No hot Water, the milk that was on the room make me sick.

Do not stay here. Our first room was in the attic on the 4th floor. No room for suitcases. Bathroom door only opened a foot before it hit the bed. Toilet didn’t flush. Scaffolding right outside the window was wrapped in plastic that rattled in the wind. No elevators and stairs to 4th floor were extremely narrow and winding. We could not change rooms till the next day. Concierge suggested we keep our luggage at the desk and only carry up what we needed for the night. That was not an option! We got moved down one floor the next day. Our new room on the 3rd floor HAD MICE! We took pictures and a video and went to the desk. They sent up the handyman and he banged on wall unit and moved the bed. One mouse ran out our door. Handyman left. But there was evidence of more mice in the night. DONT STAY HERE! One more thing… the breakfast that is included, you have to go outside and down some, then across the street.

Broken tile in extremely tiny bathroom pinched my foot. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Paper thin walls, felt like every door opened and closing slammed shut. I could hear when housekeeping was cleaning all the rooms around me, below and above as well. Staff was indeed kind, but no one asked for ID when my husband left our one room key at concierge and I went to pick it up — all I said was I was picking up the key for room 306, extremely unsafe.

Very friendly staff. Even helped us carry our bags to the room. Very roomy, clean rooms. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Definite plus.

We only left There our luggage for a few hours using repono. Store but The Staff was really helpfull and nice. Also The location was Great, its near Victoria Station. We will use it again for sure.

Please I beg you, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm doing you a favor. Overall the place looks dirty, stains in carpets, smells bad, no A/C, customer service is very poor (example: I ask for ice and after two hours they bring to me a little cup with ice only. You can imagine how fast this melt in a 26 C degree temperature room), breakfast was not good even for a continental breakfast (example: bread not fresh). The room that I had was in the center of the building with no air circulation (again no air conditioning). On top of that, the air conditioning of the office and main lobby (yes, the manager has A/C) was below my room and all the hot air come in the room to add more temperature. This room should be closed or used for deposit. I asked for a change of the room, but still was dirty. I paid CAD dollar $324 per night before travelling and because this nightmare I look for another hotel 100 mts away (Comfort Inn) which was extremely good, for a $308 per night with A/C and excellent customer service. I'm doing a very nice review of Comfort Inn which saved the vacation time in London. Don't go to Hanover.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and found it very comfortable. We knew in advance that there would be no lift, so that did not upset us. The room and the bathroom were small but clean. The location is wonderful. On the last day of our trip we had to walk to Victoria coach station at 3.30 a. M and were absolutely OK with that since it was only a 5 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful people.

The carpets are filthy. The single room is very small. It is otherwise clean and the staff are friendly. Good location.

They gave me an underground room. There was a window actally but no view at all. No lift and no help ftom the stuff with the luggage. No AC! The breakfast was ok as the mattreses.

Tiny room situated in a prime location. Although the room was clean and tidy it was very dated and required a lot of maintenance. The drain in the bathroom stank and the roof above the window was stained and growing black mould. Was an incredibly costly stay. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good locations coz not too far to Victoria Station just only 10 min walk close to Underground, Restaurants and you can walk if you are going to the Buckingham Palace. Small size of rooms and toilet. Dusty and the smell isnt nice in all toilet. Poor housekeeping but I liked their breakfast… if you arent picky it’s okay.

Is ideal for tourist destinations. It's clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast, however, is a disaster.

This hotel is horrible. Booked a twin room and paid £90 for it but when arrived found a shabby reception, an even more run down stair well leading up to the smallest room I have ever seen. The two single beds had no room to walk between, the window was as small as an A4 envelope, and the “bathroom” was the size of a wardrobe. Size was disappointing as was the cleanliness. Cushions were stained and bathroom was dirty. Couldn’t stay there, had to leave immediately.

Somewhat sloppy rooms. It has a bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is not bad, buffet type but without a lot of variety. Friendly staff. Ideal location in the vicinity of bus, train, Metro… Very good value for money.

The room was reasonably priced, mostly clean, comfy beds, helpful staff and a nice shower. Unfortunately sound within the hotel travels so not much sleep was had. Also breakfast doesn't start until 7.30 which was no use to us as we had to catch an early coach.

Liked it but was unhappy about being mislead about it being a BNB. Had to pay quite a bit extra for brakefast. If I had known, I would have went with something closer to the places I wanted to visit. Also it's wort noting, when you leave you are to leave you room key with them. There is not always someone at the desk so I did find myself having to wait in the rain once or twice. Nice street view and the breakfast was delicious. I would love to have known who actually made the jams so I could have brought some back with me. Tiny room. Thought I had photos. The WC door couldn't open all the way because of the bed.

The room was as big as The beds… The toilet was as big as The shower… The breakfast was poor. The room wasn't ready at 13.30, The day we checked in… However the guys at the reception are kind and the position of the building is 10 minutes on foot from Victoria station… Obviously I didn't expect much for the Price we paid.

The reception staff were somewhat suspicious, but friendly. The room was clean and the staff were very tidy. Breakfast was somewhat scarce. The hotel was very clean.

Only stayed one night and found it pleasant enough. Staff was great! Mandip let us leave our luggage even though we checked out and had left for a couple of hours before coming back. Would stay here again.

The hotel's rooms are modern and welcoming however space was very limited in my cabin. All of the staff are very polite and courteous. The sign to the hotel is quite hidden and they should invest in a sign that is visible from the opposite street.

The pictures in the booking website are better then the real scenario — but a simple hotel with great views/localizations near Victoria Station.

Nice and decent place to stay just to crash on the night. Includes breakfast. Everything is in a small space but it’s ok.

Almost nothing worked property in our room and we did inform the desk three times. The heating is timed so you will be cold in the morning and the room was noisy, dirty, and the bathroom was rough. Our TV didn't work the first night. The breakfast reminded me of a military field menu and we ate out after the first experience. It gets two stars because it was 100 US a night in London, even with stained carpets.

It's fine for a few days. The installations have some problems such as water leaks or clogged pipes etc. The staff is friendly.

Cheap, clean and friendly. But mostly very central to everything.

Not bad. Breakfast is good, they put cold cuts, toast, yogurt, some bollito, butter, Nutella, juices, tea, coffee… The rooms are within normal, change the towels every day. It is good area, relatively close to the center (considering how far the distances are in London) but you can walk around, the receptionist are nice, you resolve doubts and we even printed out the boarding pass back. Quality — Recommended price.

Enjoyed our stay, the management were accommodating changing our room as the steps proved a little difficult for us old folk. The staff were helpful and the rooms clean. We learned to dodge the the busy period in the dining room. Will definitely return as the bonus is its location.

Budget hotel and rooms old fashioned. Room on 4th floor with no lift so not suitable for those who struggle with stairs. Room very basic but perfectly adequate for a base while on a short break in London. Expensive for what it was.

Room was small, relatively clean — bathroom was a little smelly. Otherwise great for one night. Don't book if you plan on having a lot of luggage. Otherwise great breakfast, location is amazing, walking distance to Victoria Station.

Room was small (4-bed) but if you are traveling as a tourist in London and do not necessarily need luxury, this is an excellent hotel. The breakfast is good and the location is very central, you are well connected and can easily walk to the city centre!

Bed was comfortable and the room small but clean and modern enough. It was a long walk up to the 4th floor with my bag up narrow staircases though. Good location near Victoria Station.

Never stayed somewhere like this. Please see my pics. Breakfast for the price is shameful, I ended up just grabbing a croissant which was awful an I fed that to the pigeons. Didn't bother going down to breakfast day 2. Initial room was tiny, I asked to be moved which the receptionist did. When I saw room 2, although bigger there were still issues, see pic of broken toilet an mouldy tiles. Smelt damp an musty, will not stay again.

Our 3 person room was small, a little dirty and run down. No elevator. Walls are thin and our door has a gap at the bottom so you can hear other guests talking. Not a cooked breakfast. There was cereal, meat, cheese, bread rolls, toast and fruit. The breakfast staff are working hard, but the space is small. When we asked for soya milk it was available. Overall this hotel is in a great location for a visit to London, but be aware that it is basic and in my opinion, not good value for money.

Room was fine except damp on walls. Slept okay, was quiet and clean. Could do with a re-decorate!

Good service, nice localisation. Quite limited choice of products for breakfast. Few rooms downstairs have no view at the street. But general impression positive.

Nice little hotel. Good services. Very convenient location. But no air-con. Avoid driving to the hotel as very difficult to find parking nearby.

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and l loved the view from our room. If you rent a car you may have to plan on parking a few blocks away and walking. Also there is no elevator so you'll get a workout carrying your luggage upstairs. In our room there was a foul odor, I think of gases coming up in the plumbing from the bathroom but there was also a fan and when we opened the window it cleared out well. Very conveniently located.

Booked together with tickets to wicked. The room was very small for a double room, I'd say slightly smaller than the Travelodge Vauxhall for the same priced room. Breakfast was continental only, we went down and here was no space so went to leave. The chap on reception however kindly said we could use the breakfast facilities opposite as it was slightly bigger which I thought was a good touch. The rooms and general decor could do with an update. I've given 3 stars as this is a comparison to other hotels I've stayed in London (and I've stayed in lots). Upgraded decor and improve the breakfast facilities and this would have been a 4.

For the budget price we was happy with what we had for our stay for a busy theatre packed weekend. Hotel in fabulous location for all London top attractions by foot, easy walk to the London eye/ Westminster etc.
We had a very clean but cosy ensuite with nice toiletries and small but not unreasonably so size double room on the 4th floor, lots of mirrors, TV, hairdryer etc, room 403. Yes it's small throughout hotel overall, breakfast area tight for space, bedroom window (room… 403) has a 'wall' view, communal corridors are very narrow, steep stairs, no lifts, but with the friendly staff and inclusive continental breakfast you really can't go wrong for the price.
Breakfast choices were — cereal (Musli, coco pops, Rice Krispies, cornflakes) bagels, croissants, jam/ butter/ Nutella, honey, cheese, ham/ meat selection, fruit, yogurt, brown/ white toast, selection of teas (breakfast/herbal, ) coffees, apple / orange juice.
Also Hotel were more than happy to store our luggage after check out on their premises for the rest of the day until we were ready to set off out of London that evening which saved us having to worry about big travel bags for which we were very grateful. Thank you Hanover hotel.

Dirty room, carpet also, breakfast… I was hoping for an English… but unfortunately, No…

The hotel is well located in the city, spotless, professional staff. The room is small, maybe a little too sacrificed. Breakfast is acceptable, but in a very small room with the risk of having to do the rounds if the hotel is full.

Convenient for those coming to Victoria station, 5 minutes walk.

The room was very small. It has no lift, although stairs narrow and with mini steps ideal for up and down luggage. Breakfast occupies the last place anyone they've tried at a hotel. Even if you don't have air conditioning that had a mini fan fan. In the end, London is very nice but best to try another hotel.

Very well maintained with very good location, you can reach the most emblematic places of London walking type big ben. Very good breakfast and the bathroom and room in very good condition. He would come back.

The care is correct, but the breakfast room is very small and fills up quickly. The maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Be aware that the small rooms are very, very small. The room was reasonably well appointed and clean, but the room was so small I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it.

It is a hotel very close to victoria station, the rooms. Clean, the breakfast quite good. I recommend cslidad-price great.

I dont know where to start. The rooms are extremely smelly as well as the corridors. At night there is lots of noise from the road and worse, from other rooms. The walls are very thin and all the noise from other rooms can be heard. Alsobthe water pipes are noisy The shower is old and broken. Breakfast is horrible. Staff is not friendly, they can sometimes be very rude. You have to leave your hotel key at the reception when you leave the hotel Don't ask them to call a taxi for you. They call an illegal car which is not even a taxi and they overcharge.

Quite a decent hotel in the centre of London 15 minutes walk to the Royal Palace and many other attractions of Westminster etc. Hotel vintage is located in a quiet street 5 min walk to bus rail stations Victoria there is also a metro station. Hotel without Elevator, very small rooms good Breakfast free Internet, friendly staff, all this by the standards of London at affordable price Center. If possible would visit the hotel again.

Polite and courteous staff. Big clean bedrooms plus Internet. Location good. Overall good value for money.

The hotel is far from public transport (20 minutes walk). Very inconvenient to go far from the city center or bus stop. The furnishings are modest. Near the hotel there are no shops and good restaurants. For Breakfast only coffee, ham and cheese.

Poor hygienic condition broken sink for some time, poorly maintained Windows, dirty curtains, Mandela filled with powder and stained, glazed Windows that do not wash for years, small cabinets and uncomfortable. But the paradox of everything for them is normal can't see some crap. Poor folks.

I had a tiny room, carisimo in my opinion. The good thing is that you have all of the artifacts as possible, and the included breakfast. Relatively close to Buckingham palace, which may explain the cost.

Hannover Hotel Victoria is a nice hotel, the rooms are comfy, the stairway is nice, maybe a bit on the narrow side though. The only negative point is the breakfast, which honestly is quite horrible.

I have been here for 3 nights with my family. Hotel is in a very central place (2-3mins from any connection) and in a very nice and still road. Personnel is almost friendly and comfortable, they try them best for providing answers or solutions. Building is very ancient (nice sight) but, stairs and rooms are very silent. Bathroom is small, less than essential but almost clean, rooms are dusty, but having some additional sheet or towel you can sleep comfortable. The worst thing is windows cleanliness and breakfast. But for the price and for just 3 nights you can survive. Anyway, if you are not familiar with asian standards, avoid it. If you pay with creditcard, they try to apply their change! you may loose 2-3%. A nice monkey business.
