Friendly, well placed Premier Inn within easy reach of all transport links. Clean and tidy with courteous staff who were happy to please. Would recommend a stay.

Good, clean facilities. Car park is relatively small but certainly cost effective at £10 for 24 hours. A few vending machines in the lobby are convenient but there is no food past midnight even on weekends. Breakfast was a very good buffet.

We stayed for 7 nights. Good budget hotel located closely to Ealing Broadway tube station. Has a nice bar cum restaurant called 'Thyme' which serves food and drinks. Rooms are with bathtubs and just right size. Property does not provide you with great views. It is eight storeyed hotel with 24 rooms on each floor except four on first floor. Smoking area is just outside the main entrance. One could easily catch buses to Acton and central London from here. There is car parking also available. Hotel has good occupancy rate and quite busy with bookings. Room comes with TV, dryer, electric kettle, basic bathroom amenities.

Outstanding. The check in was seamless and parking provided quickly and effortlessly. The front desk staff were the loveliest, friendliest people. I got the perfect quiet room also. Oana is a lovely person. I've Romanian best friends and she should be so proud as an ambassador for her country. She was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and chatty (everything I've ever experienced from Romanian people). She couldn't do enough to help. If I wasn't Irish I'd choose to be Romanian. Thank you Oana for the food recommendations and your beautiful character. An absolute diamond and Premier Inn should be extremely grateful to have your services. Patrick.

Food, building, location, etc. All fairly average. Cleanliness & security, very good. However, all five stars are for the staff — exceptionally friendly, helpful, and well trained. Faultless!

The room was nice but not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. The bin in the bathroom was full of used tampons and one of the glasses had green, dirty lumps in the bottom. Also the bed was hard and not stable. The location is excellent, close to the shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the underground.

I found that one of the staff's biggest problems was a lack of communication training, both with each other and with hotel guests. This led to stressing a bride out completely the day before her wedding, even though a large number of bridal party members booked accommodation in the hotel for the weekend. This really let down the whole experience and the only true saving grace throughout the entire ordeal was Christine, an enthusiastic young staff member working that weekend, who was absolutely lovely to all guests and really went above and beyond. I was a let down bride but luckily all issues were sorted, but I wouldn't recommend staying until their staff have communications and customer service training… maybe Christine could run said training course? There is another premier inn in Hayes that isn't far from Ealing, they are really good and know how to problem solve effectively and professionally.

Nice clean Premier Inn, car park is small so it's a first come first serve. Clean and tidy rooms, receptionist was very polite and helpful. Breakfast with the kids eat free was good value and buffet style with a good selection. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a nice simple place to stay then you can't go wrong with this premier inn. Rooms are just the right size, with all you need to make sure you get your undisturbed sleep. Recommended.

Stay from 31.01.18 to 4.02.18 The reception to the Check Inn evening was very friendly. The room was spotless, every day the bed was made. The staff was always friendly.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet and the TV had a varied English offer.
The village of Ealing is very sweet and there are many shops and restaurants. I would stay there again and was certainly not the last time there.
The location is perfect.
From Ealing Boroadway Station It is 10 minutes, if any, to the hotel.
The connection to the city centre is 1a! It doesn't get any better. 30-40 minutes without change.
Price-performance is simply unbeatable.

Great weekend stay. You know what to expect with Premier Inn & it didn't disappoint. Highly efficient check-in and out, spacious and comfortable room, great choice of breakfast. 12 stops on the Central line from Tottenham CT Rd. Highly recommended.

I demand you find somewhere better* for the rates in Ealing. Good choice of food but a limited alcohol selection is presented to you. Keep away from the bandit by the bar as it does not pay out that often. Rooms are super for what you will do in them. Other than that give it a go. Thank you for reading. A speedy check in but the family room wasn't prepared fully as the kids beds were not prepared. Also a past guests nightdress was hanging on the bathroom door. The reception sorted these details out quickly and a peaceful stay with a good breakfast was enjoyed. I have stayed at the travel lodge opposite and found the premier inn equally as pleasant but an easier car park to use as a disabled person.

Less than 15 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway Station. About 30 minutes to Oxford Street on the Central Line. Fantastic location. Breakfast in the morning at the hotel was great and has a nice friendly atmosphere. Hotel room very comfortable.

Nice contemporary looking rooms, but no electrical outlets in bathroom, I had to shave in room. Staff was not that accommodating. We had to leave early for a tour, but we were told breakfast didn't start until 6:45 when it actually started at 6:30. The staff told us to take a seat, but actually it was a buffet, so we were waiting for a waiter until we realized it was a buffet. Also the food wasn't quite ready which caused us to rush when they finally started serving.

Unbeatable quality-price ratio perfect for families and a good breakfast, the only but is that it is a bit far from the center but there is a very good combination with metro.

Clean, quiet rooms with enough space. Friendly staff and a parking lot. The breakfast was very good. In the room it was quite cold. Air conditioning, but it didn't warm up. In the bathroom and in the hallway in front of the mirror there are no sockets. Only 1x at the bed and 1x at the desk.

Super clean. There was a bit of racket in the room above us but only one evening. I think the people had just arrived and were banging their suitcases around. Other than that a very quiet place close to subway station, McDonald's, coffee shops, restaurants and a mall. Didnt opt for the breakfast as not a big morning eater. No face cloths, shampoo or lotions so bring your own. Hair dryer and kettle but no coffee maker. Good TV with lots of channels and free Wi-Fi. Takes about half an hour to London on subway.

Excellent value for your money We researched the best value for a 2 week trip to london. The hotel had a very good rate through an online booking web site without being too far from the sites. Lots of restaurants and pubs, grocers, fast food, convenience stores etc nearby. It is a 10 min walk to the tube (subway) which is a 30 min ride to downtown where all the sites are. Hotel is clean, quiet, convenient and well managed. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff, good standard of service, and comfiest beds around. Handy for a visit to Wembley. Will stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in London. Ealing is unlike many London suburbs in that it has wide tree lined streets and a great vibe. Bus transport outside the door to the city or a 5 min walk to the Tube. It also has a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. Advance Book a few month ahead to get the beat room price.

Upon Entering Premier Inn you are greeted by the good old Premier Inn Decor that is much the same throughout the 700 + hotels they have in the UK. However that is where the familiarity ends. This in particular Premier Inn is the best one I have ever stayed in; whether it be a last minute hotel booking or away on Business. The staff are forever friendly and go above the call of duty on many occasion, you can see they love their job. There is always a friendly smile awaiting on reception a good morning hello and goodbye. The rooms are clean and plenty big enough for the purpose because who spends there whole day in a hotel room in the middle of the west end? The bar is well stocked with a range of spirits wines and beers. However the menu. Just like the 700+ hotels it is exactly the same so over a week stay on business where the meals are pre paid for you the menu does become a little repetitive. Which I have been advised that the menu will be getting a much needed overhaul. Another down side for the public is there is no happy hour at this particular hotel. Although this isn't always a bad point it just means less drunken antics. So in conclusion of the Premier Inn Hotel Ealing. it is what it is. A budget hotel with a friendly atmosphere, with the comfiest bed I have ever stayed in. 10/10 Staff of Premier Inn you have made my stay amazing.

Staff are incredibly helpful. Lots of floors and quite a busy premier Inn. Car parking is available but first come first served and chargeable. Usual restaurant fayre but again staff are brilliant. Handy for Ealing Broadway tube to the city. Takes about 20 minutes.

It was a good sleep spot for my rest. I enjoy the nice bar and drunk.

Truly enjoyable experience, Sarina the Concierge was refreshingly kind and considerate throughout our stay. One of the lifts was out of order and caused minor issues. Great bar and all you can eat breakfast — spot on. Comfortable beds, plenty of channels on t. V, nice spacious rooms air con not the best but o. K. Friendly staff and would certainly go again.

Spacious, clean and quiet room. The bed was absolutely sumptuous! Breakfast is all you can eat, the best selection I've ever seen and all fresh and we'll rotated. Very friendly restaurant staff. Would stay again.

Absolutely brilliant! lovely spotless rooms, welcoming friendly staff, easy to travel to and from and wonderful food! would especially recommend their dinner menu and the steak is beautiful.
