Great hotel staff so so efficient & friendly great location for airport.

Staff very unpleasant. Air condition did not work. Tried to speak to manager or file a complaint and was refused.

Bar has a proper bar ambiance and food is so much better than you expect from an airport hotel. Mesley was so attentive as were the rest of the staff.

Many rooms, car parking available, nice breakfast. Thank you so much for cake and fruit. It is lovely.

By far the worst hotel around. never had so many issues with a stay and even after the stay. the dont answer their phones and when they do they just disconnect the phone call when they no longer want to try to find your bag.

Great hotel, we had an executive runway room, didn’t disappoint. We had free drinks and food in the lounge and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The room was amazing, very comfortable, even though we was only a few yards from the runway, you really couldn’t hear jet noise. The staff are lovely and helpful. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, great stay.

Sent to this hotel by BA following a flight cancellation. Room fine but the food quality absolutely disgusting! Had a voucher from BA and the objective of the hotel must have been to collect the money from BA while providing the least amount of food of the lowest quality to ensure minimum consumption and maximum profit. I did blame BA but their only fault is quality control — should make a BA staff member eat with the passengers for every cancelled flight and be customer liaison which would shut this abuse down very quickly.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very welcoming. Views could be a lot better if they just cleaned the outside windows airport side. A shame as that is what we came to see.

I stayed here with my son for quarantine and it was an amazing experience. Staff is friendly, food was good and quantity was amazing.

My parents stayed here recently for their Hotel Quarantine, and the staff went above and beyond to look after them. I told the Hotel about the stressful few months they had endured recently, and they were amazing in making sure my parents were safe and well looked after. Delivering flowers to their room, organising for their favourite food to be delivered, and constantly checking in on them. Absolutely amazing and I couldn't thank and recommend them highly enough.

We have been here undergoing our Hotel Quarantine for the past 9 days.
The hotel staff have been superb! Daily calls to find out how we are and whether we need anything, very responsive to any requests and always courteous and professional.
The food has been superb: on China plates with proper eating utensils, varied eating plan and recyclable packaging.
We have been allowed out as many times per day to exercise and we have had a huge car park at our disposal.
Your establishment has made the most of a what could have been a most difficult period.

The staff are awesome, food arrives on time and the rooms are lovely.

It was great experience staying there during quarantine period. We spent 10 days and we were never let down, their food quality and quantity were both up to the mark. Great service during difficult times. Special thanks to guys Teo who works in restaurant (kitchen) taking care of us and send extras for kids.

Very bad service very bad quality.

I have been in quarantine for 10 days. In this hotel. I suffer from food intolerance. Suketu the restaurant manager has gone out of his way to accommodate my dietary requirements,.
The service has been outstanding. The Care shown in contacting me before each meal in order to ensure I am receiving what I am able to eat has been impressive. Room service have also gone out of their way to accommodate. Nothing is too much trouble. Security are polite and helpful. Reception are polite and helpful Once the quarantine story ends I would look forward to visiting this hotel again.

Great hotel. Great service. Rooms a little tired but service is 5 star. We were desperate for an early check in and got it with a smile. Restaurant great also. Would stay again for sure.

Decent hotel. I slept in a room with runway view and the view was great (Can recommend if you are an aviation enthusiast). I had access to the executive lounge. The lounge had some nice food, but the portions were quite small. I personally thought some of the staff were a bit rude : ( But overall a good hotel.

Fantastic check-in, super polite and very helpful. By the time I arrived, the main restaurant was closed, but that wasn't a bad problem. Bar Eleven, food till midnight. Nice enough decor, with great service. Varied food menu, I had the Renaissance Burger (bacon and cheese), came with fries and coleslaw. Great quality, tasty and filled me adequately. Room. Basic double. Standard 4*, all the usual, tea, coffee, nice big shower, no bath, very comfy and well presented bed. But for £132 per night. I'd damn well hope so.

The hotel was great. I got upgraded to an executive room and had a very nice view of the runway at Heathrow. Considering all the airplanes there wasn't any noise at all. The room was spacious and looks new. The hotel is a bit of a maze and can take a while to walk to your room but otherwise great place to stay by the airport.

Convenient location with quick access to the airport. The outside looks a bit dated but the interior is very nice. Modern designed rooms, great spa services. For those who are Gold or Platinum with Marriott Rewards, the breakfast buffet is free as well as access to the executive lounge which has a stunning view to the runway at Heathrow.

Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant within the hotel. Helpful doormen. Rooms are small but clean and well appointed. Tip, if you have walking issues, get a room near the elevator.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Prime location for other hotel bars and restaurants. Quiet but busy. Limited food menu in the bar and restaurant. I wouldn't recommend the cocktails (expensive, very limited and small, but judging by the nearby hotels this seems to be a common theme). In the bar there is a service charge if served by waiters, you don't know that until you get the bill! However overall highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, helpful staff. Restaurant was decent and fast buffet style for breakfast and either menu or buffet for dinner. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet even though the airport is right next door. Convenient buses to get to the airport for minimal fee.

Hotels very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel is surprisingly quiet being right next to the runway due to insulated windows. The executive lounge had great drinks and bread. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Cant fault it, the staff were really 100% and could not do enough for you. They even booked the limousine taxi to take us to the terminal next morning which was cheaper then getting the bus! The concierge was outstanding and told us he would arrange for the porter to come and collect us and our bags at 5;30 the next morning. I opened the door at 5.25 and he was walking down to us. Now this makes your onward journey trouble free when everything is 'sorted' for you. When you've got a 18hrs in the air and 1 transfer next day you don't want/need the worry of thinking will the taxi and porter turn up. I will always stay there before I fly.

Nice hotel, great lobby, bar area and helpful staff. Runway view rooms are worth the upgrade if you're a bit of a plane geek. Hotel was renovated in 2016, but perhaps just getting ready for a tidy up. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. The first 20 minutes in the carpark are free, ideal for dropping off/picking up. The shuttle bus to the airport is £5 but walk 2 minutes outside and there is a free local bus to all the terminals.

Very nice hotel and clean. All hotel staff was very welcoming and the bar and restaurant food was lovely. We needed extra pillows which we got easily. Good transport system to airport which was literally five min drive. Taxi works out better if there's more than two of you. Five star hotel review.

Good room, overlooking a busy road but very quiet due to good soundproofing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were welcoming, enough customers around (plenty of aircrew) to create a good atmosphere. We ate an excellent curry with a nice wine. There's nowhere to go outside the hotel, but that's what one expects from an airport hotel. The transport links were fine. A free public bus service runs from Heathrow Central or you can pay for a hoppa us directly to a terminal.

Airport hotel with a good bar and restaurant. Gym is also a good size. Executive lounge available for appropriate Marriott status holders or those paying the upgrade. Hotel is slightly tricky to access if you're approaching from the other side of the road.

While it was convenient to stay at this property due to its close proximity to Heathrow, a couple of things work to this property’s disadvantage. First, it looks like trash from the outside — just yellow and dingy. Power wash the walls or something. Second, the bathroom smelled like cat piss. I don’t know if that’s a London sewer thing or a “this property is a dump” thing. But it was gross. I dreaded having to be in the loo for an extend period of time. I would have rated this place two stars, but there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.

This is a large hotel that offers very little character and is quite impersonal, however one could argue that is to be expected for a airport hotel so have low expectations for this hotel and you will not be too disappointed. Perhaps I am being harsh, the staff are friendly and the lounge had sparkling and still water and the breakfast had a decent selection however the quality was somewhat lacking. The room itself was tiny and not really suitable for a family. I would also recommend staying here if you have to spend a limited time at the hotel.

Used it for 5 day training course. The rooms range from small for 2 to 4 people to really large for 30+. There is Wi-Fi through out the hotel as well as a Starbucks in the main Foyer. Refreshments available for each room and can include coffee and tea (lots of variety Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Green teas and Fruit as well as non dairy milk options) Also available is biscuits, sweets and soft drinks. There is parking on site. Breakfast and lunch are both available as a buffet with and offer a good variety for all. There is also a range of starters and desserts including fruit, cheese and crackers etc. Staff are friendly and very attentive.

We were 12 shipwrecked French, redirected to it's hotel by our company. The staff, very professional, at all implemented to help us to contact our renters in the USA so that our journey is going at best. Thanks to the excellent concierge, the person of the reception not forgetting the manager of this establishment. I highly recommend this address.

Another 4★ hotels of Marriott just for bus stops away of Heathrow Terminal 1-3. Kind staff and approachable. The only thing that make me give 4★ was the food tray (dirty dishes) been left outside the rooms in the corridor for a while. Lifts are always free to use and nice sitting area. I stayed during a festival and enjoyed the venue.

Attended a company conference here. Great venue, there are many venues with good presentation setup in the rooms. The provision of break out food and drink is excellent, some warm some cold, sweet and savoury. Only venue where soft drinks and juice were available in addition to coffee and tea. Nice location, adjacent to one of Heathrow's runway, fun to watch the planes coming in to land! Lunch in the venue was excellent, hot buffet with plenty of cold options, tasted fantastic and very tempting to really fill up! Good venue in a handy well connected location, well worth checking out.

We were greeted promptly and efficiently by Reception staff who checked us in without hassle. They were forthcoming with all amenities available including the upgrade for £20 to a superior room with runway view (though this was something that didn't personally appeal). The room was clean and tidy with lovely sized bed (ideal for me being 6'5"). Would recommend a stay here.

My friend and I stayed overnight waiting for our flights back to the US, and it was absolutely wonderful. Fluffy pillows and towels, warm bed and hot water in the shower was amazing after a week in cheap Italian hotels. Only downside is that it's RIGHT next to the runway. We were so tired though that it didn't even matter once we laid down to sleep. The blackout curtains were nice, too. Express checkout and a luggage scale are also great features for travelers.

A bit bland from the outside but very nice inside, with attentive and friendly staff. The communal areas are elegant but fresh and trendy, and very clean and well maintained. There's a large bar, a restaurant and a Starbucks outlet, all open to non-residents. Food is good but a bit pricey. Still a very pleasant place to unwind if you're travelling through this very busy, noisy and dirty part of West London. You feel refreshed after a stop here. Large parking facing the north runway (if you fancy a bit of plane-spotting), and they gladly waive the parking fee, of you've had a meal. There is even a shop selling souvenirs, magazines and travel essentials, with pleasant staff.

Really lovely staff, the buses come right past and do the loop of the terminals. The rooms are lovely and clean and just to get a shower and a sleep between flights in a safe clean place. The food was good and the room service quite swift.

This is a beautifully appointed spacious hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are comfortable with everything you might need. We stay here every year before flying to the USA and use the parking facility.

My first experience of the renaissance hotel was back in June 2016. The previous experience I would rate 4/5. However this time they dropped the ball. The positives: location to Heathrow is excellent, the inside has a nice design, room service has a good selection. Also the food provided was very tasty. However I experienced a few negative aspects the second time round. 1) The room was not as clean this time. There were long hairs in the bathtub, and residue marks all over the glass screen and taps. 2) Being woken at 6am for a car delivery which was not mine. 3) I placed a pamphlet on the outside of the door for breakfast the next morning. However no breakfast arrived. It seems the day staff and night staff are not communicating over room service. Housekeeping, reception, and Room service have let me down. Overall I arrived at Heathrow grumpy and hungry. 1) + 2) would have taken it down to 3/5 and forgivable. However number 3) was unprofessional, I did not pay to be forgotten. Not a good start to a holiday. I have booked here twice, but there will be no third time.

Location and parking packages are great, particularly if you have an early flight. Staff were great — very friendly and helpful. Reception and public areas of the hotel were very busy and quite chaotic, but once away from there and in the rooms, very quiet, clean and plush. Runway facing rooms are particularly good if you are an aviation geek!

Height of professionalism, expediency, quality, & attention to detail. Amazingly efficient in every way. Welcoming & personable. Best bed on our entire trip, best breakfast EVER with exciting local choices. You guys rock! Good people who understand and execute good service. Yet, comfortable & friendly.

Everything from customer service is amazing. Rooms are super comfortable. Only thing is the service charge is included on the bills in a mandatory way although shouldn't be. Other than that, if you want comfort, well worth the money.

Great location for terminal 2 — it's only 1 public bus stop to Heathrow Central station. Total time from hotel to terminal 2 is under 10 mins and it's free. Hotel is great, updated, clean, quiet and great view of the runway from some rooms.

I like the Renaissance brand but this one always leaves me wanting more. I feel like I am constantly being nickel and dimed when I come here. Also, check in should not take 20 minutes, especially if I checked in on my mobile. I have a room looking right out on Heathrow and I can watch the planes land. Room is very quiet though, nicely insulated from the outside.

Rooms haven't been modernized. No US style electrical outlets and not enough converters to go around. Only way to charge was USB is on back of the TV and it must be on. One set of elevators serves large square building so you have to walk a mile to your room. Can't use airline vouchers for room service. Beds are comfortable, but sheets were itchy. None of the feature buttons like room service work on the room phones. Thermostat controls we're in German… The list goes on. The staff was friendly and things were clean, but the building needs work to be up to modern standards.

We booked rooms with a runway views and we were not disappointed! Rooms were clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast, customer service is excellent. Will definitely book again!

Nice place if you are stuck at the airport, but would not choose it as a vacation choice. Nice rooms, buffet meals, small but decent workout space with steam room and saunas. Good buffet and bar. The concierges are excellent though! They really take care of you and help you get the best out of London on a short stay.

Really can't fault the hotel or staff. Stayed for just over a week and the staff always had a smile and hello for me. Over the two weekends of my stay, I was working an event in the hotel, and the function rooms were more than adequate, with the management happy to provide whatever help they could. My room was great, plenty of plug sockets, and clean and tidy. Housekeeping were happy to leave me alone and were always available if I needed something. Always happy to stay here, and in fact look forward to events more if they are based in this hotel.

Good hotel with access to Wi-Fi. Not too far away from Heathrow. Easily accessible shuttle to and from the airport too.

It's a great place to be, very nice rooms and love the runway view. All the employees are very nice and treated me very well. Especially all the receptionist and concierge. Will come this place again. Another benefit is that they have recently opened a new coffee shop. They will be seeing me a lot.

I like this place and with a couple of adjustments, this could be a five star rating: 1. The hotel lobby smells of some cleaner / product. It is overpowering to the extent that, in the bar area, you cannot enjoy your food for the prevailing smell. I wonder if management there recognizes this or if they are so accustomed to the smell that they do not recognize it. This would be an easy fix, I believe. Visitors not accustomed to the strong odor of this cleaning product would definitely notice. The rooms don't smell this way so why does the lobby? 2. The bar draft beer selection is good, but the "lines are dirty" which give the beer a "taste" that is not supposed to be there. Cannot enjoy the beer with this extra unfavorable taste in there. Can management take a look at how often the bartenders clean the lines? Order a bottle if you're drinking beer. 3. The food in the bar is barely passable — it is OK if you're hungry and no other option. Better go to the restaurant adjacent to the bar, you will have better luck: They have good food for dinner and they have an excellent breakfast. Other than that, this is a great location. But that first point about the smell has me considering whether or not I want to stay here again.

By London standards the room was spacious. The room was quiet and the bed among the most comfortable I've encountered in a hotel in quite a while. The staff was friendly and both checking in and out was a breeze.

Very clean well equipped for airport hotel 1A. Employed are my experience is friendly, I must also say I don't know what's here the accommodation and food costs for me it is for free because I am stranded and British Airways accepts the cost therefore.

Stayed one night due to a delayed flight. We arrived after 10pm and still were served an excellent dinner and everything we asked. The staff was very helpful after a very stressful day of travel. We left the next morning before breakfast and we're treated to breakfast boxes prepared for us upon checkout. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic staff! The service the staff put out was the best I've seen. The restaurant the "market garden" has fantastic food. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you have a layover in london.

Room was decent, but nothing spectacular. The Wi-Fi was fast enough. Getting to the room and leaving was tricky as the halls are very long and all look the same. I was too tired to pay much attention to our direction to the room, as we just followed the signage. The signs were helpful, but there were no signs to the elevator, so we got lost in the morning. I did like how the 111 bus stop was close by and it took us to LHR for free.

Friendly staff and the rooms are updated and nice. Definitely acceptable for an airport hotel. But with that comes over pricing in the restaurant. You can't start a tab at the bar unless you have a seat in the restaurant. They don't advertise but you can take the city bus from LHR to across the street from the hotel for free. Just tell the bus driver and save the hoppa bus fare.

The facility was nice, and the people were incredible. The executive lounge lounge staff was very friendly and helpful; the best I've seen in years of travel.

This place is HUGE! Modern and clean. Customer service: very good, polite, friendly and efficient. We arrived at 1am with a dozen or more other people after missing a connecting flight, and the staff coped well with the workload and had everyone catered for fairly quickly. We had to change rooms (needed two singles instead of a double) and it wasn't a problem. Restaurant: buffet breakfast was better than average — good food, and very good range to choose from. Rooms: modern. Clean, not huge in size but big enough, all the expected amenities. Free Wi-Fi. The lobby also has a small shop with basic toiletries and other such things that travellers might need — very handy if you unexpectedly find yourself on an overnight layover without your luggage!

Hallways are long and disorienting, takes longer to get to terminals than if you had stayed near Paddington and taken the Express. Executive lounge is good, but I don't think I'll be staying here again unless low price is the main goal. Staff is helpful and I have no concerns with management otherwise.

Nice rooms and general condition of hotel as they've only just done a revamp. The staff are friendly. However I got trapped in a lift with another guest, and nobody answered the emergency call bell despaired repeated attempts. One of us had mobile reception so called the reception. No answer either! Eventually somebody woke up and helped but not much of an apology! Breakfast was included on my booking but I was told I would have to pay. They ended up accepting it because I booked on the Marriott website but has it been a third party I bet I wouldn't have got it.

We came here for our Christmas party. It was about £35 a head for a 3 course meal and half a bottle of wine. For starters there was the option of smoked salmon or onion and cider soup. The soup was most definitely tomato and the smoked salmon, while dressed as though it was from a top restaurant, was quite bland. Main was traditional turkey. I'm not sure if it was the lighting or that it was wrapped in bacon but it was a little on the pink side. We were unaware of a fish option that we could have ordered but it was again salmon. Desserts were distributed in a higgledy piggledy fashion but by this time we had all decided to move as our party was spread across two tables. Drinks were exceptionally expensive. It was £6 for a single vodka and mixer and £5.50 for bottled beer. There was only one person on the bar and it was messy with bottles everywhere. There are no nearby taxis and because it's near Heathrow taxis can be expensive. It was the company that made the experience a rather than the venue. I think they need to review their prices, especially for the bar.

Close to the airport. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet and awesome. Had a room overlookong the Heathrow Airport runways. Love the smell in the lobby. Asked what the air freshener was, they said it's the "Renaissance Scent"… and not for sale. Overall, great hotel.

This is from an American Guys POV… We had a great stay. You can get to this hotel on a FREE BUS from Heathrow just go to the Main Bus Terminal at Heathrow and ask which buses or call the hotel and ask, they have a Bus # sheet with which buses to use. Also, The Tube station to get back into Central London (were all the attractions are) is at Heathrow. So we used the free bus ride to Heathrow often. Our room was a little small but well appointed. It was newly renovated so it looked really nice. The best part of any room is the bed, and this one was soft an comfy. The bathroom was well appointed. The tub was kinda high, I guess its a European thing, but it was nice. The knobs to the tub were different, but easy to figure out. Other points of note: * McDonald's is right across the street from this hotel (literally 1 block away) We used that often for breakfast. Just walk there. * There is also a Texaco gas station the other way like 2 blocks. Need snacks? * If you want great Fish n Chips. Ask the concierge to point you to the Pheasant Inn Restaurant. They had great Fish n Chips and other stuff too. Its a pub/restaurant. Short 10 min walk from the hotel. * The Hotel Hoppa buses also go to this hotel for 5 pounds … but why use that when you can just use the FREE Red Buses for zero pounds. * The Bar area in the main lobby can play American sports, but they close at 12am UK time (as of this writing). However, they were playing a Sunday NFL game down there on Sunday evening.

Nice and close to terminals and first stop on the £5 Hotel Hoppa shuttle bus. Concierge can give you the numbers of free public buses back to Terminal 3. Seems to have been renovated with small but well lit rooms, full SD Freeview TV channels on new Samsung tv, tea making with decent provisions, good shower, heated mirror and face cloths. I'd have liked a few cookies with the tea making and a bottle of water. Fridge and safe were included though and there is a Starbucks downstairs for drinks and snacks. Staff were stretched due to 200 cancelled flights but I was checked in fast and friendly, and what my hosts had covered was explained clearly. Also enjoyed fast seating by the restaurant host and excellent service from the server. Food was nice and hot but average quality. Bed comfy, room quiet, power points by bed and bright reading lights. I'd stay here again.

The parking was extremely bad. There were cars parked on every available inch of their property. Was very worried about my car being damaged. I would rate parking a zero on its own. I gave a three to average my visit overall. It was a building site… the parking and drive looked like Beirut. Buy the room was nice and bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself is nice, but never have I ever experience such rude and bitter behavior from a hotel staff in my life! My flight with AA was canceled and I had to stay 1 night at the hotel and everyone at the hotel just kept giving me attitude as if my being there is such a burden and the worse possible thing they could ever ask for. All I did was ask to use the phone to call AA to figure out when my next flight will be. The staff made me feel as if I killed their dog or something. Worse travel and hotel experience of my life!

Had one night here and would never return. The hotel is undergoing renovation which is fine but the work that has been done is shoddy. There were three of us including my 14 year old son. The rollaway bed provided would have been big enough for someone aged no more than 9 years and the toon was so small we had to walk single file past the bed and could only dress one person at a time. Ordered in room food as we arrived late at night it was both expensive and of poor quality and we ended up wasting most of it. : (

Very few staff, poor signage within the hotel, long queue at reception, dreary room design, no Wi-Fi signal in my room, curved CRT television, etc. I won't come here again by choice.

I was here for a convention, so spent a great deal of time in the hotel. Whilst it is a very tired building, they are just in the preliminary phase of a refurbishment. The first thing that was done was the bar which is now a nice open area, quite a big improvement over the previous set up. I'm not going to say much else about the actual hotel as it is obviously going to change drastically over the next year. Judging by some of the other reviews, this is much needed! It was clean, which is the main thing. The staff made the stay for me, especially the bar staff. They were extremely pleasant and friendly, willing to have a bit of a laugh with us. Not only this, they were extremely good at their job and the service was great. At the end of the day, we were there to have some fun and the actual facilities are secondary to the experience of being there. After staying at other hotels and due to being at a sci-fi convention we have been looked down on. At this hotel the staff all seemed very happy to see us, and willing to have fun with us. No amount of fancy decor can make up for decent staff. I always enjoy conventions at this hotel and can't wait to see what it is like after the refurb.

Rooms outdated small but bed was comfortable and clean. Hoppa bus for £9, will take you from the airport and return the next day and schedule seems to be frequent. But watch hours as it doesn't run late at night. Internet was fast, when connected, it kept dropping out from my room unless I was in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster. Due to renovations it is being served in conference area with food on carts in the hallway. I ended up leaving after trying a bit of everything. Everything was cold and stale. Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon. Grilled tomatoes were good. And fruit was ok.

Good: Location is convenient, with regular airport shuttle buses and public bus stops nearby. Price was OK. Wireless Internet was excellent. Staff was helpful and the on premise Starbucks was convenient. Not-so-good: This Renaissance is in need of a renovation and upgrade. The first floor rooms in particular. There were signs renovations were beginning soon.

Very basic, basic rooms with basic everyday bits. Okay for an overnight stay but not value for money, Okay if its on expenses. Don't take your future in-laws there and expect them to be impressed. In fact only take them there if you don't know how to tell the fiancé its over.

Remarkably quiet given the excellent view out of the window of one of the main runways of Heathrow. Room good, beds large and comfortable. Staff helpful and efficient (reception gets overwhelmed with queueing though) For some absurd reason you cannot leave the ground floor of the hotel without using a lift, though you can go between any other floors using stairs. As a convention centre with lots of people transitioning between sessions, this is an irritating fault. Oh, and internet costs are insane (£15 per day per device, you'd be better off buying a mobile broadband dongle and just throwing it away at the end of your stay! (or adding internet to your phone contact for a month for £5) ) Overall, good quality and well maintained, we would happily stay here again.
