Disrespectful, unhelpful receptionist, very noisy rooms and no blackout blinds/curtains.

Excellent spot to stay away from the traffic in central London.

Rooms very Good, well appointed but plumbing was a bit cobbled, breakfast good and the restaurant menu looked great although we did not eat there.

They leave you a mobile to call and browse for free. Good hotel. They have k-people who speak Spanish. Quiet and central. Good breakfast and treatment. Close to metro, bus, supermarket and cheap restaurants. Not very large room. Comfortable and well acclimatized and detailed.

Good location, tasty breakfast and room was very spacious and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable. We also got a free mobile phone that you can use for the duration of stay with data and international calls to select countries. Stuff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved the location of this hotel. Also was surprised at the largeness of the room in London. Quieter as it was off the main road but great location with supermarket around the corner and metro. I would say hotel room could use some love, such as nicer beds and a coat of fresh paint which is why I docked it a star.

Stayed here last year and we loved it so much we will be back in two weeks! Perfect location, Earls Court Tube station is a comfy walk from the hotel. Kings Head Pub with the best Pimms in the city is right around the corner. Y’all. This is the perfect place. See y’all in two weeks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Elegant building in the very chic Kensington between two metro stations (ears ' Court and Gloucester). This was our fifth stay in London but our first in this establishment. Probably our best experience. Impeccable service from all the staff.

My room was very clean, reasonably well equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was fast enough for streaming video, which was definitely a bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (thank you! ). The only slight hitch was that the lifts were broken and my room was on the third floor, but the staff offered to carry my bags up for me which was a nice touch. I was given a free glass of wine in the bar before dinner, and then 20% of my meal in the hotel's Malaysian restaurant. The food in the restaurant was very good, I'd recommend it if your are staying at this hotel.

Good food, good service, good bar. Drinks choice is very nice. Quite a bit pricey. Good date place. Good rendering of the traditional dishes without losing the authentic touch.

This is a great hotel. I found it great the continental breakfast. The rooms are great for the average London and the staff are very helpful.

Enthusiastic and friendly staff coupled with a good location close to Earls Court tube station makes this is an excellent hotel. The free cell phone they provide was unexpected and deeply appreciated. Other hotels should follow suit. I highly recommend it.

Booked last minute and am pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel in Kensington, London whilst with my book architect and publishers… THE best selection of toiletries! Shoe shine, shaving kit, sewing kit, vanity kit, shower cap and more in individually wrapped paper. Nice touch. Pretty sure I must have gotten an upgrade. Large room for London. With full Sky package on 40" TV, King size bed and even a Samsung phone for me to make internet calls and searches for free! (Nicer touch! )

The Park City Grand Plaza is located in Kensington. Perfect walking distance from museums, Kensington Palace, Harrods, groceries and restaurants. Besides the great location the service is wonderful. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance and restaurant employees were a pleasure to deal with. They do have a Malasian restaurant on site that is not only yummy but well priced. The rooms are very spacious and we were really impressed with the fact that included in our room was a smartphone with unlimited data and calling for us to use throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The Park City Grand Plaza in Kensington is now our official hotel in London.

A lovely hidden gem of a hotel. The room we had was quite large which was a bonus considering we had a travel cot which was provided by them which can make the room feel a lot smaller. The restaurant located in the hotel is reasonably priced (especially for central London) and the food was delicious. It’s located pretty equidistant between Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court tube stations although you may find the latter easier if you need step free access. Would highly recommend staying here if in London.

Booked online for a night in the city. As soon as we arrived felt like home. Reception staff were fantastic. We were shown to our room. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Spacious with wet room. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Will stay here again.

Stay of the November bridge. Hotel with very nice staff, large clean family suite, spacious bathroom, kettle in room for a quick breakfast I would say great. Restaurant to try absolutely for a quiet and tastefully dinner. The Metro is a five minute walk away. We will return.

I stayed at Park City Grand Plaza recently for around 10 days. The staff were extremely friendly. I enjoyed breakfast most days in the restaurant staff were always so helpful and cheery. The rooms were very comfortable and the position of the hotel was very central. It was an easy walk to Kensington Gardens, the Natural History Museum, Kensington High St and Harrods.

Awesome hotel in a very convenient part of London. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. The rooms were pretty hot until the nighttime and required the windows to left open all night. This was in September.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in the Park City. I was greeted with a Birthday cake and chocolates and a card from the Park City team. Very nice. The 'Executive' room was larger than we expected, (London hotel rooms are usually small) and was also welcoming although very warm. The air con didn't seem to work efficiently, so we asked for a fan which was dutifully given. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and there were options for a cooked breakfast. The staff were always very friendly from check-in, porters and restaurant and made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, only a 7-10 minute walk from the Gloucester Road tube station (Picadilly Line) and away from the bustle of London, surrounded by mews and grassy 'squares' for those who like to explore the area. Other reviews have mentioned the less than speedy Wi-Fi, but the inclusion of a full Sky package for those that like their television makes up for it. It's certainly a hotel that we would use again and would definitely recommend to those that asked.

Clean, bed was fine, and the in room "handy" cellphone was great to navigate the city. The check in desk staff were quite unfriendly and dull. There was at least 3 different people I interacted with at the check in desk and they all seemed this way. Decent place to stay but nothing exceptional.

Stayed in early May, 2017. Our hotel room was very clean, had a decent amount of room, and an okay view of the street. We have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room at all. The washroom was a great size. It was all very nice. I don't exactly remember the room number anymore, but my family and I stayed on the first floor. The location is fair at best, with either Earl's Court Underground station, or Gloucester Road Underground station a few blocks away. It's around a 10-15 minute walk to Gloucester Road, and maybe a few minutes less to Earl's Court. It's a little more convenient taking the underground at Gloucester Road as it has access to the circle line, and definitely requires less transfers to get around London. There is a Sainsbury's grocery store a few blocks down, on the way to Gloucester Road. There are also multiple restaurants around the hotel, with recognizable chain restaurants and stores around both Gloucester Road and Earl's Court. The hotel also provided a cellphone with unlimited data and calling for guests to use all around London. I found that to be very convenient. Overall, the hotel was great. We were treated kindly at the front desk, hotel room was excellent and clean, the location was decent, and the cellphone with unlimited service was a great perk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good service from the food area, but the reception staff and senior staff it was very poor specially responding to emergency situation.
Stuck in the lift for 1 hour with kids and adults getting breathless, shouting for help but still no initiative to ring 999, they need to review their health and safety standards on their lifts and staff training on how to accomodate service users in dealing with crisis.

Standard rooms and location of the hotel are ideal. UBahn nearby.

Intimate hotel with (by London) huge rooms!

Worst Hotel ever! Do not stay here, the staff is absolutely disrespectful, the rooms have bugs, as soon as I got into my room I smelled a horrible Odor and the beds were hard as a rock. To top it all of the I was promised sufficient internet access but I was disappointed by a horrible Wi-Fi connection. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! Do not stay here!

Great location, good comfortable rooms with good facilities, however temperature is too warm throughout the whole hotel (common areas) and rooms.

We came all the way to taste the so called Malaysian Selesa Restaurant as it was advertised on their website and at the Malaysian High Commission that they had a £9.99 three-course meal. On our arrival parking was very limited at £4.60/hr which only accepted coins. The restaurant did not have a the three course meal but had a two-course one instead for £9.90. Such deceptively false advertising! As we'd already paid for parking we decided to give it a go and ordered some fried chicken starters and Penang Asam Laksa. We received 3 pieces of small chicken wings (burnt and over fried) in about 10mins of ordering and the Asam Laksa came in 20mins of order. To our surprise the Laksa did not come with laksa noodles but standard egg noodles. They used lemon instead of lime and there wasn't even a hint of mint. As we were already hungry we ate it anyway but reported the displeasure again of false advertising of their menu. It's like ordering Paneer but instead being served Halloumi and try to blag through it. This lack of attention to detail won't go down well with customers. What's even more frustrating is they even had the cheek to insist we pay a compulsory 12.5% service charge despite the poor service and wrong menu. We wouldn't be coming here again and wouldn't recommend the restaurant for sure!

Great staff, big clean rooms within a short walk of the tube. Great for an overnight work stay where a decent nights sleep is needed.

Great location in a quiet area. Staff are very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable bed, good quality complimentary toiletries and a nice atmosphere in general. Didn't sample any food, I'm sure it's very good though.

Good location close to the underground. Room was spacious and clean. Free Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and slow at times.

Inside is lovely, but kind of run down looking on the outside. Inconvenient location in our opinion. We prefer trains and buses to the underground so we can see things. I was kind of scared walking around, tell you the truth; but, I am originally from Chicago so being outside at night always scares me. The lady at the desk tried to be helpful when I asked for a different room, but she could not accommodate us. You see this room had six stairs going up to the bathroom! With my husband's back and hip problems I was up all night the first night scared to death he would fall! Would have been nice if we'd been given another room. No really appealing restaurants in the area at all. Walked the three miles or so to Hyde Park and the area got progressively better (obviously)
