I loved my stay at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane! The club level amenities were great to have and the morning full breakfast in the Mercantile was a huge benefit and offered everything you can imagine! The concierge were life savers when the Eurostar changed trains and my seats they helped me with the reservation. Was there whenever I needed help and even provided a Covid19 test when mine I brought didn’t work. The front door staff were pleasant and so dapper! The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The food was delicious we ate at every place they offered! The location is adventitious to a bus stop and the Tube and the concierge will grab you a taxi when needed quickly. We walked to most places from the hotel, but used the Tube as well to get to Trafalgar Square. London is clean, easy to get around and everyone is friendly! I’ll be back to this hotel again! I highly recommend it!

We have just had the most wonderful stay at the sharaton. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble! The suite was beautiful and very very large — impeccable hygiene standards and the food was incredible. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide and have to say this was one of the best. I highly recommend here, and will definitely be back. Thank you all that made this weekend so special xx Helen and Steve xx.

We felt most relaxed with our coffees and having our meeting catch up in comfortable surroundings with friendly staff.

Went for Afternoon Tea. Palm Court location not great. Tables very close together. Would have liked someone playing a piano or harp to create the right atmosphere.

Myself and a friend had the Lock & Co Afternoon Tea and found not only the environment beautiful, but the staff very attentive and helpful and the food absolutely delicious. It’s a wonderful offer they have, especially the fact they’ve combined with Lock & Co to offer this fantastic package. Based on my experience here, I’d happily take more people to the hotel and for the Afternoon Tea experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the automatic shoe polisher in the gents, that was excellent.

5 Star Hotel with all the trimmings. Loading is just alright as we can park right outside on the double yellow lines, and we've not had any issues with this. The lift is very small and having to carry heavy items down the 2 flights of stairs can be a bit cumbersome. The venue itself is lovely with a very large banqueting hall. Staff are also very helpful The male Events Manager is lovely and works ever so hard. He deserves an award as he is always smiling even after many hours on duty.

Decor is nice however I went for afternoon with a friend and wasn't expecting to pay over £80 for two people for what we were served. Had to share pastries so for both of us to taste them we had to cut each tiny one in half! Everywhere I have been, each person gets there own pastries. It was over priced by a mile and to end it all, I asked if the service charge was discretionary and told no, I must pay it. Feel totally robbed. Wouldn't recommend and obviously not return either.

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel on my last trip to London. The hotel is located on Park Land not far from Piccadilly and Oxford Street. It does border Mayfair which is a a very high end area as well. The hotel lounge was very nice for breakfast and cocktail hour. It was well stocked all day and night. We had an upgraded room with a tray ceiling and the layout was fantastic. One minor disappointment for me was no way I could my tablet to the TV which I do often to watch TV shows that I have. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was good and fairly priced. I know this hotel had a major renovation in recent years and the results are fantastic. Make sure your driver knows not to try and drop you off on Park Lane. The hotel has a side entrance down an alley street. Check maps first. It will make things much easier checking in.

We stayed in Sheraton during May and our expectation was high given the price tag. Requested for a room with a view and was conveniently ignored and the room entrance had a door opening which lead to two other door one of which was our room may be we shouldn’t have asked for a view. Having said that whatever we got was good quality and a comfortable room with amenities. Overall a descent hotel but there is room for giving better experience for guest.

The service at reception was excellent. The room (a single room) was much better than I had expected. I would book again on my next visit to London. Maybe you could replace the lamp shade on the lamp on the desk. Have a look at it on the inside.

The hotel is beautiful with beautiful rooms. We attended a wedding reception and the service was great. The facilities were clean and we had a great time.

Very nice setting. Nice room/hall where our event was held. Didn't stay overnight so can't say what guest-rooms are like. However, from my experience I would recommend The Sheraton.

Walked by this place on a warm day in London and was surprised to see it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. Would go again.

Excellent hotel right next to Green Park in Mayfair. It is within walking distance of many of London's landmarks, such as the Queen's Palace, a 5-minute walk away. We were accommodated in an executive room, much larger than the usual room in London. The room was very good, with extremely comfortable beds and views of Green Park. We had access to the executive lounge, which offers a very good breakfast, and in the evening there are small sandwiches and free cocktails. I would like to point out that there were always plenty of seats in the executive lounge. In the evening, the food was slightly disappointing. The hotel was recently renovated and the common areas look very good. In short, an excellent choice in the heart of London.

I loved my stay here. The hotel was located just across the park from Buckingham Palace and it was easy to access anywhere I need by just walking. The rooms were extremely nice and updated. They felt modern and cozy and looked recently remodeled. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful and really made my stay enjoyable. I have litterally nothing I could possibly complain about. Was a great stay!

Lovely place, amazing customer service, beautiful clean rooms! Large well equipped gym, too hot temperatures in it though! Great bar setting with lot of tables on the main floor! The Club Lounge is great, large and alcohol access (beer/wine). Good breakfast in the Lounge as well!

Came here for afternoon tea for two as my friend treated us it was so relaxing and we were waited on and first class service no faults at all very helpful staff and plenty of food to enjoy and had seconds of some selections as it was plentiful lots of different teas to try and proscecco fab afternoon out thanks I would recommend to anyone and will be back soon.

We went here for a bottomless prosecco brunch on a Sunday afternoon and were delighted with the service and friendliness of the staff! All dishes were served professionally and presented brilliantly. The Prosecco flowed tirelessly into our flutes and we didn't once have to ask for a top up! The quality of the Prosecco was also very good and just the way we like it, extra dry! All dishes were served with well sized portions and we never felt rushed at all. All in all a great experience and a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon! So impressed, it was only right to tip our waitress!

What a delight! The service and attentiveness the guest services team offer here far exceeds my expectations as a Sheraton. Renovated rooms gave the hotel a fresh feel. Removing the bathtub is probably the best thing to do as the shower stall is huge as a result!

The hotel is very well located and the lobby/common areas were very pleasant. The room was quite dated, the bathroom could benefit from a heating mechanism, the in room heater was not working, and when the temp outside is 6 degrees, adding a small heater is not sufficient. In general the stay was well below my expectations for a 5 star SPG property.

Amazing Art Deco hotel. Lovely interiors. Quite well maintained. Really nice staff. Very welcoming. They even have a small hotel car park which is amazing given the location. It's even reasonably priced for the area. Went to the hotel for a private function so don't know what the rooms are like.

Attended here for my works Christmas party. We were in an area downstairs, with its own private bar. The room was nice, but being down 4 flights of stairs, the staff were incredibly rude when I took off my high heeled shoes to walk down rather than potentially fall trying to go down in them. Food was ok, but nothing to write home about. Isn't somewhere I'd rush to go back to…

My daughters went Sat 25th Nov as a Christmas shopping treat, sandwiches were slightly dry and curling, cakes no taste, very sparse portions and at £48 each + £16 service charge would definitely not recommend to anyone. Kensington Palace Hotel was fantastic great selection kept replenishing sandwiches and cakes and cheaper!

Very nice room. The hotel front was under construction so it was a little harder to find. The reception area was heavily perfumed, it made it hard to breathe. The staff were very nice, very helpful.

Exceeded expectations. I had a well furnished, very quiet room. If you need to stay in Mayfair, this is a good bet. Elevators are slow but service is excellent.

We visit this hotel frequently with business trips. The staff is very attentive and the corporate sales team is especially good. The rooms are on a smaller side if you have a classic room, but the superior rooms are excellent. The pool and the gym are excellent, however. Definitely one of the best options on Park Lane.

Attended the British Aviation Group dinner at the Sheraton Grand London park lane and it's a superb venue. Huge dining area for hundreds of guests and a slick professional service provided throughout. Great location to hold large scale events!

I have worked for a while as a waiter for different events that they host. I can tell you that the managers are very professional and they are doing their best to achieve high standards. This classy hotel hosts a variety of events. Located in central location in front of Green Park, it exibits a relaxed, comfy and welcoming feeling.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and very centrally located to the metro and major train stations. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Having a little personal phone to use during our stay with maps and all the great spots to visit was icing on the cake!

This hotel is very nice. It is much fancier than I had initially anticipated. While the rooms are kind of small it is very modern and comfortable. The employees are very kind and service is fast. The lounge food is pretty decent as well which I wish we had utilized more. The stair case is hidden from plain sight which was confusing but cool too.

All in all an OK place to stay. Location is perfect and the room was modern and clean. The view however was not something to brag about… Neither was the breakfast, but then again I might be spoiled by staying at similar hotels in APAC recently.

Absolutely beautiful since its refurbishment. The rooms are a little small but cosy. The beds are the comfiest I've ever slept in. Lifts are a little slow. Great location close to the tube and the doorman are always happy to flag you a cab should you need it.

Art deco hotel, greeted by concierge at the back of the hotel which was odd as the door faced the busy Piccadilly main road. Good location for the bus and tube station. Rooms are a decent size, comfy beds and luxurious bedding. Bathroom is big with walk in shower beside the bath wet room.

We had afternoon tea in Palm Court in the hotel which was a beautiful setting. We had to delay our booking for a couple of hours and they were accommodating about this. The selection of tea was impressive and we all enjoyed our choices. We were also having "bottomless bubbles' with our tea and the staff were a little slow on the refill and took away one of the glasses before our 1.5 hours was up but other than that the service was good. The food was nice but the patisserie was not as impressive to look at as some other places offering afternoon tea.

Attention do not accept Maestro circuit cards; Bathroom: Little Maintenance not unload the sink, towel racks that yield, towels counted if you use one as a mat remains only the big one, shower and bath but only in the shower shampoo balm but only for one person (room from two) bath and sink 1 Single soap, difficulty to regulate water temperature and environment. Comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In Italy It would be a three star.

Great Hotel close to Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace, the rooms and lobby have been recently renovated and everything is as new. The hotel is located in the central area and I recommend it to those who want to easily visit the centre by walking. Sheraton quality/price. Recommended.

Nicely designed rooms with limited amenities and slow check in process and only one elevator. Otherwise a good hotel in a top notch location by the park.

We have been to the bar at Sheraton Park Lane. Quite good service but usual Londons expensive prices. What really upset me was the charge on my credit card. They usually ask you, if you want to convert the amount in your homelands currency. Do not do that, because the exchange rate is ridicules bad. At this bar they did not even ask me but charged the amount automatically in Euro. The reaction of the chief of the bar was that this amount is only an information and I will be charged in GBP. He is on the save side and of course I got the reduction in Euro applying a bad exchange rat. Bad experience!

Stayed here many times. Clean rooms and a fair price for the amazing neighborhood. Close to everything — especially Shepherd's market!

Nice hotel, if a bit pricey. Renovated rooms are great, nice art deco feel. Sheraton bathroom amenities are crap.

The hotel is located very centrally in London just a short walk away from the tube. Staff are friendly and the rooms new and excellent. The one draw back is the slow elevator. There is only a single elevator and no way to walk stairs up to a room.

Was in London for a one-day layover and stayed at this hotel. Hotel wise — old but clean. The room is comfortable, the bathroom looks great. Has the quaint English retro feel to the whole thing. The only downside was the heating wasn't working that night and it was a cold cold night. Under the covers though I couldn't really tell. This is really not a modern hotel, but the staff was amazingly helpful and helped me with luggages, my coat, my valuables as I had arrived very early before check-in time, and held my things leaving me to roam London before my room was ready. Location wise, it is excellent. A stone through from Buckingham Palace, and the Green Park tube station. It is also within walking distance to Bond Street. Really central location.

This is a fairly old hotel. Because that is being renovated, so the price is currently dropped down. You might get a good experience, or do not have access to (like I did). For you, the most important thing is not to rely on luck, find a stable quality of hotel is most important.

Renovated classic rooms are great, albeit somewhat small. Construction is annoying, but not too loud. Very friend staff. Great hotel overall.

Wonderful staff, very clean, beautiful rooms, tons of plugs (including USB ports! ), huge showers and again, GREAT staff. We came for our honeymoon and they treated us to a bottle of champagne and a collection of sweets and fruits. They also delivered camomile tea to our room at 3am (as we were suffering from jet lag) and where very helpful and efficient with loving our luggage. Great neighborhood, right near St. James' Park and Buckingham Palace. Try New Taj Mahal for an intimate and authentic Indian dining experience! Also be sure to go inside Fortnum and Mason to see their beautiful displays of tea and sweets :)

It seems like most of the renovation is done in the rooms. We got two rooms. One regular for our 20 something kids. And we had a superior room which was fantastic. Palm court and the main dinning room are still being renovated but everything else is really nice. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. And its close to everything.

Attending wedding at hotel, booked room but none ready of right spec, given awful small room. Too hot, air conditioning faulty. Agreed to give us correct type of room but had to wait and could not use first room to get ready for wedding. Ended up getting smartened up in unisex toilet we were directed to even though better facilities were available. Eventual room was fine. Breakfast was very good. Wedding was in magnificent ballroom but very very cold.

Far from a 5 star! Service is 3/5. Food 3/5. Staff definitely need re training in customer service. The place could do with re vamping.

HORRIBLE We stayed at the Sheraton Park Lane hotel during a December weekend break with my son. The complaint includes the following 1. The hotel is being renovated, there was no information prior to booking that the hotel was being renovated 2. We initially were given a room next to the elevator, Sleeping was impossible. 3. We then changed to another room which was probably worse: a. Old and dirty b. The shower had fungus c. Heating was not working. We had to call an engineer d. Hot water in the shower was look warm e. The telephone was not working We would not be recommending the stay at this hotel to anyone.

Terrible! The front staff are short and rude and think they are doing you a favor by putting you in a tiny room. The room was TINY — — unbelievable. The door opens onto the bed and it is exactly 30 inches from the desk to the bed. The chair for the desk was from the auditorium. This is a 5 star hotel? unbelievable. And they charge an arm and a leg. I am a Platinum member of Starwood and they do not give a damn. Stay away! better value at a tiny hotel for 50 pounds per night.
