Absolutely horrendous. A table of foul mouthed racists spoilt the evening for many.

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful, the only hotel within Heathrow Airport to have a full COVID testing and a medical centre.

Welcoming ambience, superb staff, excellent rooms and quite relaxing before a flight.

Hotel has good anti-coronavirus measures in place, with one way system and guests appear to be spread around the building, so no busy corridors. No hot food at available in the evening at the moment, but sandwiches and salads on offer. Room was spotless.

Great place to stay, very conscientious staff, great manager, excellent value for money. The rooms are luxurious.

It really is not clear where to park and what to do staff are not aware either. Returned from holiday to £60-100 fine by ParkingEye. Ref464482/506074 red AP62 FHK paperwork date 17/02/2020.

Stayed for 1 night. From checking in to the bar staff everyone was very pleasant & helpful. Lovely big comfy beds, pillows nice & soft. Clean room nice toiletries in bathroom. Will certainly use this hotel again.

Very comfortable beds, great place to get through jet lag. Just one day here and I was fully refreshed and ready for my next leg of travel.

The worst Sheraton I have stayed at… especially for service and rooms. Takes forever to place an order for room service. In the end got the order wrong too. Incompetent staff. Room was very stuffy.

Good hotel, great quality near the airport. They have transportation to the airport that operates on a regular and very punctual basis. The facilities are good and the rooms are spacious, with a queen bed and large TV. The quality of sheets and pillows is very good.

Was here for one night because my flight was canceled. Beautiful large clean quiet room. Large clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were good. There is a shuttle to the terminal for a fee.

We stayed because we had a very early flight and the hotel is perfect for a short stay to catch a flight. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom quite large. The hotel facilities are great with several restaurants and living rooms. The airport bus can be booked at the hotel reception.

We have stayed at the Sheraton for the last two years and had another great stay. The general manager and assistant manager are fabulous and so easy and gracious to work with. We are from the USA and have stayed in many accommodations throughout Great Britain. The rooms are a little smaller than we are used to but well appointed and very comfortable. We arrived during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The Sheraton Heathrow hotel, is our first choice from the plane and our last choice before the plane. Thanks.

I lived for one month in this hotel. It's very nice and the food as well. But not the breakfast, it's always the same and they never change it and the variety it's not that good. But the rest its very nice and the location has a lot of things to see and grocery shops and restaurant as well as McDonald's.

A really good start to our holiday-from the very helpful receptionist who arranged a disabled room to an excellent meal in the restaurant.

Refurbished hotel with decent sized rooms. Sports bar with reasonably priced drinks. Club lounge currently closed for refurbishment (11 May 2018) but good buffet selection for breakfast in restaurant instead. Staff ok. Hotel inside free transport zone when using London buses although stop abit of a walk of hotel hopper available. Car hire available on site.

Handy if you're at Heathrow or visiting BA. They have Guinness on tap which is good. The breakfast was ok, they do you eggs the way you want them and have bacon, sausage, mushroom, hash browns. The one thing I did not like was that I found it all a bit too greasy. Restaurant is not bad.

Booked this hotel as it was the best deal for the night I needed. Very easy to access, clean rooms, good service, and most importantly very fast/easy checkout (just drop your key in the box on your way out, no waiting necessary. ) Would definitely stay again.

Great place to rest if coming or going out of Heathrow airport. Easy reach to the motorways and into London. A well stocked bar (not do lively thou). Small but cosy rooms. Sports bar and separate restaurant. Great concierge and help at hand. Shuttle to the airport terminals. But bit of a Wait. Can organise private shuttles or taxi services.

Very clean and the bed is comfortable. Tower are clean however they are wear out for a long time. People are nice and there is no noise however we are next to the airport. The breakfast is good and there are a variety of different food and drinks. Its open since 6 am. The bar in the hotel is small, its not the best but there isn’t any other choice around there. Its better to do check out at the machine because its takes time to be in the line. U will get the receipt right away at your email. Next to the hotel there is a renting place, there important as there isnt anything around there. There are some buses that can bring u at the closest subwaystation so u can save some money on transportation.

Really enjoyed a stay here with the family before an early morning flight from Heathrow. Family room was large and spacious and great value. Thoroughly recommend.

Good airport hotel. Clean rooms which have been recently refurbished. Easy to get to from the terminals, use the free busses within the Heathrow Passenger Free Flow Zone.

Nice room. Incredibly poor staff. Treat worried travellers with a bit of respect instead of cattle and walking credit cards.

Good hotel with great rates and ideal proximity to the airport. The major drawback is that it is FAAAAAR removed from any tourist locations. Transportation is about 35 Euros per person round trip from hotel to London center (40 minute commute).

They have finished renovations. It is much cleaner but I'm not exactly blown away. It's still a great hotel with a very helpful staff.

Everything thing about the visit was fine. The staff were very accommodating with a helpful attitude. The room was very comfortable and the facilities first class. One criticism, I think it would be helpful if instructions to use the shower/ bath controls were listed. I turned on the bath tap to fill the bath and could not remember how to turn it off! As the water got nearer and nearer the top off the bath I tried to open the drain plug, surprise surprise, it would not open. By now the water was brimming and about to overflow. Frantic phone call to the desk for workman to help when just in time I managed to turn the water off. The plug was not working but eventually the engineer managed to open it. I put back all the cases shoes clothes etc that I had hastily put on the bed in anticipation that the whole room would be flooded. After that we enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant with relief! On the whole I would recommend the hotel for its efficient and cooperative staff. I.

This hotel is about a 10 minute ride from the airport.  They offer free breakfast and provided me free Wi-Fi during my stay.  The hotel is a bit dated but it looks like they are remodeling as time progresses.  My room was nicely updated.  No issues during my stay and once again quite pricey (gov rate) for the convenience of being close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable  and if you need to stay nearby the Heathrow airport give this place a try.

Stayed overnight before flights to USA with parking really good deal genuine 5 star hotel and staff. The evening meal in the restaurant was really good. The room very modern and super clean. Super king size bed really comfortable. Will stay here every time when flying from Heathrow.

Hotel room was nice and bed really comfy, bathroom looked a bit worn even though it's recently refurbished, certain things made me feel it was a cheaper hotel rather than a luxury as advertised. Internet price was crazy as well as parking being £15 for overnight but can't deny it's great for Heathrow airport.

We stayed in 2009 and enjoyed it. We had a small room, maybe on the 3rd floor? Perfect for two people traveling and staying for a few nights. Everyone was friendly and concierge was very helpful.

Stayed overnight to fly out of Heathrow in AM. Chose because of proximity, but hotel to airport shuttle turned out to be unreliable; almost missed boarding by flight even though I departed hotel two hours early and in theory it is a 5 minute drive from Terminal. Drains in bathroom sink were almost entirely clogged, there were stains on the top sheets of one of the beds when I arrived, dark hairs scattered around bathroom. No food available late at night (to me 10:30-11:00pm is not late for an airport hotel) other than room service. Will absolutely avoid this hotel in the future. I think it is being operated under 3rd world standards, despite the chain it is affiliated with.

The rooms are modern and quiet, while the restaurant is surprisingly good. As always, the Sheraton bed and pillows reign supreme over most others in the hotel's price range. Also, the hotel is located within walking distance to a large park that has lots of exercising trails. The national express bus line runs to the hotel, but it was slow and inconsistent. A taxi might be a better way to get to the hotel.

We always love staying here. The restaurants have lovely people with such helpful staff. It's also so easy to get to Heathrows terminals on the hopper bus.

Its really disappointing that a Sheraton hotel is like this. The staff especially te woman at the reception is very rude and not polite. Also the indian staff are very rude like the guy from the security and the guy at the concierge. They both are very rude. This hotel is far under my expectations. Not beautiful at all, rude staff, poor service especially the indian guy at the concierge. He is a very rude and bad mannered man. I really disgust him because I asked for some tissue paper for the room because they were finished. I also brought the empty box to him but he yelled and said that I have to buy my own tissue paper the nextime and I was not allowed to ask himndor anything else. My stay thereafter was very unpleasant and im never gonna stay there anymore. People there are plenty of hotels at heathrow, pick anyone except this sh*t hotel!

This hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The bar has a large, wonderful screen to watch sports on. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are exceptionally well designed and clean.

My wife and I stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor, 3130 I think. The hotel staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good ambiance. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a good room and a comfortable night's rest.

Friendly and efficient staff. Had advanced booking for a prearranged one-night stay, flying in from Toulouse. Front desk clerk arranged for my morning taxi back to Heathrow. I had a wonderful late meal in the relaxed atmosphere of the Orchard Restaurant. Very comfortable bed and quiet corridor made for a good night of uninterrupted sleep. Come to think of it, all the guests seemed calm and serene. Called for housekeeping and an attendant took care of missing hand soap and facial tissue. My SPG apt worked up to my arrival in London, a spot of annoyance on an otherwise clean slate.

This was a surprise anniversary one nighter. Having just come out if hospital I could not travel far. The room felt freshly refurbished and was clean and modern. It looked unused.
The restaurant menu was disappointing but the risotto was good. The included continental breakfast was good but we had to keep asking staff for spoons and dishes. At 9am they ran out of croissants.

Overall, this is an airport hotel offering very slightly above standard accommodation at airport prices.

Bell boy was super helpful. Reception was fast. Hotel and room were clean. Free snacks & drinks im lounge area. Breakfast is basic English continental. Ambience and atmosphere overall was very nice.

Anyone who is familiar with Sheraton in other cities as a luxury or 5-star Hotel, it will not know. For a night near the airport OK, but the Standard more 3 star with a tendency to the bottom. Outdated ambience, small rooms, …

Nice, but certainly nothing above what you would expect from a good chain hotel. Nicest area seemed to be the restaurant and bar area as the rooms are very standard. Nice to get free water and hot chocolate in the room though!

Avoid and pick the Sheraton skyline right around the corner. Large part still unrenovated — rooms with old and dirty carpet, no individual air con and terrible smell. Wifi internet not properly working.

Attended a training course held here. Service was excellent and food superb. The amenities were very good but not luxury. Could provide additional concierges at doors and in lobby not behind desks.

Absolutely appalling additional prices for comidities that should be basic in 2016. The internet is £12 pound a day and is the worst hotel internet I've ever experienced (poor routers lead to frequent drops and extremely slow speeds). The TV is an old CRT with so few channels it might as well not exist. It's 5 minutes to the airport and yet the shuttles are unrelible. I would not wish this on my closest enemies, if you need a place next to Heathrow I suggest literally anywhere else. Unexpectedly poor form from Sheraton in this location.

Old unupdated airport hotel. There are better in the area for the price. No free INTERNET in the room. Would not recommend to travelers.

This hotel is undergoing signification construction right now. As it currently stands the prices and constant fees (parking, internet) aren't justified right now. Additionally, if you're going to charge £15/ day for Internet it should be fast internet.

Beautiful place to stay. The service was so so good. Room service exceptional, I had made a mistake on my order and the restaurant manager changed the dish no additional charge no hassle… Beautiful. The beds are the best I have slept in regarding hotels. The pillows were beautiful too. As this was a casual stay over with friends I didn't have my toothbrush either the hotel staff just brought one to my room no hassle. The breakfast was also superb and open until 10am. I woke up late and thus was perfect. Every dish was as fresh as you would have got at 7am. I don't think I will be booking anywhere else except Sheraton's Heathrow… Brilliant stay!

Provided us the wrong room, we were then moved to another room with a double bed not ideal given we were with our two and five year old. Checked the booking twice before we arrived so overall not happy, but the person at the desk was kind, pleasent and did all he could.

I knew this wasn't going to be a good hotel, just needed a cheap place for a night close to the airport… but honestly — I wasn't expecting it to be like this. Room: The rooms are beyond tiny (I was told I got upgrade to a suite, really? ) The TV looks like it's from 1999 and the whole rooms just feels old, really old. Not up to standard for a sheraton. At least the rooms are clean, avoid if you can.

Check in takes 5 minutes per person, so could be 10-15 minutes if there is a line. Shuttle to the airport costs 5 pounds and takes 40 minutes due to the number of stops (although brochure says 20 minutes). The lounge is minimal, really an open seating area, with no additional food or beverages.

•Old rooms with water damage. •I did however have a lovely view of the jail next door. Yes the jail. •No air conditioning, and when I asked they brought a tiny fan. •The staff was friendly but the hotel is too old and out dated. •I also had an early morning flight so was in bed early and the hotel decided that a 7pm test of the alarm was appropriate. Just a lovely experience.

Old hotel with no ambience. However convenient for a stopover. Rooms are small but clean with a good bath and shower. There are two Sheraton – and if you can choose, take the other one.

Room is OK. My main problem with this hotel is criminal quality of their internet connection. Wi-Fi disconnects all the time. Wired internet in the room didn't work. And in fact they also think to charge for it (haha). Later, during check out, when I saw that it took 5min (! ) to get my credit card approval, I understood that the whole connection of the hotel sucks. Fortunately I stayed there just a single day (2 nights), and had good connection at conference place I came for. Otherwise I'd have to move to another hotel. Beside that the room is good, breakfast is excellent, and staff is friendly. It is a shame to loose customers due to negligent IT management. If you require reasonable quality connection that hotel is not for you. Connection to the terminals with airport shuttle is not fluent. Buses are coming with 20min intervals, but can be late by 15min. So even you are close to airport add a half an hour to your time planning.

Looks like the white house, Staff couldn't master a real smile between them. Firstly the hallways smelt damp on way to room. The first 2 minutes in the room we heard heavy pipe clanking. The walls are very thin too (can hear everything. ) Called reception to ask permission to order food for delivery. She told me it wasn't allowed. I Wasn't going to pay £20 for a burger. Bed is comfortable pillow's feel like stuffed with toilet roll.

The photographs of this hotel must be at least 20 years old, the corridors are 1980's as they have not been refurbished at the same time as the lobby and entrance. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, we had almost a 20 min wait to check in and not once was there not a queue at reception. Staff were in the main pleasant but not welcoming. Our room was poor, no flat screen TV as advertised but an old full sized tv. Leaking toilet and aircon that made the room 'wet'. Also please not they have computer reading mini bar so if you move a drink to put in your own water you will be charged — the warning signs are inadequate and potentially misleading as they are inside the mini bar door — not as you open it or in plain sight. The couple checking in next to us were complaining their card was charged at their last stay. All in all, if staying for a quick hotel before a flight ideally located but expensive car park. Even if you are staying there. And rooms are a let down.

Beyond comfortable, great service (except concierge) from the front desk staff and dining staff. Wonderful food. Professional.

Don't stay at this hotel. There are too many other hotels at LHR to make the same mistake that I have. This coming from a SPG Lifetime Platinum member with more than 600 nights at SPG hotels.

Very good breakfast meals correct employees do not speak French.
