Always happy to stay here pre flight. Great sleep and super convenient for the airport. Usually upgrade to club floor as we love the lounge and associated perks.

Lovely hotel, clean, tidy, staff are really friendly and helpful. Fantastic food, very comfortable bed, good bus service, what more do you need?.

After my arrival my room was not ready (6pm. ) after told to the staff, they were helpful and manage to provide a new romm, but this is something what you do not want to have after a long flight. On the 2nd day my card was not working to open the door, after a long working day go back to the reception, queuing and ask to fix. The room is noisy, you can hear everything from the neighbor rooms, child screaming, toilette flush, everything. The GYM is not nice, trendmills are old, there is no window which can be opened, and the temperature is high, no AC is working or it is set to high temp. The Wi-Fi is not good. You can see the signal is excellent, but there is no internet connectivity. I have no huge expectations from a hotel, but this one does not meet mine, will not recommend to my colleagues either.

We enjoyed our dinner, delicious food and excellent service and brilliant staff.

Very helpful staff, nice rooms with a large comfy bed and pillows. Sports bar has good atmosphere and great sports bar style food — I had a fantastic burger. Can be a long walk to the room if you choose one of the quiet rooms facing away from the road and airport. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely stay again.

The comedy night here on monday is absolutely incredible there is a plethora of raw comedic genius that is guaranteed to bring a smile to anyones face. Also the staff serving food and drinks are incredibly respectful and great at their jobs. Would definitely recommend anyone stays at this marvellous hotel.

Always traveling with trusted brand like Marriott/SPG, but it’s very first time felt really frustrated especially in this hotel… 1. My profile usually mentioned to have nearby elevator request, did mobile check in and confirmed, and. It’s located in kingdom of far far away corners. 2. Air conditions indoor as nightmare! Down to 13C! Even close it, still can keep 17 C max, mechanic came and tell me it’s fine, and same condition along 2 hour and 2 times checking … … 3. They changed me to a room with couple dogs barking all day long. Called for manager help, they said they are trying. But nothing changed? 4. When I express my disappointed to front desk. Cashier told me. Oh! Our manager credit points for you already? … if I want point, I can buy myself online, I want my hotel quality! Will NEVER trust this hotel for sure!

Absolutely shocking stay. We have stayed here 5 times prior to this stay. I booked on the phone as I always do, they had a "good" August offer, with children eating free.
Prior to my visit, I rang to confirm that we would have interconnecting rooms as I have 2 autistic children. I also asked if I could pre pay, to take some of the stress away at checkout.
We arrived, the rooms we 15 rooms apart! Not a great start, after 1 night, they were able to move us.
On check out they claimed because I had already paid for my room, I couldn't have the children eat free, I spoke with the supervisor who said she would honour it, then another member of staff said they wouldn't.
I was extremely disappointed at their behaviour and lack of empathy and compassion. After 6 visits, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I stay here a lot. Staff are good and helpful. Convenient for Heathrow airport. Sports bar is good and the food is very nice. Rooms need updating though. Has a pool which is not really necessary given the location but it's there if anybody wants to use it.

Close to airport, comfortable rooms, great Pub, get a room with a view of the Airport! Had a very comfortable night sleeping in this hotel; much better than the other Heathrow Sheraton. Make sure to get a room with a view of the airport… fascinating to watch the planes taxi and take off. Pub was fun… filled with locals watching football matches. Good selection of beers and fish & chips was delicious… especially the chips.

Outstanding hotel with extremely professional staff at reception, conciarge, housekeeping and room service. The rooms are nice and tidy with very good maintenance care. Food is very good both in room dining and the restaurants on ground level.

Room and parking price very good value, however we turned up and due to a wedding party being in process, we had to park in a temporary place and was informed I needed to move it at 10.45pm to a marked parking spot, once wedding quest had departed. I had to be up at 5 am the following morning for a long hall flight. As I had a booking I feel the hotel should have held a place for me and put the wedding quest in temporary parking spaces.

Room was large, bed very comfortable. Very nice bathroom and everything very clean. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Short bus ride to the airport from right outside hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Surprisingly nice rooms and decent hotel overall, for an airport hotel. Rooms are modern and comfortable, sports bar is nice and helps forgetting this is minutes away from the airport, and breakfast is perfectly serviceable. Access to Heathrow is easy with a taxi (order from reception and put on room charge) or a Hoppa bus. Terminal 2 is less than 10 min away. I had not experienced any airport noise and slept super well.

Hotel staff, rooms, showers, location, etc. Were all excellent. Only issue was with the Pub — — ordered Nachos to share with my kids and a salad. My kids ordered chicken sandwiches. Waiter asked if we wanted the Nachos first — we said, "yes". My kids meals and the Nachos came out all at once, and the salad not at all. I assumed they had forgotten the salad — — oh well — 40 minutes later, we're done with our meal and I ask for a check. The young man says would I now like my salad — — I explained that he never brought the salad out and I didn't want it after we were done with our meal. I filled up on the nachos. He refused to take it off the bill and placed the salad in a to go bag. We paid the bill and walked out. I always tip 20-25% and just couldn't bring myself to give him a tip. It seemed clear the young man was in training, but the refusal to take the very late arriving unwanted salad off the bill was not right and cost me an extra 11 pounds and him a tip.

Pleasant and efficient check in. Surprisingly spacious room with a good sized bathroom. Sports bar served a decent steak supper coupled with San Miguel on tap. It was a bit dark in there so if you struggle to read in low light take reading glasses or a torch! Check out was efficient so all in all a pleasant stay.

Brilliant hotel, very handy for Heathrow which is just a short bus journey (door to door). Rooms are really nice — stayed in a family room which was spacious and furnished to a high standard. Parked for 2 1/2 weeks and then stayed the night I got back which was perfect! Would definitely stay there again…

Convenient to airport with good amenities We were traveling back from a vacation in Italy and needing to overnight near the airport. The hotel was conveniently close and had a free schedule. Worked to perfection. The hotel is no ce, clean and well maintained. Good food options in the hotel with a coffee kiosk. Unfortunately we did not eat in any if the restaurants as my wife was sick and we just ordered room service. I will stay there Gain I'd I have another layover.

Fantastic hotel if you are looking to host a large wedding. The banqueting halls can be partitioned or opened up depending on requirements, with ample space to suit any number of room configurations. The events team were very good to deal with and went out of their way to ensure everything with the venue ran perfectly, especially as we were using an outside caterer. The rooms, whilst not the most modern, were a good size and decorated tastefully. The sub-tropical is lovely and also made for a unique reception area. Though the Skyline is more of an airport/business hotel, with the right styling, it has fantastic charm and great areas for your wedding photography.

Excellent hotel experience with friendly helpful staff. Reception, pool lifeguard, concierge all friendly. Would be 5 star review but the car park is over spilling and stuggled to get a proper parking space. Room was big and spacious but air con didn't really cool it down enough. Pool was excellent and just the right temperature although strange swimming around whilst people fully clothed at the bar.

We had a great pre-flight stay. 5 stars for friendly, attentive customer service including the taxi driver arranged by hotel reception. Good restaurant, comfy bed. Didn't use the pool but noticed a life guard on duty. We've stayed in many hotels and this was really comfortable (used by airline flight crew).

Sheraton has its style. I felt very comfortable and would visit the hotel again and again.

Smart, comfortable and very friendly staff. Convenient for airport transfer. Very long walk from lifts to most rooms. Inside room air-conditioning not effective; too warm. Good breakfast.

The concierge of the hotel contacted us by live chat and asked if we do have available wheelchair vehicles and we've mentioned that we do have similar cars in our fleet. Afterwards we've had a call from the concierge but as they wanted a car for the next day in the morning, we've informed the staff (after double checking) that we do not have availability for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. After about 2 minutes, the same person wrote to us to "f. K off". Not nice of them at all.

I sleep here about three times a month. I appreciate their constancy. The bedding is exceptional. The breakfast is very good. Very nice staff. The fitness room is well equipped. I just wish they'd renew their "in room dining" card more often. The Maddhus restaurant is not to be missed! The sport bar also with its typical pub ambience.

I visit site a lot to carry out inspections. And this Hotel really has a pride in its cleanness. Housekeeper and managers are extremely friendly. You get concierge to open the doors for you on your arrival and help you with your bags. Front desk reception are informative and friendly. You have a handy Starbucks if you fancy a hot drink and sandwich. You also have two restaurant and a bar area. The best feature I love is the sky garden bar. In the evening you have a relaxing atmosphere and mellow lighting. They have an indoor swimming pool at this bar with the water being warm. Really cosy with sofas, stools around bar and surrounding bar area. Garden deck chairs and a table tennis! Have not had the food here so I am unable to comment.

Amazing comfortable bed! One of the best ever I slept in. However, you can notice that the hotel is rather old. Also, the bathroom had a very distinct chloride smell every time I used the shower. Pretty sure that wasn’t safe.

Close to the airport. It's £12 taxi ride or £4? Bus ride. Hotel has a starbucks in the lobby. Only thing I don't like about the hotel is the ac shuts off in the middle of the night and you wake up sweating. Also the hotel breakfast was basic. Basic Scramble eggs and sausage. No omelet bar.

Comfortable stay before my early flight. Good indoor pool. What looked like a very popular Indian restaurant but it was full when we tried. I went to the sports bar which was a bit bland.

Best feature of the room was a universal outlet in which I could charge my laptop, as I'd lost my US-to-UK converter earlier that day. Very short Uber ride to the terminal. Breakfast in the club lounge was a nice spread of scrambled eggs, breakfast meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, pastries, juices, coffee, tea and fresh fruit. Will stay again.

I love the Wi-Fi speed here. Fast and easy to connect. So many public transportations. Nice staffs and they have Starbucks at the lobby open at 6 am. Never try the breakfast here but I heard it’s not That nice. You can top up your Oyster card at the shop next to the lobby as well. The room is cozy.

Couple of month’s back I had booked in going with my younger sister to Sheraton Skyline. We booked a Club room so that we would have access to the ‘Club lounge’ as well as continental breakfast. Then, a month later I needed to amend my booking as I needed to add one more person and so got in touch with Sheraton with email. Have to say their response time was great! Other than that I wouldn’t compliment anything. I was told that we would just need to pay ‘£25 per night in addition to what we have already paid’. To me that sounded great! I approved right away and got it changed. However, I never knew that adding one more person would create so many problems! When it came to checking out, I was handed an invoice of £433. When seeing this, it honestly made my eyeballs come out my sockets! I questioned the receptionist as he had added £268 for the additional person staying the two nights. Luckily, I had my email correspondence which clearly stated ‘‘£25 per night in addition to what we have already paid’. If I hadn’t noticed this then I would have had to pay a ridiculous amount for something that was already spoken about. In addition, to all mentioned above, I would also rate the food 2/5 and that is me being generous! I am a vegetarian and honestly there was no choice for me! I paid £17.50 extra for continental breakfast each morning for fruits, bread and cereal. Fruits, bread and cereal don’t even cost that much! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a nice place to be for a short layover. However far from city. But, there are food outlets close by. Closer to the train station. Rooms are usually average size. During day time you can hear flights take off. But, it stops after 10pm. Staff are friendly and its a non smoking hotel. Offers gym, pool, bar, restaurant, Starbucks, wedding services, etc.

Calm location. Not crowded. Small lobby area but has ample sunlight coming in. Starbucks in the lobby is a great addition. Rooms are great. Good beds. Spacious bathrooms. Finding your room number cam take a while initially but then that's typical in UK designs. Sound proofing walls so rest assured you get a good sleep.

Very close to Heathrow airport. Suitable for this to be used for stays connected to air stopovers and to business meetings that are made far from the center of London. It has a pool in the covered courtyard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is good but should be improved especially by the sweet side.

Good location one hour from the city by Metro.

The room was clean and the bed was good. However there were issues with the hot water, in that I had to run the water for approx 10-15 in order to get a hot shave. Then when taking a shower the water went scalding hot and then cold. The complaint was well taken by staff. Also as there was a wedding or party going on that night and I could hear in my room was the dance music bass.

This hotel is comfortable enough. The service and quality of the rooms don’t really warrant more than 3 stars here. The evening front desk and concierge staff aren’t as keen to assist as the day staff. The cleaning staff don’t consistently apply customers’ agreement to ‘go green’ and often ignore the meaning of the door hanger. The buttons in the secondary lift often don’t work to go upstairs. The water in the water cooler in the exercise room tastes moldy. But that room is well equipped.

Mostly a high quality Sheraton Experienced. They have an Indian restaurant that is excellent, and a decent breakfast as well. However, Wi-Fi is an extra charge. Also the housekeepers walked in on my family twice and refused to close the door despite our yelling. The housekeepers were generally passively rude and not interested in the guest experience. The rest of the staff was phenomenal.

Short stay but definitely a good one. Friendly reception and knowledgable. Facilities wise, decent gym. Has what it takes for a good workout. Swimming pool is located in the middle of the hotel, by the pool bar. Starbucks is conveniently located at the lobby, so for java addicts it opens from 6am to 6pm. Didn't get to try dinner or lunch in the restaurant but breakfast is definitely a must go! Good choices for a hearty breakfast to kick start your day. For sports fan, they have a sports bar with booze and food too! Overall, it's a clean hotel and location is convenient to commute to the city or Hounslow/Slough.

A bit dated, but reasonable value. We went for a club room rate but I would not recommend it; the club lounge is rather scruffy, and happy hour drinks very busy. Breakfast is included in the club rate, but it is average. We had a early start and despite an advertised 6am opening, the complete breakfast was not out until 6.15.

A good hotel the rooms are quiet well insulated to keep out the sound of the aircraft some good food places near by plenty of parking space.

Delicious food at the restaurant. The only weird thing was that we weren't allowed to get a drink while we waited 20min for a table! I know we hadn't booked but I would have thought they would want to sell us drinks!

I attended a wedding. The suite was clean and well decorated, the staff were prompt. The catering was not so good, with unappealing starter and dessert and dry chicken.

I visited the Sports Bar and Grill to watch football. Screens are best quality I've seen in London, crisp and clear as usually I've seen "HD" or projector screens which are fuzzy. Staff are good and table is constantly cleared up. Ordered nachos which was huge, definitely for 2-3 people with decent toppings. Really liked the vibe, if you don't want to sit in the bar there is a restaurant area which is more spacious.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have an early morning flight out of Heathrow. I always enjoy my stays at the Sheraton Skyline.

It's a little tired and the food is very average BUT it scores 5 for the most comfy mattresses, pillows, satin cotton bedlinen, big fluffy really white towels and a super shower. Have stayed in quite a few airport hotels and the Sheraton wins hands down for the best nights sleep. After a very good breakfast you can face your onward journey refreshed and relaxed.

Very nice Hotel with a great Pool.

The hotel is good, the facilities are gym, indoor swimming pool, Bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Computers with printers and Restaurant. The breakfast has options of bread, salads, American breakfast and yogurts, but they should change the menu often. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is not so small. It includes a bath tube. Internet is fast and good quality and range.

Lovely hotel. But… Lovely big rooms. Staff are nice and helpful. But the beds could be pocket sprung. I nearly bounced the husband out of bed. The air conditioning is as useful as an asthmatic mouse blowing through a straw. Upgrade the aircon or let me open the window. But still a nice hotel.

I was leading a tour group who stayed at the Sheraton Skyline upon our arrival in the UK before heading to Wales. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were a delight to work with. There are good dining options for guests in the hotel. We had a group dinner in a private room and the menu options were varied, including several choices for those with dietary restrictions, and the food was delicious, far exceeding our expectations. For those looking for a hotel close to Heathrow, the Skyline Sheraton is an excellent choice.

Efficient friendly staff, spacious room, great bed, club floor well worth the extra $$. Decor is a little dated and shower over bath is old world Holiday Inn style but otherwise food service and guest relations excellent in traditional Sheraton style.

The Hotel is located in the vicinity of Heathrow airport and is fine for a night. The rooms are not the Newest, but the Hotel is also affordable. You can spend the evening in the castle pub for beer, burgers or Steak. So, if you have an early flight from Heatrow and not the layers away from the city would like to have, then the Sheraton is recommended.

Went for a suprise birthday party dinner had lots of fun staff was very attentive.

The Sheraton should be embarrassed to host car hire scammers, Easirent, in their lobby. With disgruntled car hire clients waiting for hours all over their lobby, it just detracts from the atmosphere and the Sheraton brand.

Food in madhu's very expensive and not even great test nice decor good stuff.

Unfortunately I got my Sheraton's mixed up and put the photo's of this one on the other one. We liked the hotel, I thought the pool was gorgeous and in the evening, after a wonderful meal at Madhus, the ambience was quite romantic by the pool for a relaxing (but expensive) drink. The room was sumptuous, two double beds! The shuttle bus in the morning was on time and didn't take too long and we parked our car round the back whilst we were in New York.

Average hotel, good service from the staff, large room (Club floor), poor bed linen and pillows. The pool area was very cold and so was the pool. I much prefer the Crowne Plaza Heathrow.

Nice hotel. Service was good however I felt the tropical swimming pool lounge area is under utilised and there was no service there. I felt it was the centre highlight of the hotel and had no drinks / service available there. There is a starbucks available for quick a coffee. Cocktail's were nice at the bar area. The place was clean and staff where helpful as I'd expect from a 5 star hotel My main disappointment with the hotel is that they offered no charging facilities for electric vehicles (EV cars) at their parking. A hotel of their caliber should have EV fast charging and green credentials.

The pool was decent. The Starbucks was incomplete when I went there, but convenient and functional. It's probably a full Starbucks now… Connecting to the Wi-Fi was pretty obnoxious, but it was good enough when I get it working. Pro tip : This place is convenient for getting to Heathrow and the underground terminals there via free airport bus lines, and cheaper than equivalent hotels in the city.

Good hotel for a Heathrow stopover. Well sized rooms with good amenities. The pool at the centre of the building is good, though it's a bit surreal swimming by people drinking cocktails in the bar!

Old hotel with little ambience. Convenient for a stopover. Rooms are small but clean with a good bath and shower. There are two Sheraton – and if you can choose, take this one. A McDonald's is in 5 min walking distance.
