Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was great and cleanliness was good. I was down there for a course and food and coffee provided was excellent. P. S: the photo attached is the view you would have from the conference room on the 7th floor.

We had a perfect stay with our family. We where 6 people, so we had a room including bathroom in our own. The room was clean and the bathroom very new. Highly recommend for short stays in the center on a reasonable price!

I gave 5 stars but didn't review before so here we go. Fantastic location for everyone, close enough to use as a base to explore London close to two major railway stations for onward travel. Clean and friendly staff with an amazing selection of coffee and cakes (other food is available) I will be back again. Thanks.

This place feels like home in London! I have stayed here for two visits, more than two weeks each time, and I absolutely loved staying here each time! The staff is very friendly, and pro active to help! It's a happy place! A vibrant bar cafe and super clean and cozy rooms! Another good thing about YHA St Pancras is that it's 4 min walking distance from Kings Cross underground station, great connectivity to the whole city and the airport!

Fantastic location. Missed not having a kitchen. Friendly staff — they at least let me have hot water for a cuppa.

I'm giving it 4 stars just for the fact that I only stayed for one night so I wasn't really able to experience or see everything that the hostel has to offer. But from what I was able to experience, the staff were really friendly and helpful in getting me out of a bind. The check in process was super quick and easy (even though I checked in early, about 2 hours before, and they weren't able to give me a key until after the official check in time. ) I paid £18 (about $24) for the night in a same gender dorm-style room for the night and I had booked my stay the night before. The facilities were nice and clean. My favorite part about the bunk-bed style rooms is that each bed has it's own charging station (USB ports, UK power outlets, etc), which was great for me since I had drained the battery in my portable power bank and had left my converter in Paris and didn't want to have to buy one for one night only. I also decided to stay at the St. Pancras location because it was literally steps away from the train station, no more than 5 minutes (depending on how fast you walk), which was GREAT since I had an early morning train to catch back to Paris. It's also located near several Underground stations nearby, which was another bonus! Despite only spending a few hours in the hostel itself, the quality for the price is great, the staff is amazing, I'd definitely stay here again.

Very central, very close to the stations King's Cross St Pancras and Euston, although a bit expensive.

Very basic, but clean. Well connected with urban transport and a few hundred meters from the station. Excellent location. Just as excellent the availability and friendliness of the staff.

A simple hostel in a good location to the subway, sufficient for short stays. Helpful staff, some simple breakfasts, but enough. At night in a room position to the street a little louder.

Good conference room. Well lit. Key cards not that easy and corridors can be a bit narrow for some. Accessible toilets only on gound floor.

Very friendly staff establishment close to the pancras station very well located. French breakfast almost a pity. Clean comfortable but a little noisy.

As usual cheap cheerful and clean. Great value in the middle of London if you don't mind sharing. I find all ages there and everyone is considerate. Staff could maybe be bit more friendly but that is my only criticism and I will definitely be there again.

Great location. Found a great last minute deal that made it very affordable. Rooms are clean and big enough. Had our own bathroom included. Some things to hang your wet towel/ coat would have been nice. Did not mind the traffic (4th floor) and was very quit and good temperature. Nice coffee bar on ground floor. Would prefer a small kitchen to prepare own breakfast and lunch to save some money though, but wasnt available. Staff was helpful.

Ensuite shower is decent, staff friendly, plug for every bed, £3 non refundable for luggage though. Neighbors in form noisy but that's the deal. Good buffet breakfast can let you skip lunch.

Great little hostel. The location provides really good transport links and the luggage store was very useful. The rooms could be improved with a bit of paint and the carpets are a little old but it's brilliant for the price.

Great location for Central London, child friendly even though there weren't many staying. Staff helped us with left luggage when we were leaving to catch a train home. Good experience all round.

Stay here for 3 nights during my first trip to London. I stayed in shared dorm room with 6 dorm bed and it was very comfortable. The room was clean, cheap breakfast with all you can eat options, no heater but the room temperature is fine by me, indoor shower room (thank god) and most importantly comfy bed. I’m looking forward to stay in any YH hostels in the future. Price start around 20£ and can be more cheaper if you’re one of the YH members.

The hostel is very close to King's Cross on the main street. I slept in the 6 female dorm and the beds were very comfy, each with their own electrical outlet.
The room overlooks a very busy street so there is a bit of noise and they serve the plugs.
The bathroom is clean, there is no soap but not the hairdryer.
The staff was very friendly and the front desk is always open.
If the next day you want to leave your luggage, the rental of the locker costs 3 pounds.

I stayed at YHA St Pancras during the weekend. It was my first stay at a youth hostel so I can't compare to others. The staff were very friendly on arrival, they checked me in quickly and explained what I needed to do. My room was a sharing room with 3 bunk beds. The room was small and basic but that is the point of the stay. Included a separate toilet and shower. The shower was great. Because it is on a main road in central London the outside noise was obviously loud, something which can't be helped. The room was extremely hot, even with windows open and a fan. I didn't have breakfast in the morning but I could see there was a lot to choose from and looked great value for money. When checking out, staff were again very friendly and polite. Overall the stay was excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying with YHA again.

Very clean hostel, reasonably priced. The rooms are nice, I particularly appreciate the little shelf placed near every bed with electric sockets (normal and usb), light and little bit of space for the phone/glasses/a book.

No frills straight forward place to stay. Comfortable family room with 2 bunk beds and private toilet and shower room. Room 101. The light sensor in the toilet didn't work all too well. The shower room is in a single tight room where you have to get into the room, close the door before opening the shower door. Easy breakfast of unlimited toast, coffee and tea but limited to one pastry. TV screen in the common room with freeview UK channels. Laundry room was kitted out with washers and driers and two irons. Lockers big and small available for £3 and £2, which is handy. Top location to and from Kings Cross. We are staying again.

Convenient as it's almost opposite the station so great place to stay over a night if you want to break your journey or have an early train. Had a twin room with no bathroom. Toilet and shower was opposite and another one at the end of the corridor. Only thing, every time I tried to go in there it was in use. There are private rooms with bathrooms and toilets, wish I had booked this and would not stay in a room there without a loo in it again unless you want to wait while someone has a shower, a shave and get dressed and clean the bathroom/shower, by that time you hope you haven't wet yourself! No kitchen so have to eat out or have a meal in the hostel which is just a frozen ready meal. Beds comfortable. Bar/coffee lounge on ground level. Staff friendly and helpful.

Really very nice, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the location is privileged, opposite St Pancras International and King's Cross Rail Station.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Against everything one would expect from a hostel, it is a quiet place. The breakfast is very good and the location is excellent. Very helpful staff.

The location is excellent, you can rest very well and the deal is very good.

Very very great and good and well behaved and acted nice and served nice drinks and let me have a lot of fun. The bellman was giving me dirty looks so to make him get more angry I started slowly sipping on my drink nice and loud.

It was horrible and terrible. Doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel award too. Services was really really bad, the reception lady was so rude and had a bad attitude. Okay, so we got 7 of us but it is 6 pax per room. So we got a private room and 1 of us in the mixing room. We set up our private room and also unpacked our stuffs before going out. When we got back after a whole evening visiting, we were tired and exhausted where we expected to have a good shower and rest but there were other people's stuffs in our room! How ridiculous?! Think about it. If my stuffs were stolen or lost? And they just make them feel comfortable even our stuffs is already on the bed. We have elders together, imagine how tired they were. So I went down to the reception trying to solve this, all she said was just the system was written in a different way what we were told in the beginning! And she ask us to move out to other room which is stifling hot, no air-conditioning, dirty bedsheets and smelly toilet. We tried to complain again but she just refused to do any other things for us. We could only come back and shower because we were really too tired. Alright, then I assumed the shower was broken because it has only very hot water instead of warm or cold water. So we tried to ask how to use it correctly just in case we did it wrongly. But the only thing she said was go to another floor or another shower room to shower then. She wasn't being polite to us at all.

If there was a negative star I would chose it. Honestly this place is the worst place I have ever been to. Who the hell rents a TOWEL. And no soap what is wrong with you people. The bathrooms. Ugh. I'm dead.

Rooms were very clean, nice and tidy, restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced. Only downside was a lack of Wi-Fi for the second floor.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. Location was very close to a number of underground stations and museums.

Good central location and super good for tube access. Slightly basic but very comfortable.

I can't find anything to complain about with respect to the price. Modern facility, big room, nice staff and good location. For additional paid service, the only thing that really disappoints me is the breakfast. Avoid it at all costs! 5 pounds, no sausage, no omelet, only toast or croissant. You can get something much more balanced and delicious at the same price in McDonald's nearby.

Hotel clean and tidy, quiet at night. The only flaw that would not turn off air conditioning and bath that gets flooded easily.

A big thanks to Fara (a helpful and friendly member of staff at the St Panc YHA) for finding my Nexus phone. I left it at the hostel by accident and Far found it. She couriered it to me today and I am so grateful. Great service, great team. I’ll visit again and next time I’ll bring the family.

London hostel First time in a hostel, I was worried about being to old for a hostel. But I was wrong, there were other older guest. Very clean, friendly staff. I will use again And I will tell others.

I stayed on the 4th December 1 night. I had booked and paid for another hotel but found out that one had bed bugs. The staff were really great, beds comfortable very clean room quite new and with en suite! You couldn't get anywhere as good in London for that price. Café really nice and security for luggage excellent £2.00 is not much to pay, we only stayed 1 night wish it had been more. Definitely go there again.

The people are really seeeeehhhr nice and the rooms are good, too. The location is really lace it kimmt quickly to the subway and you kabn but explore the town on foot: D.

Cheap hostel, convenient but could be cleaner. Bed linrn was fresh though. Brilliant for low budgets. Very close to St. Pancras and Kings Cross Station.

We have been 2 times in London this year, and we chose the hostel yha london st pancras, and everything we liked. This very well communicated with across London, has near metro, bus and train station within walking distance you can go to camden. Rooms there are individual, for one or two people with bath and shower and four bunk beds with bath and shower. The breakfast, you can eat and dine, plan hambur, pizza, salads etc. And the best group of people young of different nationalities working in the same, are young, cheerful friendly and handsome, recommended for everyone, that if without lujerios but correct. I have been to couple the first time and then with father, sister and niece and the two times cool. From Spain, bilbao pepa.
