So rude and disgusting to tourist. Don’t stay here unless you like being treated with little to no respect.
The room is neat and clean and the room air is also good. Food is very tasty and helpful staff, but the beer is no good next day I have a prblm with my throat. Bathroom amenities and supply are very cheap and not up to the Hotel standard.

By far, the worst place we have ever stayed. After flying in from Singapore all we wanted was a shower and bed for the night… what we got was a nightmare. The room that we were checked into had no bedding for the kids beds, no air conditioner working and no television and a dirty shower (without anyone having showered in it? ) so we made our way to reception and they said they’d send someone up to sort it out. An hour later and we’d not seen or heard from anyone so I went back to reception and explained again the situation. I went to locate food (as the cafe was empty and the restaurant wasn’t open) and on the way back was told in 10 minutes, we’d be moved to another room. 45 minutes later my husband went down to reception and refused to leave until the situation was sorted. We were then ‘upgraded’ to the executive suite. The room was cleaner, but the door didn’t lock (we were traveling with a 5 and 6 year old), the sheets and towels were filthy (I have photos) and guess what? No air conditioning and no TV again! By this time it was 8.00pm and the kids, having travelled for 15 hours were exhausted and every other hotel was booked out. So, bag against the door in a hot, stuffy room (it is summer) for the night and the next day checked out before 7.00am because the airport is a better place.
