Over priced. Dank rooms, tiny bathrooms. Not worth the price. Hottest day of the year, no fans for guests rooms. Breakfast consists of toast and jam, your choice of coffee or juice for £8. Not worth it, didn’t eat it. Please stay somewhere else.

Don't use this hotel. Left a smart leather toilet bag with some nice toiletries after a one night stay. Called the hotel within hours of booking out only to be told it would most likely have been thrown out by the cleaners who conveniently couldn't be contacted at the time of my call. Was promised a call back which didn't happen. Following further calls to the hotel the staff were really dismissive of me and were totally unbothered about the situation. Yes' it was my fault that I'd left belongings but feel they could have kept them in lost property for at least 24 hours. Aside from that. The staff were generally unhelpful and the hotel and rooms are very tired. Can't comment on the breakfast as I'd left by 7am.

Although dated the place is clean and tidy. Very uncomfortable mattresses which affected my sleep (2x single beds in my room, both not good). Friendly staff. Breakfast is just passable (very basic). They ask you to return your room key to reception whenever you leave the hotel which I find unusual and inconvenient — I have ignored this and taken the key. Location a little out the way but it's cheaper for a reason and I think it's good value.

Smallest room in the world! Was only staying for one night thankfully. Door to the room was literally in the corner of the stair case. Once thought the door was the bedroom door which led to what could only be described as a hobbit room, the bed was a put me up and no chair or anywhere to sit besides the bed and a t. V with no remote which had orange people on every channel. Had to hang cloths in a makeshift wardrobe which was between the two entrance doors! There was an on suit, a shower that was that small the shower curtain was literally worn while showering and water splashed out all over the place making it s danger to move on wet floor tiles. I did raise this issue but fell on deaf ears! Just ignored! Breakfast wow or not more like! Was a choice of not one cereal but two and self service toast, I did not take part in breakfast as I left and went to a nearby cafe where the breakfast was fantastic My opinion of this hotel, well if you can call it a hotel is very poor! Would not recommend staying here At all. One star is for how clean the room was and only that.

Do not go, especially not with children. Rooms as big as a closet, dirty… Breakfast It does not rest because it is a brothel, not a hotel! At the same price, same area, you can find much better!

Near the center of London, normal price, clean, warm.

I have been 4 days with a friend in this fantastic Hotel. Obviously you don't have to expect super luxurious rooms, but overall it's a very friendly hotel especially thanks to the staff and the very pretty rooms, ours was on the third floor and overlooked a wonderful garden, the area is gorgeous, very close At the Metro Beyswater and in a short time you reach the center, within walking distance is Notting Hill, 10 min walk. What about it? As soon as I return to London I will definitely re-book this Hotel!

To advise against the hotel is really bad 80 euro per night a pitiful breakfast poor cleanliness on reception the blonde girl really obnoxious and rude. Positive note the location is the elevator. Advice I give to everyone is all areas 1-2 are comfortable because with the center line go where you want then watch the hotel you choose.

Comfortable and quiet, close to the Metro Bayswater is located in a neighborhood full of local and shops quite quiet. Downside the microscopic bathroom without window but equipped with a noisy aerator like a twin-engine… all considered I liked it!

The hotel is nice enough if you're on a budget. The place is clean, but could use some repair work. For instance, one of the doors in my room had a broken handle, but it didn't affect opening the door. The room was a great size, but be warned the shower was a small little square with a curtain used to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. If you're familiar with the chain Motel 6 then this place is identical to that.

We were there 5 nights and it was perfect for us. We left to London city after breakfast and came back in midnight. So hotel was exellent.

Very disappointing. The hotel need some updating. Not comfortable beds couldn't sleep properly woke up few times during the night. The beds were only folding beds. Breakfast was cereals (only 2 choices) and coffee and toast that's all. The ensuite was inside the wardrobe!

It is a bit deteriorated and a tad shabby, but to spend about 3-5 days (no more) in London is well priced. Besides, it's clean. If you just want to see the city, it's great. Breakfast is not the best or varied, but it is better to have breakfast here and go out to explore London, as you do not entertain yourself looking for places to eat, which are much more expensive.

Very nice place in terms of location in Central London. Decent, well maintained rooms, basic breakfast good enough to kick start the day. Would definitely recommend to any budget travellers.

Location in quiet neighbourhood, 2 minutes from the Metro, staff available 24 hours a day, functional rooms and with some small comforts. Only bad breakfast with little choice.

Everything clean is old but you sleep well the Wi-Fi goes very well has hairdryer.

The basics. Forgettable breakfast. Good location. A little worn out, it needs renovation.

Small room, poorly cleaned. We find dust and hair on the sheets and even tasks. Otherwise the hotel is very well placed. The staff is listening.

The hotel leaves to be desired, it is small, dirty, tiny rooms with few electrical outlets. The bathroom exists but it's like it's not there: it's stingrily small.
Wifi Fortunately working (only really good thing).
Breakfast included 7.30 to 9. Place to do shabby breakfast because there are 6 tables maximum for minimum 110 rooms… In an hour and a half maybe 10 people have breakfast… Ridiculous.

The location for the hotel is great. We were only a few blocks from the hop on hop off bus stop. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had inadvertently booked a triple room instead of a room that would hold 4 people, and they were good to upgrade our room (with us paying the price difference). However, the hotel itself is not in the best condition. We placed a rolling suitcase down in the middle of the floor, and it just kept on rolling… And the mattresses are awful, for some odd reason there are zip ties throughout the top of the mattress. It was a cheap hotel in a good location, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent hotel on a budget only $550 USD for 8 day stay. Free Wi-Fi and Breakfast, daily linen change and elevator on site. Walking distance to stores and shopping centers including parks and local stations. Great staff too and American VISA accepted.

The hotel is in the vicinity of the metro station "Bayswater", is very anonymous and has no relevant details. As a structure is very essential, has a décor dated and not cared for particularly. Breakfast is very minimal, limited to instant coffee, tea and toast to be stuffed with butter or jams. The bed is lived and deformed.

The hotel can be very clean and the reception is very good. The bathroom is the only good thing.

Rezeption war nett, Zimmer waren relativ sauber allerdings sehr warm da es nur ein kleines Fenster gab. Das Frühstück bestand nur aus Cornflakes und Toast mit Butter/Marmelade. Nur zum Schlafen reicht das Hotel.

Tiny, stuffy, overpriced rooms. Hard, tiny, lumpy beds. Atrocious breakfast (burnt toast or cereal? ) & disinterested staff. Do not stay here.

Excellent location, good decor, bathrooms clean and great shower. Free tea and coffee in the rooms + a few places to charge your phone. Free Wi-Fi with decent signal and does throughout the building. Staff at reception very friendly (you need to show them the card you used for booking at the desk when checking in) Beds a bit small, toast with jam, cereal and coffee for breakfast was disappointing, and there weren't enough places to sit. Overall, great for the price. Perfectly comfortable. Recommended.

I didn't, I hated it, but luckily, you were just going to sleep… and only that was enough… absolute lack of essential things. There wasn't even a brush for the toilet. Micro bed, not even a square E1/2… should have been double… Breakfast: Just Enough.

I was waken up about 3 am and found that I was bite by a family of bed bugs! The redness is full of my body and terribly itchy. I believe they did not change bed sheet when new people live in. The next day, I told this story to the manager. At the beginning, she denied her hotel had bed bug and the funny reason she gave me was that because she worked there for years and never saw that. I then pointed the dead body of the bug and showed her what Wikipedia defines a bed bug. She again denied that and said the figure from Wikipedia shows a cockroach. Interesting! She wanted to redefine what a bed bug should look like. I then pointed those redness on my body to her. Disappointingly, she showed no respect and no sympathy to her customer. She said they were just my allergic. I felt really angry about this not just because the cleanness of the hotel but also the manager attitude to treat her customer. So friends, please be careful when you choose this hotel, you may end with a full body of redness and a really really bad journey in the UK!

Absolutely disappointing! I recommend it. Room rundown and we found the bathroom dirty. All very old. I refused to sleep there and saw the late hour I had to call an Uber to take me home. I hope I give the money back. Night to forget!

Hotel located in a great location: it has 3 metro stations away 5-10 minutes of walking: Notting Hill, Bayswater and Queensway. The breakfast is poor, we found the blankets and the carpet dirty and the Wi-Fi was wrong! Friendly and friendly staff.

For the price it was alright. When I stayed there the elevator was out of service and seemed like it had been for a while. The hallway on my floor had trash spilling out of an open door and was run down. Again it was cheap would rate this as a 1 star hotel IMO.

We thought worse. From poor picture on the site seemed to have a rat hole, instead we got a small but clean, with decent breakfast. Ideal for those who want to spend less and know you won't find in London certainly other less satisfied.

Definitively the worst hotel I have ever been. Horrible beds and awful breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is its centrality. Don't stay here if you have any choice!

Crap hotel.

Que horror! I'm not very picky and step that the rooms are tiny this toilet in a closet or you put a hard old towel or that there are no more than the TV Plug and it can not load the phone. If at least you diesen a layer of paint or some patches to them carpet made shredded. Or they give you a cup of coffee for breakfast. Or not you do wait for the night (them 11 p. M. ) until leaves someone to open you.
Ah! Photos appearing on the internet must be 1800's when the hotel opened.

Not to be recommended! The rooms are tiny and dirty. There are no beds, but concern. The bed sheets were not identifiable stains and the bathroom not cleaned. The SOAP which was, there were pubic hair and dirt. After disposing of the SOAP in the bathroom trash can, the "cleaning power" has put back the SOAP packs out of the garbage next to the sink. There is also no ventilation and after showering, you sweat again. Also has been cleaned with so much chlorine that smell the smell did not vanish even after ature approved window in the "bedroom" (but with an open door to the bathroom). Also in the bedroom, it was not cold (despite winter and an open window). The existing hair dryer had a hole and stank after short use so as if he'd just give up the ghost (equivalent to a security risk! ).
Who cares this description does not, nothing will be also mouldy floor, poor breakfast and unfriendly staff the. This person can then appreciate the good and central location of the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn't. Not think that I came with particularly high demands. It would not be appropriate for the price. But I think at least the cleanliness in the room can be expected from a hotel. This is something that should not even be called into question. Well, my opinion.
But for me, it is clear:
Never a hotel that costs less than 200 euro per night.
