They create noise nuisance every weekend. It used to be a lovely pub with an understanding management team, but now they dont seem bothered about who they annoy. You're better off going down the road to The Kent with a lovely garden and GREAT staff.

Fantastic venue for food, drink, meetings or weddings!

Booked a table for 16 on mother's day. Everyone had such a lovely afternoon. Even though they were extremely busy, we still received impeccable service. The food was delicious and all 16 of us were served at the same time. Would highly recommend, especially good venue for large groups.

We had a lovely lunch there yesterday I had the fish & chips and it was amazing. The staff were very attentive to all our needs.

I love this pub! It's cosy and traditional, with lots of space… the drawing room is beautiful, the range of beers and ales, the food… but what I most love about this place is the service from the staff — especially with my husky! His being welcome amongst all the staff and fellow customers makes the experience all the better for me, and Emrys loved the attention too.

Tables not clean. Drink stains still on the table. Chips were burnt. Furniture looks very tired. Staff didn’t once ask if our food was ok.
Was pleased to get out of there and won’t be back.

Would definitely like to hire the function room for my birthday. Lovely layout and great.

We did an art class in the back bar. Staff were friendly and discovered a lovely pub. Really big and so nice. Will definitely return.

Fantastic staff and a great venue. Hired the Salon bar for a party. The hog roast was terrific too!

Booked in here due to our usual hotel being fully booked but this will now become our ‘usual’ hotel now. Lovely place, very friendly staff who more than go out of their way to help and lovely clean rooms at a very reasonable price for London. Can not fault our visit at all.

Nearly 4 years we had our wedding reception there. There have improvements since. Good friendly staff.

Nice old English pub. Rooms on offer too. Great function room downstairs for parties of up to 60. Worth a visit if you are in Ealing. Nice staff too.

I am wheelchair bound so need special arrangements put in place before my arrival. The staff did as much as they could to make our stay fantastic, they were all so attentive, knew you by name, anything we needed was there within 5 mins. The room was very spacious, clean & everything worked! The walls looked a little "tired", a lick of paint wouldn't harm but that was it. The bed was so comfortable & huge, plenty of towels & the room benefited from air conditioning & boy did we need it! Again, it all worked properly & effectively. We had B&B & the breakfast was AMAZING! There was fresh juice, yogurts, cereals, pastries, fruit etc & any hot food was ordered by the waitress & it was all cooked to order. The food was fabulous, hot when it arrived & the black pudding was to die for! You'll not be disappointed with this hotel. It's 8 miles from the west end, 3 miles from Kew Gardens & a 2 min walk to a train/tube station, but night time, was gloriously silent. Great great place.

Great little gem hidden away been going here for many years but it has greatly improved n seems they have listened to past reviews and acted on them. Lovely flavoursome food which arrived hot n quick which was great. Sunday roast was tasty and well proportioned a little pricey but worth it. The deserts could be a bit bigger but again delicious. Nice n friendly staff. Lovely big beer garden which is well kept and outside bar reminded me of being on holidays. Loved it. Keep up the good work. X.

Great beer garden or vodka lime and soda water garden if you watching you frame I didn't order food this time but will be back again as it's a pleasant place chill… also hear that they do comedy nights and jazz nights so that might be cool too…

Very pleasant morning coffee. Two ladies on site to greet, both very pleasant and helpful. Very nice surroundings and a really nice quiet atmosphere for the breakfast time. Just had coffee on the balcony, no food, but everything seemed really organised and well displayed. Will definitely be back for morning coffee.

Great place to have some drinks. We love going out here. Friendly staff and service is reasonably quick considering the amount of people. The garden has a great atmosphere however sometimes it is slightly overcrowded. Table tennis table is also great.

The Drayton Court Hotel were fantastic, and made our day very special. We highly recommend them for your wedding. My Wife and I would like to say thank you very much to them for their hard work and making our wedding day very special. Their team are very proffesional and it was very impressive to see the main room turned around so quickly and look so nice. Everything looked great. Our guests said they loved the food, and we did too. Some people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and it was obviously the best day of our lives. Thanks again :-)

Huge outdoor, great for summer days. Food was very good also. Large selection of beers.

Stunning accommodation, fairly priced considering it's a classy hotel not too far from the centre of London. Parking is available at rear. Locally there is also a lot of choice of different places to eat.

The room was very nice and the food was ok but I have given 2 star's due to the policy! You cannot have guests in your room and they have to be gone by 12am I didn't realise I was staying in a boarding school. My friend brought some champagne and did not get a chance to finish it! It's good to let your underage teen stay here as the rules are suited to teens.

Big, many roomed pub with a totally underappreciated boutique hotel above it. Come for the decor, stay for the beers, wines, gins, beer garden and live music. Enjoy! Get a number for a local taxi firm and leave the car at home.

I booked Sunday lunch and they we're more than happy to allow us to move into the beer garden as the weather was nice. Very good Roast Port. Friendly staff.

I've been here for drinks plenty of times. Garden is amazing and friendly service BUT today was my first experience ordering food… and I do understand how busy a kitchen can be on a busy sunny day but waiting over an hour and 3 pints for 2 starters and fries … my hunger have had enough… drinks and service at the bar is spot on but can't say the same about food… so be aware that it might take donkey's years to be able to have solid food going down through your esophagus with your belly as a final destination… so it might be faster to leave a wild hog slow roasting at home for 10 hours … and after some drinks… is gonna taste like king's meal after a bloody battle…

This place has a huge garden which is great for when the weather is nice. The outside bar is normally very busy but it's totally understandable with the amount of space and number of people who can fit in. There is a restaurant and inside bar with live music.

Children's birthday party. Reserved space for two hours. Big room You can bring your own food and drinks.

A very nicely decorated place and not expensive. I went for a 1 year olds birthday which was in a private room which went really well. The food they put on was good too.

Manages well as a local and restaurant, tidied up nicely since the refurbishment though its a shame Fullers skimps on maintenance (hint: ceilings). Great staff.

The pub is great. Nice atmosphere, staff are great (helped us find a table at a busy time) and food is good too. Nice big garden in the summer and table tennis. Regular events as well which is rare in the area.

Fantastic value for money, excellent location! Only problem was the hotel was undergoing refurbishment and at time of booking wasn't told this, but other than that brilliant place to stay, just a stone’s throw away from station and a few minutes’ walk from park! Have recommend to friends and family, will stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel in a good location. By bus and train no problem to get to the center.

The pub is spacious and cosy. When I was there they had a proper fire going in one of the rooms which was nice. Expect sky-high prices though, I paid £5 for a pint! Outrageous really.

Fantastic hotel, great service. Our dogs were allowed everywhere rather than just certain area in the hotel or bar. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both excellent. A great place to stay in London as a base if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Great place. Has a huge beer garden, around 50 tables. An outside bar which is open in the summer. 27 bedrooms. Great food. The staff are really friendly. I have to declare an interest because I work there, but in a previous career I've stayed in hotels all over the UK and the Drayton provides good service and really good value for money.

Have been there twice and I'm sure it won't be the last. Nice family run hotel with good vibes, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. I had the chance to stay in their suite which is a great room. It's literally one minute away from the train station and there are lots of places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable! Totally recommended.

Stayed here for a wedding, came in the night before and had two nights at the hotel, and honestly it was absolutely brilliant. Staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were lovely, and the decor (a blend between classic and modern throughout) made for an amazing stay environment. From an event perspective, we couldn't have asked for more. The food was nothing short of brilliant and the event space was managed flawlessly. We had such an amazing time I am writing this review mid experience to say how much fun I have had at this venue.

Really like this hotel. No noise from the pub downstairs. Key code needed for the lift so secure. Nice renovation. Good breakfast. Because it's a renovation some of the rooms can be poorly designed — difficult to open the shower door etc. Beer in the pub is good, with a wide selection, but pricey.

Great hotel! Nice find. Lovely room with more than enough facilities. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet even with window open even with the odd train, plane (being under flight path). Great nights sleep. Easy to get to the airport and from station and the food is really good. Eggs Benedict for breakfast! What a nice change to have so many cooked choices! Would definitely stay again.

A nice, comfortable room with a lovely sunny window. The hotel had a pub with many drinks, ales, and cocktails. The pub also had delicious food. I ate dinner and breakfast here and all was very good. The shower in my room was larger than any other place on my trip, it was very nice. I enjoyed the heated towel rack, the air conditioning, and the in-room teas and coffee.

Had 2 nights here. Saw England at Wembley and then a day at Kew gardens.
Lovely Hotel, stayed in London 5 times in 2. Years. This is the best Hotel so far. We will definitely come back, and are planning too in 5 weeks. Great food, great service and great staff. And beer too :)

Recently renovated. Nice beer garden with outdoor bar. Small playground for younger kids.

An excellent Sunday lunch, complete with drinks in their newly-refurbished beer garden. Generally a pleasant atmosphere, marred only by staff regularly-throwing bottles (from some distance) into a recycling bin located right by our table. The frequent sound of smashing was quite jarring.

If you're going to invest in having such a large venue than the least you can do is invest in staff. Waiting over an hour for food and 20 minutes queuing for one drink is beyond ridiculous. All this on fathers day. Did you not anticipate the large numbers?

Visited the pub shortly after the reopening. Amazing selection of ales. It also has table football, a pinball machine and a huge beer garden with it's own outdoor bar.

What was initially a great stay turned out to be a frustrating end. After staying a day for my brothers wedding, we went down for breakfast at 9.30, hoping to have plenty of time to make our train from West Ealing (30 seconds away) at 11am. Fast forward 45 minutes after ordering, and we still hadn't received our breakfasts! We asked a member of staff on where it might be, and instead of being honest and admitting it hadn't been processed, asked our room number and said it was on its way. It took another 15 minutes to arrive. By the time we'd finished, I requested a reimbursement to cover the fact we were likely to miss our train (which we did). Instead, they offered a free trip back to stay at the hotel. We live in Bristol, and wouldn't consider returning if we weren't going to get any cover for booking our new train journeys! A poor end to an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Very nice, traditional bar with a good beer garden. Function room was a little cold, and seats were uncomfortable.

Poor service on a Saturday lunchtime, only 1 member of bar staff for both bars, and she couldnt work the till. Lots of customers waiting to be served. Maybe just caught them at a bad time — a shame as used to be excellent.

Great local pub and the beer garden is superb in summer.

Room is large and the kitchen sink, from hairdryers to free cookies, clean, rich sense of design. Staff friendly, we check out before going to air at breakfast time, hotel staff helped us prepare a simple sandwich with, let us not be hungry at midnight. From the nearest underground tube about 15 minutes walk to the hotel in normal, not far from near, Yan lu, all homes are comfortable to go nice, or you can take the "E1" bus, got out a minute to the hotel; Metro to the city centre or to transfer, so traffic is very convenient. First floor bar and restaurant serving good meals to eat, and delicious breakfast! Satisfaction!

Food average not so good as previous years, two members of staff on their mobile phones, waited 10 mins to get served, 6 people in bar. Just asked for pint!, whilst there on Facebook!

The Drayton is normally a really good pub with a friendly staff, good range of drink, food and a great beer garden… But not on New Years Eve. We popped in for a drink with a group to find a fairly rowdy scene with a fight just breaking out and the police turning up. Maybe that's the normal Friday night rather than the Sunday afternoon I may be more accustomed to but it was pretty rowdy, overly busy and just not a very enjoyable place to be unless you are a bunch of play fighting, brawl loving teenagers (from what I could see). We had a drink as we'd made the effort to go but headed home for midnight so that we could enjoy it.

What is the point of calling this place a pub. It is not, it is a hotel bar. The Drayton has been going down for years, but now it has hit rock bottom. The new management have removed anything that has made it good. Also the food is very mediocre for the price you pay. The food is extremely over priced for the quality that it is, the only good food is the chips. The pub has managed to alienate all of its regular customers trying to get alternative revenue streams.

This large Fuller's pub and hotel is great in both the summer thanks to their large, recently refurbished garden, and in the winter thanks to their open fires and cosy seating. Conveniently situated 1 minute's walk from West Ealing train station, well worth a visit.

Hurray for the Drayton Court Hotel! It is our local and my wife and I had our wedding reception here last week. The food for our 40 guests was fabulous. The service, perfect. Family and friends came from America, Scotland, Canada and Dorset and stayed with us at the hotel. They raved about the rooms and the atmosphere and the incredible staff. Our special day was made that much more memorable by choosing the Drayton.

Wouldn't call it a gastropub, but good food for a pub.

We spent our first few days of honeymoon there.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room clean
and comfortably furnished. And you have a good connection
in the inner city.
The food tastes and we were definitely not the last time there.

A firm favourite with families due to its large garden. It can be a little noisy in the pub but if you can get outside in the garden, then it's great. The steep steps can be a bit tricky to navigate.

Stayed there for a week and we loved it. The staff is fantastic — they really take care of you. The morning breakfasts were wonderful. We enjoyed just relaxing and having lazy mornings at breakfast there before hitting London for the day. The full bar downstairs is a true classic as is the hotel itself, lots of history. The beer garden in the back was delightful too. Really felt at home there.

Surprisingly BIG! Fantastic decor, and the place itself is very nice to hangout in. Service is standard, what you would expect, and nothing more (a shame as they could really take off with extra zing to their customer service). A great place to hangout after a day's work, and because it's just right next to West Ealing Station (20 minutes from Paddington) it's a nice place to arrange meet-ups too.

Feel live good, that is, below the bar, if there is a party, feeling relatively noisy.

Incredible outdoor garden that includes a kids playground. Great for family pub days. About 30 picnic tables. Staff is very nice and the pub itself is nicely done and classic.
