How is this place still open? It's filthy and the staff don't give a damn about whomever stays there! Students have been openly assaulted here, in front of security staff. This place isn't safe for anybody. In response to their response, I made a complaint while I stayed here. I got yelled at by the manager for daring to make it, it got shared with pretty much every staff member there and nothing was resolved.
