I do usually book hotels through other app but was surprised when partner told me where’s the best place to stay. Usually Premier Inn room are smaller than expected. I must to admit that £124 for 3 nights staying for two people is a great price. Pros: nice view, air conditioning working well, comfy beds + good topper, corner seat also impressive. Cons: no option to link personal Fire TV by HDMI and USB cable to Samsung TV (television is too close to the wall) During the pandemic and still ongoing time, there isn’t any daily housekeeping — to get a towel or other equipment it required to find a member of staff working on the floor or reception.

Friendly staff, and a nice Albany spice takeaway across the road and small supermarket do good wine.

Lovely reasonably priced food AND they do Villa Maria from the Marlborough region for around £24 a bottle, jackpot, enjoy, I did.

Best Premier Inn I have stayed at, and I've stayed in many. Spotlessly clean throughout. Efficient, friendly staff who could not have been more helpful or more cheerful. Excellent hot breakfast which filled our two hungry men!
Easy access into city via bus/tube. Also great price for a two night stay.

The room is big and nice. Bathroom is wonderful and the Breakfast is absolutly marvelous!

Having checked in, I was asked why we were visiting London. I said it was my birthday today and a treat visiting London. On our return to the hotel, we had been upgraded and there was a card, wine and chocolates waiting for me and also they had made the towels in the shape of swans. It made my cry. 5 star service! I have photos if you want them for your website.

Food & service excellent. Chef came out to ensure we enjoyed are meal. 10/10

We stayed for two nights at the end of October and the hotel itself looked good, but once you looked, we found dirty bed linen, rude, inattentive staff in the restaurant who kept us waiting an hour for food when there were only three tables being used! Staff spoke to us with hands in pockets, with attitudes that told us they really didn’t want to be there. Our evening dining reservation for the second night had been lost and no table was actually reserved for us. Breakfast was ok — but clearly the kitchen staff need help as they couldn’t keep up with the hot food service. In all, a pretty poor experience from Premier In. And this is not one that we will be returning to. Very disappointing.

Lovely meal but it’s quite cold there they don’t shut any doors madness but lovely food was getting cold by the minute.

Lovely staff but room for family of four was poor. No extra pillows available, no cups in rooms and only enough tea and coffee for one person. Spare beds in room was like sleeping on a camp bed in a tent. Not enough towels for everyone either.

Nice and simple hotel, modern looking rooms and clean. Front desk service isn't always great but cleaning staff are really pleasant and happy to help. Overall good value for money, fairly modern and has AC which is critical in summer.

Nice clean room — lovely helpful staff — however to be told on a Sunday restaurant shuts at 9.00 and bar shuts at 10.30 was shocking felt like I was in the country not in london — wouldn't recommend this hotel if flying from or to Heathrow.

I stayed here recently with my son. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and best of all the service was fantastic! The head of housekeeping, if that's what her job title is, sorry if that is wrong, was so professional and friendly. I look forward to returning here when I have business in this area again.

Hotel is nice but the food is shocking stayed there for a week and service was poor at the best of times plus the food was either over done or burnt all week.

Have stayed there several times. Decent sized family rooms that will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The restaurant does a great breakfast and the recent addition of air conditioning means the rooms have been very comfortable even during the current heatwave.

I'll start by saying, the Staff service here is very nice. They are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean. Now… The building itself. Is … unpleasant. The room we had, like most hotel rooms, suffers from an abundance of dust. The wipe-able services were clean, bathroom clean, you could tell the cleaning staff did a good job on the surface, but the curtains (why do hotels insist on curtains that they don't wash? ), under the bed (we have a 4y/o) and bed accessories (including this one outstanding log pillow) were utterly covered in dust. The air condition unit was noisy. The vent in the bathroom, noisy. The main ceiling light by the door was flickering madly when turned on. TV channels were not working. The decor color pallet suffers from a moderate case of depression. The hallways feel claustrophobic and smell stale. All in all, it was a last minute choice after arriving in London last minute with no prior accomodations arranged. It's better to have a dingy roof over your head than no roof at all, but I'm not sure this Hotel chain has endeared itself to me, at least not the atmosphere of the place. Maybe some refurbishing is in order?

Great place to stay had a spacious room, comfy bed. Staff nice food slightly disappointing a little too over done, slightly tough. But overall would stay again.

This probably one of the best 3-star chain property I've stayed at. I arrived in London in the evening after 14 hour non-stop flight. Check-in process was easy. My room 136 was at the end of the building with 2 big windows and extra space (I assumed). Basic but everything's there, functional and clean. Bed and 4 pillows were soft and comfy. I had good 6 hours sleep despite of jet lag. Convinient location near bus stops to nearby train station (South Ealing) that goes either to Heathrow or to central downtown area on Picadally line. Restaurants and convinience stores are abundant.

Staff very helpful, child friendly. Very clean as with all premier inns good sized bedrooms everything there can't fault. By the river Thames I had some lovely walks in the evening and found a Turkish restarunt with in the complex. My breakfast and a view from our bedroom it was nice enough.

I have been converted to Premier Inn after 4 excellent stays at various locations. However, if this was my first visit at Kew I don't think I would have bothered again! Broken toilet seats, entry cards did not work properly even after having them changed twice, extractor fan in bathroom gave up while we were there, attitude of some staff unhelpful No smoothies available at breakfast Breakfast plates cold and more So perhaps better management and staff training required!?

I liked the hotel but we didnt get any loo roll or any towels and we got no coffee tea etc.

Convenient for about twenty minutes walk to Kew. But away from the first metro station (South Ealing). The cleanliness of the room is average, the bed not comfortable (and poorly redone by the maids) and the breakfast is not as copious as in the other Premier Inn. Very disappointed.

Class. Clean… paid £73 at night… by Internet in advance ya average davoir good price if you organized.

Useful location for Brentford. There is a McDonald's nearby and a good Thai restaurant nearby. The room was classic Premier Inn quality and I didn't have any issues at all.

Used this hotel as our "base camp" for exploring the London sites. Easy access from London Kew Bridge station into London Waterloo (approx 30 mins) and this in turn will give easy access to the London Eye area — the Train station is about a 20 minute walk (Note: If for example you have little ones or you struggle with mobility then it might be best to get a taxi to the station from the hotel). Hotel was great for what we needed (2 adults and 2 early teens) — reasonably priced with a deal included for use of Car Park opposite (Note the hotel is on a busy road — please look at Google Maps Street View — our room was not on the road so I can't comment on noise and also please use the pedestrian crossing in the picture). Breakfast was also good. We got what we paid for and would return, with no hesitation.

Parking area under the hotel is small. But over night parking just over the road by the shops. You have to pay at both. The hotel is very nice like all Premier-inns.

A room was booked over Christmas eve and through to boxing day (24/12 — 26/12). Check in was simple as always. Didn't use the room much as I was visiting family. Slept well in there though as I always do at premier Inn. Second night a couple of friends and I shared the room, 2 in the bed and one on the chaise longue. We all slept well! :) Would recommend.

There beds are very comfortable and you are sure to have a great night sleep. I also recommend you have their breakfasts aswell they're even better than your nights rest.

It's a good hotel with confortable beds and a rich, diverse and good tasting breakfast. It's a good hotel really.

Room was fantastic but system wasnt working when checked in and not enough car park spaces no note sayinf have to prebook… otherwise would have given a 5 star rating.

Great room. OK bed, not the softest mattress. Decent shower heating, and just a standard room. Coffee and tea available. Can't complain.

Nice and spacious rooms and great breakfast, but the staff was largely unaware of basic information (if our reservation included breakfast or not) and there was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Minor stuff compared to the comfort and cleanliness.

It was a good location for an event I was attending in Syon Park. The room was nice and surprisingly quiet with a really comfortable bed. I paid extra for breakfast and it was good all you can self service.

Stayed for a week during the World Championships ~ I cannot rate the place highly enough the staff are charming and so helpful. The chambermaid we had was a wee star leaving us different arrangements every night… Next time I find myself in London town we will be staying here.

Good solid hot. Very comfortable, good location and a decent breakfast. Just two small niggles — The bathroom light was incredibly loud and there could have been more information about how the parking worked. It's a big underground public car park but with some spaces reserved for the Premier Inn. If you don't get a Premier Inn one then the normal spaces cost £15 for 24 hours. You can pay this online, or there is a machine that only takes £1 coins.

Friendly staff and nice clean comfortable rooms. Even though our rooms faced the road, we weren't disturbed by noise. However, breakfast was in rather a small area and it felt very claustrophobic. Bacon was slightly undercooked and the staff had marked our room as having had breakfast when we hadn't! It was resolved quickly though.

Great location for those who want to stay close to the city but breathe a daily life great breakfast plentiful… also the restaurant in the evening made a good impression… great meat… thanks to all the staff…

Great size room. Very clean. Good bar and good food options. Great location as close to Kew Gardens and bus service to Chiswick and Hammersmith.

So cool! We loved it. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a bar. It's right on the Thames so there are beautiful walks.

Lovely helpful staff. Great base for Twickenham stadium. Rooms are fresh clean and comfy.

It's a Premier Inn so you know what you are going to get. The room I was in had been referred recently and was fine. The air-conditioning in the room was appreciated as the location of the hotel means you can't really open the windows due to road and plain noise. I ate in the restaurant one night and the food was ok for the price. Good choice if you have the breakfast buffet, cooked and cold options. Only thing I found let the breakfast down was the sausages tasted a bit cheap. I was visiting Kew Gardens and this hotel was a convenient location. The number 65 stops a couple of hundred metres up the road and will take you to the main gate of the garden.

Just much the same as most premier inns. Bit surprised when room 111 was not ready on time to check in despite 2 other rooms in our booking being ready but not the end of the world. Just got home, realised we left a phone charger in the room, again, no biggy but would have hoped for a call by now to say it would be posted on to us. Tried phoning the premier inn number given out, only to realise it is a premium number that is apparently so much in use that after racking up a phone bill for me and profit for them, (no human reply) it's going to be cheaper to go buy myself another phone charger. Room was ok though.

I booked this Pemier Inn several months in advance and it was amazing value, Great location, perfect for Kew & Richmond. Good pubs next door in addition to an outside courtyard and spacious bar area if you don't want to go out. I used the hairdresser across the road as we were going to a wedding and was very pleased. This was the best Premier Inn I have stayed in, the room was very spacious with a new bathroom and a proper hairdryer which was great as I had forgotten mine. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we needed to order taxis. The breakfast was excellent and was topped up regularly. Overall staying here was excellent value for money if you don't need to be in the centre of London.

Check in was slow, and whilst we waited at the bar there were no staff around to get a drink. Room was clean, but no shaver outlet in the bathroom and no iron in room. We had booked a double, but we're put in a family room, so we had a smaller bed. The room was very warm, we did have a fan, and looks like a/c is in the process of being installed. Great breakfast. Overall, good value for money.

There was no soap in the dispenser, in the shower, when I first arrived. I informed the staff and they were very apologetic. They immediately fixed the situation! Great breakfast, and friendly staff!

Stayed overnight for an interview in London. Great room, fairly priced, helpful staff, slept like a baby.

Only stayed the one night but made use of all the facilities. Room was large and clean, bed was comfy and there was tea and coffee available in the room. The restaurant was a little basic but quite standard for a chain hotel. Pizza was unavailable which would have been my first choice. There was also no plug socket next to the bed which made charging my phone a hassle. Other than that everything was fine.

Spacious and comfy, with good facilities, but no air conditioning and it was way too hot to have the windows closed, but way too noisy outside to have them open.

A very nice experience checking in at this hotel. Sparkling clean bathroom and I enjoyed the shower time. Sound proof room as well so guaranteed a silent and peaceful night. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends:)

We went to visit Central London with kids, stayed here at premier inn in Kew, we had the most perfect stay and a really relaxing stay, staff were brilliant. We enjoyed every minute. We'll be visiting again.

Bed is very nice. Price is so so. And need you do it by your self.

Great Value, Staff were professional, helpful but not in your face, very comfortable room especially the bed, food was great too with mega puds and breakfast.

Literally couldn't have been better. 20 of us stayed for work over a four day period and the staff went above and beyond for us all. All the rooms were tidy, clean and whilst a little warm, very very good. The food was great and the staff were fantastic. They stayed open late for us so we could eat and were attentive and helpful at every turn. We have all been blown away by Nico the manager, the chef and all the staff. Thank you for making a long week much more bareable.

Very, very unfriendly staff in the breakfast room. Rooms were tidy and safe, but not noise proof. All sound goes directly through the door. This hotel is a good place to explore the Kew area, but go for your breakfast and diner elsewhere! (plenty of choice along the Thames and around Kew Green).

Liked it, a good hotel. Only criticism is the location is a bit out there for anyone wanting to get into the city, you'll need to get a bus then a tube.

I was there in December 2010, excellent treatment by the staff of the hotel. Definitely a hotel's excellent class for the added service and attention to the customer.
