I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to cancel my booking due to Covid and they are not willing to work with me at all. My flights were cancelled and London is only allowing essential travel! My cancellation was completely out of my control due to a global pandemic. I work in hospitality in a tourist driven economy and completely cannot understand not working with people during this crazy time. This is by far the worst customer service I have seen in a long time and pretty sad considering what everyone is going through worldwide right now.
➜ Perfect stay! In central London, comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment! The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at the time of booking and at check-in! Highly recommended!

The worst booking experience I have ever had. This was booked for my daughter's 30th birthday, but due to the coronavirus restrictions, we were forced to cancel our visit to London. Despite pleading for a refund or a change of dates, we received neither. Absolutely NO concession was given to us by the host, or by Booking. Com. In these exceptional times, I would expect at least some method of rearranging or cancelling under an extenuating circumstances good will gesture. All other travel bookings we have made for this year with other companies have done just this. I would not recommend giving your custom to this host. In fact, I would go as far to say that this is the worst booking experience I have ever had, and I say that as someone who has visited over 70 countries. Absolutely disgraceful, and I will do everything I can on social media and online review systems to undermine this appalling host.
