Amazing hotel in a great location, close to tube station, royal Albert hall, the big three museums, Kensington gardens, and Hyde park. Staff were so so friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Rooms very clean and comfortable (literally the best bed in the entire world), and added bonus of bathrobes, cosmetics, safe etc. Very pretty, artistic hotel, lots of quirky features really made it stand out from all the rest.

Amazing suite. Stuff are super nice. Amazing shower, bath and hot tub.

Gorgeous rooms, in perfect location. Public parking nearby too at reasonable rates.

Hotel made us smile & laugh with the quirky art throughout. Our room was 2nd floor & very stylish, plush comfy bed with lots of complimentary goodies. I particularly appreciated decent decaf coffee. We took the grass (yes I mean grass) lift to our floor. Happy hour from 5-7pm in the bar including cocktails I opted for French Martinis which were excellent. Happily recommend & will stay again staff were more than happy to offer assistance. Happy customer!

Small but luxurious rooms. Great reception staff. Quality towels and toiletries. Very handy for museums etc. Martha's kitchen, near South Ken station, excellent for breakfast/lunch!

This hotel is weird, wacky, and rather wonderful. I usually prefer staying at more ‘classic’ hotels, but this was a truly fun deviation from the norm. The hotel lobby is full of color everywhere. There’s a lot to look at; it’s almost hard to focus on any particular thing. You must check out the bar with the rainbow wall, the lobby wall in which you’re invited to add your own drawing to, and the lift that doubles as a secret garden. Sound wacky enough? The room itself was the typical London sized room, but it was made many times better by the rose-clad chandelier and burgundy velvet details. The rooms are all different colors from what we heard; it would be fun to discover all the different ones. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Attentive and very accommodating staff, fun room, and quite modern amenities (iPad with concierge, lovely bathroom with soaking tub and sizable shower).

Friendly staff who showed us to our room. Clean, looked exactly like the pictures online, nice bathroom and toiletries and managed to get a later check out time with ease. Great spot would definitely visit again.

Excellent service and rooms but the decor was not to my liking but the hotel wasn't chosen by me. Its very quirky in styling and great if you are into that sort of thing. Breakfast is great. Overall a great hotel.

Should of been amazing, however after booking, they had updated room, but not told me or updated website, do it wasn't what I wanted.

Bathroom with shower and bath, very good For my stay prices was very reasonable but maybe for the other dates price for room back to London standards) ).

Zero stars… indeed one because zero is not allowed… but it is already be too good…
Tiny room… Despite having taken the deluxe and from the booking site are two even smaller rooms… (Small and standard)
You can not move, much less to open your suitcases…
There is a tiny wardrobe but it is unusable because it opens only one door… the other slams against the bedside table… which is not possible to move… and that makes the electrical outlets also unusable…
The window is tiny and smacked in the corner of the room… making it cramped and dark…
The hotel does not offer any service… and the 5 stars in Italy do not correspond even at the level of a pension, even of poor quality…
210 Euro per night for overnight stays… don't screw with me, go to the Hilton and enjoy a real 5-star hotel! The exhibitionist are not even meteors…

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to great museums, easy access to the subway and good restaurants nearby. The bedroom was very small but the bathroom nice sized. The whole hotel is very stylish and the staff was very friendly.

If you're going to the Natural History Museum, this is an ideal location. Not fancy, but possibly the best rainfall shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Boutique feel, not corporate at all. Lots of power drops. The heated bathroom floor was nice! Mattresses were probably ready to be replaced…

Nice room with balcony. Pillows could have been better. Sound insulation not the best. Shower leaked. Restaurant was understaffed, food just OK. General decor was nice and pretty funky.

If you are looking for quirky luxury, then this is the perfect London boutique hotel. Full of character and charm, with interesting art and thoughtful details everywhere you look. Excellent location, staff are super helpful, and the cocktail bar is superb. Breakfast was not included with the room I booked, but it was delicious and well worth the extra spend.

The place was amazing. Our room (Squint Splash Suite was immaculate, the plunge pool was the perfect temperature and everything is just fantastic. The only let down was the breakfast service. The food was amazing but the staff seemed a little stretched thin. Other than that, we can't fault the place! Would recommend and will be returning.

Hotel is quite, nice and clean. But drawers and cabinets are not well finished. The bathroom is clean and big with shower and tub.

A great hotel. Not ideal for a quiet retreat, more of the opposite. The rooms are well presented and clean. Staff are all international and welcoming.

Awesome hotel, each floor had its own unique theme and the lift, reception and bar all had its own unique decor. The shower and bath were luxurious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.

This is a nice place to stay for one night in central London. It is located on the Piccadilly line so it is easy to get to from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and there was a very large bedroom with both bathtub and shower. There is free Wi-Fi. There was a good breakfast English breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is very modern and clean, staff where very amazing even coming in drunk at 4 am from the casino they was more then happy to make us some food and keep the drinks going, would return in a heart beat … Great hotel you will struggle to get something that special for the money anywhere else apart from the shard!

Great location really cool decor which inspires conversation. The staff were really helpful and kind but a little slow. Good cocktails which didn't seem overpowering. The rooms are really nicely done and comfortable. Would recommend.

Modern style hotel, they focus on silly things and they forgotten the basic things. How come 5 star hotel don't have room serves food 24 hours, house keeping only till 6 o'clock and when they clean room most of the things they forget to add you should ask, some of the paint are not suitable for kids, when you ask for the manager to talk with all the time busy not available, many times they have open gallery in the reception area they hanging some of the photos in the floors so its noisy coz the people coming and speaking near the rooms. The internet so week, and always they have problem with the hot water. I don't say that 5 star hotel they need to work on many things to get that. I don't recommended for families. They should working hard to get more stars.

Interesting decor, not your usual hotel. Great location, close to museums and train/bus.

Nice hotel right in the centre of town. Here's what good: the bed, helpful staff, room size, location and bathroom. Here's what needs improvement: No minibar, iPad used for ordering for room only works some of the time, no power point near a mirror, no steam iron.
