Good hotel and basic breakfast, love it!

Easy check in and parking overnight at a reasonable price.
Rooms were clean and basic with decent Shower but comfortable enough.
Negative for the room … TV supplied but NO remote control … which was inconvenient so manual channel changes and volume control.
Breakfast over 06:30 — 10 so waking options are good.
Overall comfortable and worth every penny.

I would not recommend this hotel because there is no basic needs provided like shower gel, kettle in room, tea and coffee are chargable, drinking water, intercom service to reception, it is too far from airports.

Poor Wi-Fi rude staff that should take a few English lessons. And tries to charge you for free service they offered.

Cheap for ur pets to come staff was friendly bed comfortable free Wi-Fi I would come back again.

The hotel is almost like any other budget ibis in uk and Europe. Affordable prices to stay and a nice and clean hotel. The other advantage was Its low-cost car park — you just can't get a better deal anywhere nearby. The hotel I quite far from London centre, so it takes around 40 minutes by tube. the hotel is close to the heathrow airport, thus it can be used to sleep between the connecting flights or before and early one.

It was a cheap and cheerful place to stay over for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. But beware the hidden cost of £4 for leaving the car park! It wasn't a major problem for us as we only stayed the one night, but we were not aware of this charge when we booked. Also £5.50p per person for a "continental breakfast" when there are plenty of cheaper and better options nearby.

Anna she is very very polite, nice, helpful. The air conditionning is not working properly. The rest of my stay was good. I will come back just because of Anna.

The place, I liked it First, good place to budget your money instead of spending lot of pounds in the expensive hotels. Wonderful breakfast. You can chill in the lobby at night. Casual place and casual workers.

Absolutely fantastic service by mercedesz. She couldn’t do any more to make me and my wife feel comfortable. From checking in to showing me and my disabled wife to are rooms. Really can’t wait to come back again, the most friendly place in London. The staff and hotel deserve more than 5 stars.

Typical Ibis Budget. Less than 10. Minutes walk from Hounslow Central station. Very handy for Heathrow. My room smelt a bit musky and I had problems with the key card but it was clean. The first time ever the arrow on the card should point upwards. No wonder it didn't work. For me it was handy having a Tesco Express next door.

Excellent hotel at a reduced price. Been there a couple of times and always satisfied with the service. Good localisation 10 minutes away from both underground and train station. Good place to sleep.

I start with staff cause I think first feeling is the most important. The receptionist ANA very unfriendly, she was not smiling but looking on me and my husband like we stole her money or something, didn't use polite words like thank you sorry or you welcome, didn't inform about anything and speak with rest of staff in her own language which I don't care much but it is unprofesional. On the other day she was like this again so it wasn't just bad day. I really don't know what is doing this kind of person on reception. On the another hand rest of staff really nice and helpfull especialy red hair women from housekeeping who brought cod for our baby. Rooms small but nice and clean with air condiction, TV and Wi-Fi. So 3 stars is because of first bad feeling in reception, other things was good and if we will be back in hounslow we probably choose this hotel again.

Great for the price, affordable, clean, near to subway and buses! A little tiny rooms and everything very compacted but I assumed this is normal for London and this price, if going to Heathrow this very good option for budget level! 20min bus ride to Heathrow!

Very competent and nice manager, the rest of the staff is sometimes somewhat difficult of grasped. The hotel is just a basic budget hotel, but very good. The situation is relaxed. Although you have 45 minutes to take the tube to the point where you are actually in central London, the hotel is only minutes from the airport and the surrounding area is quiet. You don't hear about the overflying planes in the building. Since still being cautious: Hounslow is not an easy and harmless neighbourhood. Here you can become a mulmig after policemen and security people who line the streets are usually very competent and convey security. Hounslow is also a bit more British than the tourist city centre and you can see that.

Bloody awful! When I first checked into my room I noticed a weird stain on my pillow. Went downstairs asked for it to be changed… went back upstairs had a shower as I had a very early flight. Went to get into bed and there was a brown/bloody red mark all down the bedsheet! I could not believe it! Went downstairs to complain and the staff (girls behind the counter who couldn’t look up from there phones) were SO RUDE! didn’t even apologise just gave me a new bottom sheet! Learn some customer service skills! Never ever again!

Good hotel for a visit to London for almost 30 minutes with the Tube to the centre.
Breakfast in the supermarket in the building or in the surrounding area. Despite airport nearby quiet.

Rooms in order for the price, albeit very small (especially the shower), but breakfast does not deserve the designation at all, virtually no choice, no chance of getting fed up with it …

We enjoyed staying at IBIS Budget Hotel located in Hounslow, London. Our rooms were very clean. We were located in an area close to the train and bus stops. The hotel is also located very close shops, malls, food courts and grocery stores. Besides the convenience of location, the staff is very friendly, helpful and resourceful. We were definitely cared for better than the cost which we paid. We especially want to commend Ana for her professionalism and attention to detail. We will stay here again.

Utterly disgusting. The disabled bathroom in 433 is a serious health hazard. The floor is stained and filthy, rust and limescale on the grab bars, botched tape repairs to the shower head which was also filthy, stained shower curtain and filthy grouping. Not to mention the smell which was awful and permeated the room so I had to sleep with the window open. Arrived 11.30pm and off early or would have refused the room. Didn't dare use the shower for fear of what it was carrying. You must sort this room out immediately, it is not fit for human habitation.

Friendly, budget hotel in convenient location close to bus stops and a 7 minute walk to Hounslow Central underground Station. There is also a carpark. Rooms are fine. Don't expect luxury at this price, but all the basics are there, including free Wi-Fi. Shower is really good (modular style shower room). Bed is fine, mirrors and lighting good. There isn't a kettle in the room but it's possible to get free hot water a tea, including herbal teas, day or night.

The room was Clean, Tidy and the shower brilliant; David the Hotel Maintenance Engineer Fixed my Laptop for me when It failed to connect. Thanks David. Breakfast was very good. All you can eat £5.50. Central London is £2.80. A great place to stay for a very good price. Great Value. Ana and Ramona helped me with my bags and checked me out. Thanks to all the staff for their help. Great hotel and amazing and very friendly stuff. The location is good and receptionist explained how to get to underground and to the city which isnt too far. They also made it sure that we had a good stay at the hotel and did everything to make it comfortable. They were very polite and greeted us the second we came in on the door.

I booked a one room, double bed. cost me £40 for the night. toilet and shower are very compact but fine. the basin is part of the open plan of the room. ambient lighting was an unexpected surprise! bed is comfortable. Wi-Fi + parking included, breakfast is extra (£6 p/p)

The hotel was great. The staff was very nice and more than helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable. It is a bit weird to have glass doors on the bathroom, but it didn't bother too much. All in all, we would like to come back.

Location is perfect! Very close to Piccadilly line and shops etc. The room is nice and clean; the bed is comfortable. It would be great if they offered a mini-fridge but hey, that's a budget hotel, and even microwave in the lobby is a good addition. I will definitely consider staying here next time.

The Hotel is undoubtedly one of the cheaper Houses if the Accessibility Criterion has to be taken into account. The Hotel Management made a lot of effort for the Guests. A faulty Water hose on the Wall of the Shower was immediately remedied. The Rooms are quite small; You can move quite well in it with a Wheelchair. If you value a continental Breakfast at The Beginning of the day, you should definitely accept the Breakfast Buffet offered by the Hotel, as unfortunately no Bakeries or the like in the immediate And wider surroundings. To be found.

Well the room was more or less large but there was a smell of terrible humidity.

Cheap place to stay in London although a bit secluded from the city centre. I would recommend changing the mattresses from there the price you have.

The housekeeping is not well done. The room is tiny.

Value for money. Good for short business trips. Warm and quick service. Clean rooms. Centrally placed — 5 mins walk from Hounslow Central Station and a minute walk to High Street. The only con is its room size. They are pretty small compared to the hotels in this class however one would not mind if the objective is to just have a good night's sleep. Buffet breakfast is also available for £5. Basics such as Free Wi-Fi, TV, Hot water and heater are available.

This hotel is just so awesome, staff is super friendly and warm, bedroom is clean and comfy, anything you need is around the place, from supermarkets to stores, even the underground station is quite close (5-10 min walk). Despite it´s far from Central London, price for this quality more than compensates the distance you need to travel, it´s actually conveniently close to Heathrow. Will go back there for sure!

I found it all a bit grim. It's a little too far from London to be convenient. Car parking was an issue as it had three coaches in there which took up a lot of spaces. There was a large school trip in the hotel and the students were very noisey and a little out of hand. I'm not against Ibis Budget hotels and they are great for the price and you get a clean room which is normally fine for a good night's sleep. I just didn't particularly enjoy my visit to this hotel.

We were 100% satisfied. New, comfortable place to stay in. Employees were so kind to us, always fulfilled our (sometimes unusual) needs. Breakfast was really tasty. If I ever come back to London, this hotel will be the choice number 1 :) Thank you a lot!

The staff was very friendly and has an excellent location, the only one but I put it is that the rooms are small, although if you are going to be walking and not to lock yourself in the hotel it is an excellent choice.

Rooms were small but clean. Our room faced the back, so we didn't hear the street except for the occasional siren. The airport is very near tho, so during the day expect airplane noise at least every half hour. The shower was in the room with a milky glass door, so not necessarily a room to share with a friend. There is no shampoo in the shower (sold at the reception for 1£) and you have to borrow a hair dryer from the reception (for free, kept ours the whole stay). Towels were changed, and the beds were made, daily. We had trouble with very disruptive guests on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel tho. Tube station is very near, but takes about 30 minutes to reach central London. Right around the corner of the hotel (actually in the same building) is a Tesco express. Great for a quick breakfast on the go.

Very good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Shower powerful. Parking reasonably priced especially for London. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. We got in very last minute and found the whole booking in process smooth and hassle free. I personally would have enjoyed tea making facilities in the room but hey, its a budget hotel and I guess you cant have everything. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely would recommend to a friend.

We are staying at this hotel and we have 2 rooms to ourselves. One room of 3 and one room of 2. Both rooms look modern and fresh, however, are really small. The room of 3 has a bunk bed attached to it which wouldn't really work for any group of seniors but for kids it's great. The toilet is the only thing in walls with the sink outside and the shower door is translucent. Being here with a group of friends is not a good idea but if you're alone or going as a couple it wouldn't be bad. The pricing is good but for a group, the rooms are lacking. The service is 3/5, the cards for our rooms stopped working 3 times under 24 hours and they weren't near a phone or anything like that etc.

Washing facilities provide no privacy. Aircon didn't work well — important when opening windows means listening to planes landing at Heathrow. The bunk bed design was a good use of space.

The standard rooms have a tiny toilet cubicle just big enough to squeeze in with the toilet, its like a broom cupboard and the sink is in the bedroom which is weird, the shower is separate and rather small too. But the rooms are well made, beds comfy and tidy but very very basic, wooden floors no cupboard. Disabled larger rooms have a very large bathroom/wet room and toilet in the same room so if possible I'd recommend the disabled room. There's no kettle in room but you get a free cup of tea or coffee from reception and it's 2 pound for extra. Overall tidy basic comfy hotel and short 5 or 110 minute walk to a tube.

Budget property like homestay in India but certainly few steps ahead from that type of homestay. Facilities are good. People who have tight budget are recommended. Staff and reception people are very friendly. Location is also very good. Strongly recommend for family stay.

I have visited ibis Hounslow a few times in the past it's a great hotel very cheap and great location. Staff are very pleasant and polite, parking used to be £3 all day but has now been increased to £4 all day which is cheap compared to all day parking at the treaty centre. The hotel is located approximately 2mins away from the main highstreet great location.

The ibis hotel I went to was in hounslow. It was clean, confortable and was cheap.

Good price, friendly employees. Pretty close to the underground. Shower head was busted in my room. But otherwise clean, and quiet.

Clean and tidy, rooms are basic but all you need and worth the money. Staff were a bit slow to recognise me waiting to check in having a conversation with eachother while I waited.

It is ok for the price, but it is located right on a main road and 4km Wwg to the airport. Although there is a shower but she is in no space but is the space.

Always stay here if I need to spend the night in London. Easily accessible via the Picadilly line. Relatively good value especially if your flying from Heathrow the next day.

Budget stay in London. Plus: GOOD price for London accomodation. Fast Wi-Fi, GOOD room service cleaning every day, location near to Heathrow airport, Hounslow area with 2 minutes walk to the main street with lot of shopping possibilities (PRIMARK, H&M, SPORTS DIRECT, BOOTS, ONE POUNDER, KFC, SUBWAY, SUPERDRAG), TESCO in the same building, 5 minutes walk to the Tube. 1 minute walk to junk food — PAPAS PIZZA and hot wings. Minus: Heathrow airplanes path approach, no tea accessories in the room (hot water available at the Reception desk), no dryer in the room (available at the Reception desk) Breakfast? Better buy croissants next door in Tesco. One working elevator! Rubbish around the Hotel, leaky windows in rooms.

A place to crash for a night is ok. Not beyond that.

The staff are great, they run a 24 hour reception, went down at 3am and got a drink and everything. There's a good range of shops and takeaways around too, the hotel is clean and warm, and we didn't encounter much noise or anything. The room itself wasn't great though, I get that this is a budget hotel and in London, but it's still quite expensive for a small room with an INCREDIBLY hard bed; memory foam which is a personal thing I don't like so maybe others wouldn't mind, but it was like sleeping on moulded concrete that kept throwing all your body heat back at you. As others have said, the shower is in the bedroom itself, only some slightly frosted glass which I would imagine just blurs all your bits and would look like you've gone for a naked jog in the fog. There was no way I was going to shower in front of my friend and her 6 year old we had a family room and we're close, but not close enough to go flashing soapy business like that. The toilet is in a very small cupboard, no lock, and you have to go out to wash your hands which doesn't seem hygienic when you're going to be touching the door to get out. Wouldn't stay again, mainly because of the bed, but it's no discredit to the staff who aren't at fault at all and if you're fine with firm beds and only staying a night where you don't need to shower — or you're on you're own/in a couple — it wouldn't be a problem.

It's good hotel, no luxury, goos people, good service, it's clean, near to the tube.

Awful! 4 floors of drunk teenagers going nuts! Ok, thats not the hotels fault but when they are gathered in the lobby drinking cider in plain sight of staff it is. Plus theres no hot water, free Wi-Fi is a lie, theres no kettle (but u can get a plastic cup of machine coffee for £2.50! ) A 10ml bottle of shower gel costs you £1.50, add them to the charge for parking it dont actually turn out to be budget after all!. Ibis hidden charge they should have renamed it to.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast okay — good value for the price. However it was very uncomfortable that there is actually no bathroom in the bedroom, you literally step out of the shower directly next to the bed. I had a tripple bedroom travelling with my parents and it felt awkward to find out how not to take a shower in front of my parents being in my 30s. Was asking for another room with a bathroom, but all rooms are supposed to be equipped like this. I would recommend to consider this before booking.

£49.00 the room was okay, but it had an EXTREMELY HARD BED.

Quick at reception. Rooms simple but clean. Recommended over other hotels nearer the airport as they lack proximity to super markets. Bars and restaurants at reasonable prices.

The staff was very nice there was no full English breakfast. The croissants were fully soaked with grease and the rooms, there was only a blanket.

Its was clean and the staff was friendly. Its not a luxury hotel, but its not supposed to be. Bed was comfortable. Great pub around the corner.

Conveniently located, close to metro, shops, and bus get to the airport, I really liked.

Like all etap hotels it's very convenient and very good value for money. If you are coming by car you can park your car there and dont have to pay congestion charge. Hounslow central station is just down the road and within 30 mins you're in the city center. Ideal for conferences or mettings in London.
