It is a stunning hotel. Team at Syon Park is very good, will always try to help when needed. There are some nice facilities — good gym, pool, sauna and not to forget — great location right in the middle of Syon Park where it doesn't feel like in London at all. Food is absolutely stunning, always perfect! Plenty of parking spaces as well. I would recommend 100%

My partner and I booked the indulgence spa package with afternoon tea for the day. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Pool area is very nice and clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Our 3 treatments were carried out in a couples room which was a nice touch, by Martina and her colleague who I can't remember her name unfortunately. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and believe it was money well spent. Only negative I would say was our afternoon tea wasn't ready at our allocated time and we had to wait around a little for the table to be set up etc. All in all a very enjoyable day which I would most definitely do again!

Decent hotel & stay ruined by breakfast staff. Not greeted to sit down and then had to ask 3 different servers if we could order teas / coffees or the main food options. Got up to give the main server our room numbers and politely asked if she could come and give us some tea and coffee — she never did. Then heard another waitress offering pancakes / omelettes to another table so I politely asked her if she could pop to our table to offer some hot drinks and an take an omelette order. At this point I felt confident I had a hot drink and our hot food was on the way. Then spent 20 minutes watching multiple tables who came in after us receive their hot food. Had to tell a third waiter we were waiting on a omelette now and she said she would grab it for us. 15 minutes later third waitress returns again to say there has been a big mix up and there is no omelette order. Blood boiling we are now 30 minutes into breakfast having conversation number four just to order an omelette. Good news is the omelette arrived, bad news is the breakfast staff ruined what should have been a great start to the day and a nice stay.

The rooms would need a refreed. The public areas are cozy and clean. The property is in the midst of a beautiful park.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, great pool and spa. Bar lunch was very good. Meal in restaurant was good too. Had a massage by Bridget it was so good, one of the best massages I have had in a long time.

Wasn't so easy to find but free parking once arrived was good. The hotel was luxurious with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms was lovely but slightly tight for space than expected.

Excellent brief stay. The pool and spa was busy but excellent at the same time. The Marco Pierre restaurant was largely quiet. Food was excellent.

All what you expect from a Hilton: cleanliness, spacious rooms, fantastic amenities, and a very quite location in the centre of what seems to be an Estate park. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the reception and in the restaurant. I found the varieties at breakfast to be fairly limited (compared to other Hilton) e. G. They do not have an omelette bar, although you can always get it prepared from the kitchen upon request. Has a lovely stay.

Attended wedding. V good venue… nice facilities… as regards remainder of hotel needs some attention to ambience… furniture already looking out of sync and a little dated for what is a v recent hotel…

Myself and my husband were very disappointed with our stay. We were looking forward to a Romantic Spa package that we'd reserved. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30pm and was told that the room was not ready. That there was no guarantee that the room would be ready by 3pm. We then came back to reception at 3:10pm and was told that the room was still not ready, and was offered complimentary drinks. I explained to the receptionist, we have a Spa treatment booked for 4pm and that we need to be at the spa 15 minutes prior to the treatment. After going over to the reception for the 3rd time and reception calling house keeping, we finally got our keys at 3:55pm. We had to ask the receptionist to call the spa to let them know that we were running late due to the room not being ready. We were handed the keys by reception. The receptionist did not welcome us or explain anything in regards to where everything was situated. (breakfast, dinner, spa). The receptionist did not run through what we had booked. We were not informed of the check out time. There was a lack of communication between reception and house keeping in regards to getting our room ready. We had to rush to a treatment which was booked for 4pm. When we arrived at the spa we filled in the required form, and was taken straight to our treatment. We were not shown around the spa and had to ask for our robe and slippers after our treatment. The loungers were already occupied.

Fantastic hotel! Friendly and attentive staff, the rooms were spacious and 'funky'. Liked the extras like the TV in the shower. Breakfast was a top buffet and the Marco Pierre Restaurant was delicious. Spa/pool was great but very busy when we went on a Saturday afternoon.

Impromptu visit for a birthday meal in the bar. The food was excellent, not overpriced and with generous portions. Staff were welcoming, despite the rest of the clientele being very dressed up. I assume, for a function next door to the bar in the ballroom. I had my 2 young kids with me, so was not expecting that.

This is a modern and smart hotel in a beautiful setting. A 10-15 minute walk from Syon Park railway station, or onsite parking. The staff are very professional and attentive. The room itself was lovely, with a large comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, iron, hairdryer, and complimentary bottled water. The mini bar was relatively reasonably priced. The spa was very nice, a comfortable relaxed setting, with poolside beds, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Additionally a lovely snug to relax in. My husband and I both had a back massage which really hit the spot. We had a less good experience in the Marco Pierre White restaurant, it was a bit of a comedy of errors. Although everything was sorted out well, it did taint the experience. Both myself and my husband did have terrible indigestion the next morning.

Great place to get away from the city. Lovely grounds and good steaks in the Marco Pierre white restaurant. Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Spa is in good condition, with a steam room, sauna and pool. V. Nice to relax when not busy. In my 3 /4 stays there has always a wedding party, but this doesn't interfere with the standard of service. You may want to stay for 2 nights to enjoy every and relax. Enjoy.

Nice decor, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the more secluded location. Breakfast was good but did not try the restaurant for other meals.

Very nice Hilton. It is a bit hard to find because it is in the middle of a park. I had a lot of troubles with the staff. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Stayed Friday to Saturday. The reception staff did not really tell us much, just where the room was. The room was amazing, but the amount of cobwebs was appalling. The spa is amazing, we was created by three members of staff having a chat. The spa is well worth a visit, although we was ushered in to a lounge where there was empty cups all over the place and empty water jugs. The website informs you there is music Friday and Saturday nights. Which was the main reason why we chose this over others. To our complete disappointment there was none and when we asked reception, all we got was, yep there is no live music, there usually is. Which you will agree does not help and they just seem to dismiss us. Being such a big hotel we only found the first floor lounge on the morning of check out, which a clean told us was closed once we had entered, there was no signs saying closed or opening hours.

Excellent hotel and spa. Stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday on a breakfast, dinner and spa break. Food in the Marco Pierre White restaurant was excellent, steaks are to die for. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot and continental options. Rooms were well laid out and luxurious, even had a TV in the bathroom! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love this Hilton, so much on site to use. I’m loyal to Hilton but this hotel really is amazing. The inside pool is perfect to relax around, the Syon Park is beautiful. We visit during the light show as well which was amazing. The bar is great, very classy. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff are brilliant.

Love coming here for the spa. The hotel offers a nice retreat from London while still being in London. Very peaceful when there are no weddings, but beware there are a lot of weddings here. Rooms are very nice and the private garden is also a good area to relax in.

Hidden away in a lovely large park you drive through to get to the Hilton and its plentiful parking. Came here for wedding events and stayed the couple nights. Loved the bar of course. Plentiful staff around, a very relaxing environment to be in.

The grounds are amazing! Such a lovely away place yet in London! Great wedding and reception venue. Ambience and atmosphere memorable. Staff very helpful and courteous. Can't wait to go back again!

Really nice hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean with great decor. This is a popular place for weddings so be warned that is you stay on a night they have a wedding it may get busy. But it doesn't really affect your stay. Spa is great. They have a warm swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All are maintained to a high standard. Free parking outside as well as free bicycles for guests to use. Remember to check out the small castle and the private park which you will need you key to access. Breakfast is very nice and to a high standard. All-in-all a good example of the Hilton standards. Also, I love the smell of this place. I wonder what they use purfume the air?

I visited the Hilton Syon Lounge for a friend's birthday. It is extremely over priced. The food is good, but it is not worth the money or the wait. The main issue that I had with Syon Lounge and the reason for which I would not recommend it to others is the service. The staff were very rude, they spoke amongst themselves and ignored customers. When we provided a request for food/ water we often had to go up to ask for their attention after ushering at them for over 5 minutes and often had to ask twice. For such an expensive lounge the expectation of high quality service was not met — in fact this was the worst service I've received in my life. My friends and I informed the manager of this — and was very rude at the time. The manager was also seen throughout the night talking to colleagues and ignoring customers. It ruined my friends 21st birthday and therefore would not recommend this lounge. Otherwise the bar at the Hilton Syon was lovely and would recommend visiting.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff are fantastic. The spa was good and a nice pool area. The Marco piere white restaurant was disappointing. Food was not bad it but with his name attached to the restaurant I expected a better standard of food. This was just ok pub food.

Great hotel with fantastic facilities coupled with amazing service and rooms which are really comfortable. Only downside for me was that two of the four nights I stayed I had insects and ants in my room but the staff took my complaint very seriously and there were no more for the final two days. Catering was amazing, superb food and drink and fantastic service throughout the four days I stayed. The grounds are amazing and if you take your partner for a romantic weekend he or she will not be disappointed with your choice.

Great hotel, attended a wedding event. Beautiful grounds too. Wish we could have spent more time there. Car park markings were poor and road lighting wasn't very good, but looking forward to going again.

We went to the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the Hilton hotel for a cream tea afternoon. The service from the staff was very good. The cream tea itself was disappointing. The sandwiches to s did not seem freshly made, the fillings were the smallest portions I have seen, the scones were cold and hard, the cream was yellowing and hard turned hard. We informed our waitress and she fed back to the chef. A few minutes later she brought out lots of new baked scones, a nice offer and good to see that they were making the effort. Overall, not the best cream tea expereicne we have had.

We will definitely stay at the London Syon Park Hilton when we return to London. We have stayed at several Hilton's in London and they are all extraordinary. For us the trip was worth the travel to get here. It is so close to Kew Gardens and the quaint towns around Richmond. The Spa and facilities cannot be compared to anywhere we have stayed besides Blackberry Farm back in the States. It is quiet and the grounds and gardens on Syon Park help you get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

Visited the Syon Lounge for Shisha. Nice upmarket venue, great service, shisha and atmosphere.

Lovely room we went for deluxe with view and it was worth it. Massive bed, TV in bathroom, spacious and well equipped. Decent but small spa which didn't really live up to the rooms and was very busy before 6pm the steam room was one in one out. The service from staff was good but not great except breakfast which had phenomenal service and a good range of food. Would recommend on a good deal but definitely 4 stars not 5

The hotel was easy to find with clear signposts from Syon Land train station, and approximately 15 minutes on foot. It is set in beautiful surroundings and benefits from a contemporary yet elegant build that oozes premium quality. The meting suites were not clearly signposted from reception, though after a short wait at the check in desks, I was able to find my way. The catering on offer throughout the conference rated between satisfactory and above expectation — all surfaces and eating areas were spotlessly clean, and there was a good variety of Twinings tea on offer. I left in the evening and had to walk down an unlit lane to get to the main road, though this could have been avoided with a taxi.

Went to the spa which was OK. Water could of been a lot hotter though. Then had dinner in Marco Pierre Whites Steak restaurant. The food and service was 10/10 in the restaurant. Fantastic meal.

The hotel facilities were amazing. The rooms were very spacious with modern furnishings and excellent facilities. Some of the staff went out of their way to help us during our stay but others were not so helpful.

Used as a venue for a friend's wedding, great staff and location, it's a luxury hotel surrounded by greenery. Nothing to fault.

Great food, great staff and nice venue!

I stayed for 3 night during the week on a business trip. The room was excellent. I can't rate the staff well enough. Very willing to help and extremely friendly. The breakfast however wasn't very good at all. I came down for breakfast at 8am each day. It was buffet style and had obviously been a little overcooked and been sat for a long time. It certainly wasn't good enough to live up to the price paid for it.

Fantastic Room, amazing spa and treatment, delicious food, lovely area. Great experience!

I've had it with this hotel. We've stayed there 4 times and each time there has been a major mistake. Maids coming in unannounced, burned out lightbulbs, sending us to an already occupied room but this last incident is the last. We booked there to stay for our honeymoon. Yes, they are crap at what they do but we love the area and being able to walk around. We requested our favorite room months in advance. We called and spoke to staff and called the day before our arrival to insure it would be ok. After being told it was fine — we find out today sorry but that room is booked. I'm so angry. I'll never stay there again. Ever.

Spent last weekend there tv's not working throughout the stay. Management very weak and un-responsive. Hotel need's urgent staff training and Senior Management inspection of hotel and full general standards review.

Excellent venue would recommend this to all my friend and colleagues.

We experienced a very enjoyable Afternoon Tea on the £25 per pair deal here at the Hilton, with exemplary friendly and attentive service. My only disappointment was that the downstairs spa had completely run out of brochures.

It's so nice in ther would go ther agan 100% it's very clean staff are lovely ther foods nice and. Very realxing ther to loved it.

Decor is pretty painfully kitsch, and everything is trying hard to look expensive, whereas it's actually not such fantastic quality. Surroundings are nice and pretty, but it's a really inconvenient place for transport links.

I can congratulate them on building a lovely building. But it has stopped there each visit. Pretentious Marco Pierre White restaurant with appalling service and an overwhelming number of managers in suits achieving nothing. Spa that makes a pretense of being relaxing but is staffed with rude "computer says no" robots and faulty speakers that blare crackling music into the relaxation zone. Such a let down.

A beautiful place no matter what time of year but especially magical at Christmas and spring. Not far out of Central London but you'll feel a world away. Book in for a spa treatment at the Syon Park Hilton for a totally relaxing experience.

Usually I prefer to stay wrapped up indoors during winter, but I can highly recommend the Enchanted Woodlands walk through Syon Park at night. Their creative lighting and music displays along the winding paths help to create a truly magical and unique event. Tickets cost £7 for adults and doors open at 5pm. As event closes on the 8th of December, be sure to catch it whilst it's still open.
