A great place to stay with a clean and lovely environment. The staff has been really polished well to take care of their customers and go beyond expectations. This place has out-class service and hospitality. I must say that they have improved over time and taken some feedback constructively to build their credibility from where they started. I hope you further keep it up and stay focused on customer satisfaction.

Recently stayed here with my family. Loved it a lot. Amazing place. Great service. The rooms are very attractive. Surely would love to come back.

I loved it. The boys at the reception are very attentive and are always available. The combining are very welcoming. Brings covered, some things to cook, iron the only thing that was missing was the washing machine. Is near of the terminal, in the end I loved it good place.

Excellent location for the purpose of our stay, near to the centre of Hayes Town, the room was spotless and finished to a high modern standard, all the extra facilities you get with the apartment as opposed to just a hotel room were very good indeed. Especially the ability to have a fridge to store items. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Parking is very secure and it should be for the £15 per day charge. Be wary of the fact the hotel is located on a private road which means that you need to either drive straight into the car park or hope that one of the two Staycity bays are free to use. All in all, we'd definitely stay in another Staycity again, if parking was less expensive then a 5* would have been awarded. An extra £15 on a stay per night will soon add up.

The rooms are good, you have restaurants nearby, my only complaint is that the receptionists should know how to speak some Spanish, because here in Spain the English were catered perfectly in your language.

First time at Staycity, it was an interesting stay. Got upgraded to a one bed room apartment. The room was sufficiently large and well equipped. Location is good at the moment and close to local amenities. Once the Elizabeth line is open, the location would be a lot better. Overal cleanliness was a bit lacking, but that could easily be looked over.

Good site and very friendly people. Although they do not have nor idea of English.

Second review, week 4 of staying here during the week. Had 2 weeks in studio apartment and 2 weeks in one bedroom apartment. One bedroom apartment is definitely the more comfortable option, particularly if staying for several days and the cost is not prohibitive to your finances. Cooking facilities better in one bedroom (oven) but in both one bedroom apartments there were less utensils which then made it hard to make use of the better facilities. In 3 of the 4 rooms the extractor has been broken in the bathroom, and generally it feels like snagging isn't done enough or they do not make an effort to ensure that unreported problems, but those that should be regularly checked between guests, are picked up on and rectified. I'm due to stay here several more weeks yet but if I were the person at my place of business who was working on a contract to use this hotel longer, I'd be looking for a much better deal, or an alternative.

Clean, mid priced, bar and restaurant. Clean big rooms. Beds are horribly uncomfortable though. It's two short single beds zipped awkwardly together making it 2 kids beds. My feet hang off the edge and I'm only 5'7. They also don't have any change or care to help find change for their washing machines. They don't even keep a roll of pound notes in a safe box or anything to help out. The bank is nearby too, except of course it is closed the day I need it. For a business trip I found this place very inconvenient. Haven't seen a cleaner in 4 days even though they were meant to clean every 3 days. There are more towers being built nearby so I hope they are better.

A nice modern feel to this apartment style place to stay. Ideal for nearby Heathrow, you can travel from the train station next door for trips into the city. Handy if you want to eat a little cheaper as there is a Tesco metro very close, so you can cook in the room. The cooked breakfast is very good, and the staff are very friendly too.

This is a great place. The staff and very professional and friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back and I strongly recommend it.

Although cheap, the room is really great and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room and spacious bathroom. The reception staff are quick and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is good. But there are some problems: 1) the connection with the airport isn't good, no shuttle bus and no direct public transportation from Heathrow terminal 4.2) The crowd at the area is shady, I had a guy take the lift with me just to ask for money. 3) Some of the kitchenware was dirty. Overall, certainly good value for money but be prepared for the downsides.

We booked a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious, tidy and clean. Everything was furnished. The staff was available and ready to help at any time. Once back in France, I realized I forgot a pair a earings and Manisha had the kindness to post them to my home address. However, we would have appreciated a cleaning service during our stay. Overall very nice experience and perfect location.

It’s clean, comfy, definitely a good place to rest, take the train and very near to the airport. I did not know that only after 7 days you have right to get the cleaning again… bit weird, I mean, in Mexico this doesn’t happen! Overall experience good!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We rented a studio and it was clean and spacious with a great view (top floor). The check in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and polite. I think the rooms share a bit of the air exchange, which meant I could smell everything the other tenants cooked and smoked. Yes, unfortunately there were guests in the hotel who couldn't abide by the no smoking policy, and my room smelled horribly from their cigarette smoke. It did eventually disappear after I called reception and complained. The only reason the stay does not receive 5 stars is because the kitchen is not properly stocked (no drying cloth or dish rack) and I found the mattress springy and noisy. Also, the green exit light is in a poor position and disrupted my sleep on both nights. It is bright and directly in your face if you sleep on your left side.

Excellent solution both for those who are just passing through London, and for those who decide to spend a few days. The apartments are kept very well in a huge facility es efficient. A convenient train station is right in front of the hotel and allows you to reach London or Heathrow airport in just a few minutes. Quick check-in and check-out.

Our room was very clean and had a huge bed which was comfortable. Although we didn't use it, it was nice to have the small kitchen section and the table and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

This place is convenient; it has everything you need in some large suits. The hotel offers breakfast and snacks, but there is a convenience store right next door from it. There is a gym; the subway is 50 yards away. The prices are great considering London usual rates for families. This hotel offers the possibility to have four single beds which can be transformed into two queen beds, your choice. It happens to be very convenient when traveling with a teenage son and daughter who obviously don't appreciate to have to share a bed! I also loved the decor, even if not very important, it's always a little something that makes a place more enjoyable!

Comfortable and modern hotel, located close to a train station. Apartment well provided in equipment, although during my stay the siphon of the shower was clogged.

First for us the Appart Hotels. Overall very good. Furniture and decoration very modern and design.
Located next to Hayes train station perfect to reach London Paddington at 20mn, frequent trains and stop for a tourist bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Secure parking for 15 pounds per day.
Convenience store next door and small restaurant the village café to test for breakfast and meal.
One-bedroom apartment. Only downside the convertible couch a little hard, I would not have spent a week sleeping in it.
Our friends had a Studio. Perfect.

Genuinely so pleased with the stay. Considering its London it was cheap and so clean. Perfect I will say. Even down to the fittings and furnishings, it was perfect. A little kitchen too to make your own food. Definitely worth a try for anyone who's wondering.

Excellent! Excellent! The apartment was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, neat, & organized. The restaurant was very good, & relaxing at the same time. The laundry facilities were clean & easy to use. Lastly, but not last at all, the staff. Each & every one of them was neat, friendly, smiling, & personable. They went out of their way to help us with anything & everything. Dominica, you especially made me feel like more than just a visitor to your country, you made me feel like I belonged. The best place we have ever stayed as far as hospitality. Thank you!

Excellent hotel… newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff (Kristina and Mohit) is very friendly, polite, welcoming and has been incredibly nice and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is adequate. Hotel atmosphere is really nice.

Wow excellent customer service. Clean contemporary light and airy rooms. Comfortable beds. All basics ie. Everything you need to prepare a basic meal all utensils available. Microwave. Kettle. Toaster. I loved my stay.

As a tourist, the location was a bit far from central London (i. E. The main attractions) but the train station was directly next door. The apartments are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Will strongly recommend for families with younger children.

The place is very dingy, poorly lit, though the staff is kind and understanding.

Brilliant for families and groups. We were 12 with kids and teenagers! Tesco next door. Parking (was expensive but secure). Rooms were clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Would have given this 5 stars but for the parking problems. The apartment lacked things like can openers, carving knives, etc. Good stock of usual knives, forks and spoons. Dishwasher and fridge freezer were handy. Very convenient for the airport.

Very good location with easy access to public transport, also secure parking available. Staff really friendly and helpful. Apartments modern and decent size with everything you need. Apartment we stayed in was clean and tidy although felt a little used — scuffs on walls from moved furniture and cracked bathroom floor tile. But these were small cosmetics and given the decent location they obviously have steady throughput of travellers. For the price and location a definite bargain. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Perfect place and cozy atmosphere, modern design and relaxing. Rooms very well finished with everything you need. Comfortable and the service great. The breakfast very complete. Just to the side of the bus and train station.

For a short trip to London great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A supermarket is right next door and the train runs outside the door to Paddington Station.

A great place to spend the night before the flight.

Awful Wi-Fi service throughout the building. Seriously frustrating to not be able to connect 90% of the time, and the other 10% be repeatedly kicked off without reason. No soap in the bathroom upon arrival. The staff seem inconvenienced when we asked for an extra towel. The shower floors are dangerously slick and there is no way to prevent a pool of water from forming outside the poorly designed stalls on the bathroom floor. The only saving grace of Staycity is its proximity to the train. Bedding and kitchenette were on par.

Close to Heathrow. Pretty nice place inside. Lot of fire doors to go through lol. Bed was fairly cheap (could feel springs) but decent enough.

Great location for Heathrow, though local bars/restaurants disappointing. Overall a very smooth, organised check in/out and the room was spotless with all the required self catering equipment. Beds comfortable, showers hot and powerful. Overall a great stay before a long flight.

Location and Room was great. They don't provide fresh towels unless you stay more than a week, which can be a hassle. If you are getting dropped off by car, there is a cop that stands right outside the door ready to give parking tickets to anyone that stands there more than a minute.

We loved our stay here. We had a studio apartment which had everything you would expect from a studio apartment… Electric hob, washing up stuff, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utilities, cutlery, iron (good quality), hairdryer etc. The only thing it didn't have was a proper oven. The microwave doubles up as an oven. The toilet was a little high if you have children. I would advise to budget for parking which is £15 and isn't included in the booking. If you are driving then the post code will take you to the private car park on the other side of the train station so it's best to use the tesco express post code (UB3 4BH) next to the apartments to get you to the stay city car park. Other than that our stay was fantastic here and the staff were helpful. Cannot really complain given the price. Highly recommend.

It's definitely a little different than what I'm used to in the USA. 1) the distance to the room from the elevator is longer than some Vegas hotels I've stayed in. 2) your room key has to be inserted to keep your electricity on through the entire apartment. 3) no coffee maker and not a single pan to cook with (but 3 pots). 4) wood floors and creaky doors make it impossible to get up without waking the rest of your group. 5) close to heathrow, but nowhere near london. Its about a $40 cab ride into town. Beds are conformable enough, and the staff has been nice and helpful. It's a fine place if you need to be in Hayes or near heathrow, but shouldn't be part of any expedia packages to london… like this was for me and my family.

Very nice the beadrooms bathrooms and kitchen is very nice and great creative.

The parking garage wasn't fantastic. The gates didn't open automatically upon entry and exit. There was no control over people parking where they were not assigned. The room was ok; the smell in the corridor wasn't pleasant as they were doing some renovations. The room was nice sized the interior was ok but not as nice as I was expecting.

Nice clean, modern apartments, with helpful staff. The location is less than 100m from Hayes and Harlington station with easy links to Heathrow and central London, and 300m from Hayes town centre. Only minor gripes are it can be a little noisy with the trains, and Hayes town centre is not the greatest shopping experience in the world but being close to central London you can easily get to Westfield shopping at White City so it's no great hardship.

BEWARE OF PRIVATE PARKING ATTENDANTS OUTSIDE — I am concerned that another reviewer got a £200 fine some days before me, for just getting dropped off.! I Lovely quiet and clean rooms that are to a good standard. Comfortable stay. Excellent staff. Tesco express handy for buying self catering ingredients and foods. BEWARE OF PRIVATE PARKING ATTENDANTS — As we were leaving, I have an internet based satellite navigation on my phone that would not work in the secure car park. I stopped briefly for 90 seconds just outside the entrance on the spaces there, to program my sat nav, a private security man ran up took a photo of my car and told me that a fine will be in the post as I was parked across bays … PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM AS THE ROAD LEADING TO THE CAR PARK IS A PRIVATE ROAD… I was intending to stay here again, but the parking attendants and awkwardness of access in and out of the secure car park has moved my choice to stay at a more traditional hotel when visiting London.

Nice apartment. But real hard to find. No boards or signs.

Very dirty. In the apartment next to a table on the floor spot what is "biomaterial". The dishes washed themselves, just in case. Sofa disintegrated with difficulty. Linen clean, but not Packed. And twice had to run to reception to the corkscrew. Three out of five. So I prideratsya and because the air conditioner is operating.

The trail station just in there, good apartments, 17 minutes from London in train. Expensive but perfect if you can afford it. Gym, swimming pool and security.

Almost perfect. The trouble is if you're a smoker. This non-smoking throughout the complex. At night. Out on the street to smoke is a little dangerous.
