Excellent little hotel, very friendly welcoming staff. Room presentation and decor very nice. Excellent location central London and all attractions easily accessible. Definatly would return.

Very bad Hotel, the owner Alex and his romanian gipsy stole my money, 500£ that I pay for accomodation, they threw normal people, in the street, in the middle of the night and when u pay you even don’t get a bill… take good care if u go there!

Dirty room from previous customer. Shower dirty and broken, door stop broken which partner hurt foot on. Promised refund within seven days but constantly fobbed off and ignored when trying to chase it up. No parking although says it was available Paid over the odds for the room given the date which was fine. But expected it to be of a good standard for £230 Was also the smallest room they had which even the manager andrea was surprised we were in for that price.

Nice rooms. Well decorated. Good facilities. Bed was clean and good enough. Didn't get bitten, like other guests have commented. That's where the positive review ends. Breakfast is not free; see my photo. Carpark is not a car park. I damaged my car getting it up and down the ramp because it was so steep and sharp at the top. See photo; it's just a space to put your car and get charged a tenner for the luxury of doing so. My room had five windows, of which two were skylights and one was a porthole above the two normal windows. This meant that at 5am, I was awake. I woke up at 4am too, when the refuse lorry came to empty the bins which sounded like they were just five feet from my head. Also, they don't have curtains in this room (and possibly others). Just a tilting blind which doubles up as a flyscreen. This does a very poor job of allowing you to wake up when you want to. I had two lamps in my room, one I couldn't reach from the bed and the other had no bulb. Wi-Fi signal poor at the back of the hotel (in my room). They just use a BT home hub, nothing sophisticated. I didn't know there was a bar for the evenings; only found the menu as I was checking out as it was hidden behind the lamp. I really liked the look of the hotel. I was disappointed about my experience. I didn't let reception know as I assumed there wasn't much they could have done at 5am for me.

Lovely attentive staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, great fresh cooked breakfast. Excellent location for tube to central London and motorways.

Very poor. The shower was not working properly but the lady in the reception said it's ok to have a leaked shower. The water was coming both ways. When asked for a change in room she said they don't have anymore room. I paid £71 for this stay. She even said I was actually on discounted price where as original price is £95. Extra charge of £9.50 for breakfast, which was good but small portion. I would rather stay at anyother hotels, lot cheaper but best facilities. Would recommend no one. Very poor place. Don't waster you money and time.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was brilliant. There's some construction going on at the moment and that limits the hotel's parking. Overall fantastic value.

The staff are very friendly and the location of this hotel is good for both the underground and train station but that unfortunately is where the positivity ends. We stayed in one of their family rooms. The bed was two beds pushed together. There was a large brown leather sofa bed which had been pulled out however this was obviously broken as the base of another bed had been shoved underneath the end of it which was higher than the actual sofa, this resulted in the middle legs of the sofa bed dangling in mid air. Only one side of the bed had a lamp and the lamp shade was broken. There was a 50" flat screen TV on the wall on a movable bracket but we were unable to get more than 2 channels to work up until approximately 11:30pm at which point we could get 8. The blind on our window was made of a mesh type material which could be seen through from the street outside. We ended up taking the armrest cushions from the sofa bed and stacking them on the windowsill to try and get some sort of privacy. On first glance the bathroom looked ok however there was a dirty towel on the floor of the walk in shower, the shower head leaked and was running down the shower hose resulting in mould. Our room was located next to their bar which nobody actually used during our stay but at 2am the staff decided they wanted a party of their own… There was laughing, shouting and screaming which obviously meant we were unable to sleep.

Was very impressed with the high level of customer service, I received from Deea and Nina. They made me feel very welcome, will definitely stay again when in town. My room was very nice, decorated to a high specification. It is definitely much better value than other hotels in area like Travelodge and Lampton guest house.

Small but nice rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and from Heathrow or the city on the tube stop a block away.

For a small hotel it has very high standard's and lovely caring staff… excellent.

Room very clean, bathroom very clean, only problem is the hotels location as it near the Heathrow airport so you can imagine the noise all night. But apart from that I will definitely go back there again.

The price and convenient location not far from Heathrow Airport are the selling points of this hotel. It is good for a quick stay, but the small rooms and showers with very limited floorspace do not make it ideal for more than a night or two.

Good access to underground station and nearby shops and a few restaurants. Room was small but good decor, although the showerhead holder was broken and one window wouldn't shut all the way.

Good location for my work office, friendly front desk staff. My 'kingsize' bed was 2 singles pushed together, the room was very small, with mesh curtains. A just big enough bathroom had a walk in shower with neglected seals meaning it didn't shut fully. The shower arm/ holder was broken and shelf was screwed on at an impossible to balance angle. The overall cleanliness was good, apart from still water with rust on lid, and a half used pot of shower gel left in the shower.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Would definatly stay there again.

Bed was quite small and not very comfy. We paid £10 to park our car in their car park — it ended up bring parked down a side road next to the car park same lady was checking in guests as well as trying to run the bar downstairs. Very disjointed. Ended up leaving before breakfast so can't comment on food. Also it is NOT as 20 minute walk to Twickenham stadium as the receptionist told is — more like 40/45

The stay was great! If you have never been to London or even if you have this is the place to go. Bob Monica and Alex all were great they make sure everything is perfect and the rooms are new and cozy. The worst part about the trip was leaving. This is the only place I will stay from here on out when traveling to London.

Had a room on the lower level with windows looking out into street. Broken blinds left an unobstructed view in and out of room. A bit exposed. Sleeping three so things were a bit tight in the room. Quite a bit of road noise. Bathroom design was flawed. Flat shower caused water to run everywhere. Obvious water damage in floorboard indicated that it had been that way for a while. While in the breakfast area, water dripping from ceiling indicates that other rooms may have a similar problem. Probably a novice sub-contractor did the job on the house bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Loud chatter in hallway. Complained on second occurrence and they quieted down. Staff offered an extra night to compensate but we were already out of the area. Slightly shady neighborhood. No safety problems, but not very well kept up. Construction on Bulstrode Road and sidewalk near house entrance.

Fantastic customer service. Very well positioned for the airport and central London. Train is just a couple of minutes walk. Shops are around the corner as well.

We stayed here last night and it is a delightful little hotel. We arrived late after a long journey and the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms are clean and v. Nicely put together. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. A great little hotel. Thanks.

Small, very tidy and slightly quirky. Friendly owners and staff. Well worth walking straight past the nearby Ramada and into this place.

Convenient location, reasonable price and clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and a comfortable bed. But the management need to get the small items sorted and it would be a great little boutique hotel. The big item that we were not impressed with was when others used the water, our shower totally stopped working, not good when covered in soap suds. Then when the shower did work it driped as the shower head was covered in lime scale. Small items: Only one set of towels in our bathroom. When I asked for another set they still forgot! The extract fan did not work and a broken floor tile right were you have to stand when you exit the shower cubicle No mirror in the bedroom for ladies to dry their hair. No instructions in your room on how to contact reception. When brought to reception attention they said just press 3… Would it not be helpful for the next guest just to put in a list of contact numbers? If they moved the shelves at the end of bed you might be able to get around the other side with out having to climb over the bed. The blind in the bedroom looks great but does not block out any light… so pointless.

A bitter experience. Very small rooms. Staff including manager is not cooperative. Room service is bad. Do'nt deserve three star category.

Hotel staff really friendly, ended up extending my stay, they made many arrangements just to accommodate me.
