Great value for money! The place was clean and tidy, it was quiet and had all the facilities we needed. Much more homely than most accomodation in London and all for a very reasonable price.

Probably the best paella I've tried in the UK. Amazing service, very professional. Spot on overall.

Good location for Broadway. Clean and tidy. Lots good towels and hot water. Plenty of breakfast foods for 'make it own'. Good Wi-Fi. Needs blind at window as too light too early in the morning.

Beautiful, great accommodation for couples, single people and families, well-heated, clean, fridge always full, owner very helpful.

The room-price ratio is excellent. When buying in advance the stay was very good price. Although it is 30 minutes from central London, in this area is much more economical everything. So if you are a traveler I would recommend it.

Could do with some tlc. Email for key coded sent to late and hard to get a response by telephone for entry into the property. No ventilation in the bathroom resulting in a lot of mould. Blind let's in light and shelf on the wall is broke. Could do with the room repainted as lots of filler showing. Bathroom could do with some attention and tiles regrouted. Room generally clean, bathroom not so good.

Very clean, Bright and airy place of stay situated in an excellent part of Tooting being just a short walk from the shopping area and Underground station. As expected parking is a nightmare and expensive so my advice is to go on foot to this discreet almost invisible B&B.

I was visiting London ant I lived at my family's home. Tooting Broadway station was closest to then and made getting around London easy for me.

This hotel is a joke I came here just right now and nobody is there to open the door this a random house.

Never meet a staff member, heating worked the first day but nothing further, breakfast was bread and nothing more. The room was ok but the ensuite was rubbish there was mould on the ceiling and the door won't shut.

Nice rooms but rude unresponsive staff — literally handed us the key and that was it. Heating was faulty and management was unbothered. Total sham if you ask me.

Shambolic. Booked in, received an email, asking me to be there by 8pm. I showed up, nobody there. I called the guy, turned his phone off. Avoid. A total scam. Basically just a random house, run by jokers.

My colleague and I were booked into this establishment through our company to stay away for a couple of nights for work. The rooms we booked were advertised as two double rooms with private bathrooms. Whilst my colleagues room loosely fit that description my room had no bathroom, just a communal bathroom down the stairs and along the hall. As for the breakfast, this b&bs idea of serving breakfast is a poorly stocked communal kitchen where you are expected to cook for yourself. To top off this list of complaints there were no members of staff on site, or even a reception desk and my room was in a building halfway down the road from my colleagues. Not what I expect for just shy of a hundred pound per night. To summarise, this is not a b&b but a hostel, and I've honestly stayed in nicer ones of those than this.
