouldn't shut, the latch doesn't line up, utility cupboard door doesn't shut. The final straw came when the bed collapsed at 2am. The blinds in the main bedroom couldn't be opened or closed as there was no chain to control them. We finally called maintenance who fixed the bed (it collapsed again the day after) fixed the washing machine and got a new chain for the blind, not the correct chain but the blinds were then able to be used. The unit number was 13 so maybe it was just our bad luck.

The apartment was a great deal and laid out well for group. The few things that we needed help were corrected immediately. There were a few lights needing replacement. We had 4 people that could use two full size beds and two sofa beds. We were very close to the tube station Hounslow East on the Piccadilly line. We also had a washer and dishwasher with a local large grocery store about 5 minutes walk. The people who manage this are friendly! The place is very clean with towels and toilet paper provided. This matters! More money for pints! We left a tip to show our gratitude. Cheers!
