At check in neither self service check in machine was working as the printers were out of paper. Nobody was at the reception desk although staff in the restaurant could see me waiting. Eventually after pressing the help button a number of times someone turned up to check me in. Around 8pm went to the restaurant, probably at best about 20% full. Was asked did I have a reservation, said no and was told they would have to check if they had room for me (1 person)! Restaurant service OK, drink finally arrived after my starter, despite ordering first. The room was the usual great standard from Premier Inn.

Nice spacious double room with air conditioning which made the stay in the hot weather very comfortable. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Cosy reception and dining area didn't go any further.

The staffs were pleasent the room was clean as the eyes could see but the carpet needed a deep clean my white socks are no longer white after 30 mins walking around the room.

Absolutely shambolic. Clueless amd incompetent restuarant. Unbelievable in this day and age. Without doubt a waste of time.

Good Food, Good Rooms… Absolutely shocking service staff barely speak English waited forever for Drinks.

Great value hotel when staying in London, right near London Bridge and all the other landmarks.

Hotel is what is expected corporate, clean and has goid sized beds and rooms with TV and Tea making facilities. Good shower. Restaurant serves breakfast which is first rate for the price. Evening meals and Bar is also available. Hotel car park is surrounded by secure fence and CCTV and well lit. All good. Hotel is right next to North Circular so good access to Road network and nearby Supermarkets. For some strange reason some hotel residents walk around in High Viz and even spotted one wearing his Hard Hat inside the lobby area. Hotel is frequented by Builders and Car Park was full of White Vans etc. But I had no issue with this, but may put some off staying.

Nice room… but don’t use the restaurant… you approach an empty restaurant to be told there’s no vacancy for half an hour… when sat down you wait ten minutes for a drink … I order food… to be told they don’t have the meal I fancy available (after making my choice), … many years later… I get to eat food I didn’t want because they didn’t inform me at the start of my service it wasn’t available and now … prolong the agony I have of eating what I didn’t want in a lifeless atmosphere … empty restaurant!

Very nice hotel. What you would expect from a Premier Inn. Very comfortable bed, large TV, hot shower and clean and tidy. Food was nice, restaurant was within the building. Free parking. Location was right next to North circular, so easy to access, but not too noisy overnight.

Normally good but on this stay we stupidly stayed on 2nd floor and had a fairy elephant staying above us that seemed to pace all night which made the stay less than enjoyable. We mentioned it to staff in the morning & met with an 'Oh dear'. It was great to meet up with our son though.

This Premier Inn is very new, therefore you benefit that everything here is, of course, new, clean and tidy! Slap bang next to a busy flyover to one side and a trading estate on the other, but we've visited 3 times now for different events in North London and we've slept like babies! Breakfast is exceptional, so highly recommend adding that to your stay… A perfect budget hotel for White Hart Lane or Ally Pally…

We stayed here for 6 days. It was the best hotel we’ve been to. The hotel staff are so polite, kind and helpful. You don’t feel like a burden when you have any problems or requests. The cooking staff are amazing. Their food is amazing and creative. The bar had reasonably charged drinks. Overall it’s a wonderful experience. We’re going back there next week.

A very conveniently located and good value for money hotel. Very comfortable rooms at a very good standard. Excellent bed. Really good evening meal and breakfast. Would stay again for work.

Nice hotel, good staff, restaurant and food, recommend booking a table, which reception staff should ask when checking in but in my experience they do not. Would be good if restaurant banned work wear as seeing bloke's coming in dusty, dirty scruffy clothing cause they can't be bothered to shower and change before eating is unhygienic. Room heater blowing out cold air so told reception who said, oh you want the heat on, well obviously it's November, had already turned up myself on room temperature control but it was set on main control to cold. If using satnav don't use post code, put in Advent Way then drive to the end of the road to find the entrance. Foreign staff but this is London so to be expected.

Arrived at the hotel two days ago (Sunday, 19) to a greeting by friendly staff. I had requested early check in, and they did their best to accommodate me. I received a "Disability Access" room: bed and furnishings are lower. The large room is well lit and clean. It gets cleaned every afternoon. The bathroom is massive and has railings in the stand up shower. The double bed is spacious and incredibly comfy. This UK chain is famous for their unlimited buffet breakfasts. The food is a bit pricey, but diners have many choices between the hot and cold areas. Patrons open their room door with key cards. Location can be difficult to find, if you do not use satellite navigation. 24 hour Tesco supermarket is next door. I would be pleased to stay here again.

I'm never disappointed by premier inns and this was no different. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was powerful. I read whilst in the room that if you're a female travelling by yourself they won't put you on the ground floor or at the end of a corridor, and indeed I wasn't. I guess it's little thoughts like this that make a difference. Happy with the breakfast too!

Great hotel, lovely up to date rooms and serving a good breakfast. Bit difficult to find but worth it once we got there. Free parking a real bonus in London. Highly recommended.

Each time I stay there seems to be something which drags their score down. At the moment it's the inability of the reservations team to ever comply with simple written requests. Restaurant is still not consistently up to Thyme brand normal standards.

Excellent accommodation as far as premier inn goes, food was beautiful well cooked. Polite staff.

Room was nice but the service was terrible. Waited over 2 hours to get a seat in the restaurant, reason told was it was fully booked to then. We went to the bar and watched as hardly anyone came in. Most seats were empty all night and we think there were only 20 covers done. An hour into our wait we asked why there were so many empty seats to be told the kitchen is too small for the amount of chairs. Have you ever heard such a lame excuse. We all think they are under staffed and with the attitude of the manager it's not hard to see why. Having got our seat after 2 hours it took another 20 mins before they took our order and it was nearly 3 hours total wait before we got our mediocre dinner.

Location very convenient for the London to Cambridge cycle. Hotel a pretty much standard Premier Inn. The setting is basically in an industrial park, so don't expect much nearby. There is public transport (London Overground) but the walk isn't that straightforward.

Even though check in is after 14:00, I arrived at noon in the hopes that there will be a room ready. The receptionist quickly found a room for me, and I got to check in two hours early. The room itself looked a little used. There where spots on the carpet and a small hole is the ceiling. A couple of the lights didn't work and some of the towels where a little dirty. But overall a fine hotel room considering the price. The bed as pretty good and I had no problem getting a good night sleep. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Only thing that was a major con, was the location. Near a busy road (which you don't really hear from the room) and located in mostly industrial area. But overall a fine experience.

The only problem with this site is not a single mention is made of the location; great if you like A road flyovers and underpasses; commuter railways running 24/7; scrap metal merchants; warehouses; pollution; car-park donut burn-out all-nighters. Not so good if you are someone who finds threatening staff a turn-off. On the whole this place is a hole. PS hard-core porn is available on the free Wi-Fi. Unlike at Travelodge.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location (for my needs), easy to get to, new Hotel, clean, rooms large enough (we were 3).
If you travel with the means,
It is easily reached by 5 minutes to Tottenham Hale station, take BUS 192, down IKEA/TESCO. Cross the car park of TESCO coming out on "Angel Road" pass under the bridge keeping right and you have arrived.

The staff and hotel are brilliant. Only issue is the directions are horrendous. Turn right at the yellow storage building.

Don't stay here hotel is very good, but location is bad, the North ring road by the side of, so any car, you'll Wake up to it. Staff are not polite also not to help, than to provide the services, they look more want to go home.

Awful experience night of 22/11/15 in the restaurant. No mains were being served only offered starters, of which, half of those were not available. Staff were unhelpful and totally unsympathetic. Not alternative or compensation, gestures of good will or anything of the such was offered. Staff allowed customers to be seated, even gave them a menu but failed to mention barely anything was available! Was quoted an oven failure was to blame, however also heard that they were just short staffed, given the staff competence and how poor the cooked food we did order was prepared, I'm more inclined to believe the broken oven was just nonsense. To top it off, they forgot my order. When it did arrive, it was wrong anyway… totally unacceptable. Only saving grace about this Premier Inn is the rooms are excellent. Our company has work in the area well in to the new year. We would have used this Premier Inn as regular hotel for the project and brought a lot of money in for them. We'll now be taking that business elsewhere.

This Premier Inn meets my expectations for the consistent quality product that the hotels make available across the country to the ordinary man on the street. A good night's sleep in a comfy bed and a decent TV to while away a little time. The area round the hotel has industrial units and retail outlets just over the North Circular. There are excellent public transport links within a couple of minute's walk. Beware, that Angel Road train station is not served frequently, and no services stop during the working day. Not a problem though since the 192 bus gets you to Tottenham Hale for the Victoria Line in 10 minutes or so from the stop by Tesco Extra. Most of Central London is only 45 minutes away. The hotel also had electric car charging points in the car part if I recall.

The area around this new hotel is not wonderful. It's on a rather run-down-looking industrial estate so you don't come here for the view, although the immediate area has been planted with trees which when grown bigger will enhance the surroundings somewhat. However, once inside the door, you're in a very clean and peaceful environment. The staff are cheerful and helpful and appear to enjoy their work. The remote control for the TV in my room malfunctioned but was dealt with speedily and efficiently by the young lady in reception. I only had breakfast, not lunch or dinner, but the restaurant was clean to a high standard and the food well presented. Although the windows are not designed to open, which I was dubious about, the air conditioning in my room worked well day and night and the bed was comfortable and fresh. I didn't see any dust or dirt during my stay and was treated well by all the staff I came in contact with. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Excellent. The room, the food and the staff were beyond compare! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't let the location fool you as this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

This is one of the newest Premier Inn with super fast check in. The staff are all super and very friendly. The communal areas a very attractive with lots of great setting options for eating or just sitting down with a drink from the bar. The rooms where a great size and provided everything you needed for a short stay with them. The rooms included two types of pillow and plenty of towels. Also proved was a nice sized TV with external input options for your personal laptop or other devices. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, and although a little too slow for music or video streaming was perfect standard web browsing and checking your emails. They do provide a higher internet package if you require a better connection. Overall a well maintained hotel with great staff and perfectly suited rooms.

Good night's sleep! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly. There's plenty of parking space. The hotel is very tidy. The room was well stocked with plenty of pillows and towels and it had a fresh feel to it. Tea, coffee and milk is provided in your room. Also enjoyed our breakfast. It was well cooked. There was quite a bit to choose from and it was very tasty. Seating area is very comfortable to enjoy your meal. Give it 5 stars but there were some small issues that could be improved on. 1. Echo what one of the other reviewers said. They could do with more clear signs around the area. Google Maps and Garmin couldn't pick up the location. You just need to go forward to the end of the dead end and it's there. 2. We weren't told we needed the code for the barricade to open when leaving. Wasn't mentioned when we checked in. Only found out when we were stuck outside it when we were trying to leave for the first time. So you might wanna remember to ask if they don't tell you. 3. Three network coverage is pretty terrible. Couldn't get a good signal. Couldn't rely on the free Wi-Fi offering either. Did a check on the Speedtest app. Download speed of 0.52 Mbps. Even Twitter took time to load. There's a better offering if you're willing to pay but really you shouldn't have to in my opinion.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Good room well equipped, peaceful stay. Restaurant fine with a good range of food. Hotel Difficult to find, it can be seen from the main road but more signs needed.

Breakfast and dinner options are really good, staff are on point and very helpful. Rooms are a decent size.
