Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious!

Loved the atmosphere, warmly greeted by staff. Very attentive. Food was delicious. Highly recommend. 😊

Staff were very unhappy about us coming in for drinks only. Had to battle with them a little which was disappointing as our director is a member too. We did get in and have a fab time but that was a shame and as a company we go in there a lot too.

Amazing experience at The Ned London. So friendly young and old clients an abundance of food and drinks will come back soon.

I celebrated my 60th birthday at The Ned in Cecconi’s. The food and service was absolutely fabulous in wonderfully surroundings.

Everything was very slow, some staff was helpful some was not! It put a bit of a down vibe for us, food was very tasty if it come out all together and you don’t eat your steak before your chips come.

Amazing bars restaurants to choose from great ambiance. Our breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

Must go to place — even if just for one drink. Fabulous building.

I had a wonderful weekend stay, the hotel is beautiful & our suite was gorgeous. The staff were so lovely & really helpful. The restaurant was beautiful & the food was amazing. Looking forward to staying again very soon.

Had only one night in this stunning building so far, but we will be returning. As the owners of the countries largest High Street antiques retail outlets, the Ned is very aligned with our likes and expectations of a traditional hotel with superb service and charming staff, it pours charm from every corner.

The most beautiful place, we went for lunch but really want to now stay, the staff are lovely and very welcoming, the food amazing, a friend had afternoon tea which was fab, the decor beautiful, we want to stay so we can go to the jazz night, it’s looks beautiful.

Absolutely awesome bar & restaurant — brilliant ambience & food — will definitely be back again.

Fantastic variety of restaurants and food, great cocktails and a selection of top brand spirits to choose from. Staff are superb friendly and offer fantastic service.
Love this hotel and fondly remembered it as my old bank in the centre of the City of London.

Great night out for my birthday, lovely food great atmosphere.

Very lovely and grand inside. There's more than one entrance/ reception. Great to have live music played while eating. Plenty of choice — The shellfish was nice and fresh, the roast potatoes were perfect and crispy though the meat could have been hotter and Yorkshire's a little less cooked. Loved the choc orange bread & butter pudding. But please change the prongs! Would visit again… once my food coma ends!

Loved the private members bar downstairs and The Vaults…

We had a lovely afternoon tea in Millies at The Ned. I took my 3 daughters and they loved every moment of it, lots to look at and the ambience is gr8. The staff could not do enough for us. I would recommend visiting and look forward to having cocktails there soon.

Great atmosphere, great food, great architecture, great history and great service only slightly spoilt with a few own goals by the ofdd member of staff.
the place is buzzing and very lively and has so much going on that it is hard to know where to go or start and that's where the staff know where to step in and help perfectly. We were shown where to sit and where the dinner feast buffet was and told to eat as much as we could. The food was fabulous and despite the tables being small we managed well with four of us managing to eat and drink a huge amount. The young staff got our start time slightly wrong so were hustling to finish earlier than they should and even when we'd put them straight they still seemed to overly hover to clear things unnecessary we felt. Overall a great experience and loved every minute.

Myself and my Sister just spent a day and night at the Ned, from the moment we stepped through the doors we couldn’t have been made to feel any more special, the Hotel has been restored to perfection by keeping the charm of the place there is so much character and the attention to detail is just great. Loved it, cannot recommend this place enough.

Spent a wonderful afternoon, evening at The Ned with my Son and Daughter. The site has been developed to enhance the original Banking heritage within the City of London. Multi dimensional concept, hotel, bars, restaurants, meeting rooms, private members club, live music. Life pulsates throughout the building. The staff are well trained and highly professional but seem, on occasions, to want to distance themselves from the customers. Perhaps having to serve the well healed elite of the City promotes what appears to be a disdainful contempt for the customers. Quality of the food and alcoholic drinks was superb. The atmosphere steadily built up during the evening into the night. The music content was outstanding. My sons hotel room was excellent, completely sound proofed from the noise and the excitement. The Ned is a superb example of a modern day, hotel entertainment complex. I hope I am lucky enough to be invited there again.

We went there for Sunday Feast "Brunch" and It was amazing. If you love sea food you will love this buffet style brunch, they have so many choices and also sunday roast with all the trimmings. They also have a dessert and cheese table which had a good selection of sweets and fruit. They have love music playing while you dine which makes it a great experience all in all.

Amazing stay-cation. We loved our overnight and dinner at The Ned. Heather at the reception was amazing, super helpful and friendly which is rare to find in London! We loved our room and The Ned has the most incredible amenities ever. I have stayed in many 5* but they surpassed all the others in the bathroom. I was amazed at how quiet the bedroom was however we could hear conversations when in the bathroom. We had dinner at Kaia, every single dish was perfect and the service was excellent.

Lovely hotel but beware when you book your room the price just includes your room you are not able to use the gym swimming pool or the vault restaurant these are all 'members only' We also requested a bath in our room but when we arrived we was told our room didn't have a bath and if we wanted a bath we would have to pay to up grade our room which we didn't do I had booked this stay 4 weeks prior enough time for them to see our notes and give us a room with a bath. We returned to our room around 10pm after an evening out to loud thumping music that went on till the early hours of the morning from our window you could see opposite flashing lights and balloons so clearly a party going on not really what you want to hear when you get back to the hotel room to relax! We made the staff aware on check out which they replied 'oh no I hope it didn't ruin your stay'

Top class establishment. Great chilled atmosphere in the main dining area / bar even though it’s regularly busy it doesn’t seem crowded. Members areas are also amazing.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Great ambience. You feel like you're stepping into a lobby that is something right out of the Great Gatsby. Wonderful service and staff. Very lively entertainment every night. Fantastic amenities, including spa, pool, 8 restaurants. The history and how the Ned came to be are very fascinating. Such a great, great place! Can't wait to come back.

Quite a spectacle. An impressive building with plenty going on inside. The vault (private members club) downstairs is a must see, I believe you can do a tour?. Live music upstairs (definitely at weekends but I’m not sure about week days). Multiple restaurants inside which all get pretty busy so I would suggest booking in advance. The general bar/seating area in the middle is also cool and the drinks are good but service can be a little slow and it can get busy. Atmosphere is lively and busy especially at weekends. Smart casual attire is fine.

Nice looking place. Often have a jazz band on. Generally busy, too busy. Service average. Put a very cheeky service charge of 12.5% on even when you just order a drink at the bar.

The live karaoke/ performance is some of the best examples of good pub performances I have enjoyed, which is matched by the outstanding service and chilled cocktails served, honestly I will certainly return, this is an absolute must for party people.

Attention to detail in every sense. The bed at the Ned was super soft and fluffy but be prepared for a pillow fight into it. Abundant pillows along with toiletries for every single combination possible (energising shower wash, relaxing shower wash, reconditioning shower scrub) with cowshed products. Fabulous finishing and a historic feeling to the space. The lobby staff went above and beyond to help check in, with the same grace and elegance as the interiors. Wonderful visit will be back soon.
