Me and my partner stayed at the cavendish last night after visiting London's west end to catch a show. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Food was nice with great room service. We will 100% be staying back at the cavendish when we visit London again in a couple of months. 🙂👌👌

Great location. Nice rooms. Breakfast well made. It's our second visit here in the last year. The staff are very helpful, the place is clean and smells nice. These little things really make the hotel a hidden gem.

Went for Afternoon Tea at The Cavendish Hotel. We were served by Gerda and all I can was that she was amazing — she made us feel really special and was really attentive and kept us regularly topped up with drinks throughout. Her service was above and beyond. She even got us an umbrella for when we left as it had started raining quite heavily. She made our visit even more special and enjoyable. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic. Definitely would come back again.

Oh my goodness, the staff here are wonderful. It’s hard to remember the last time, I had such great service.
We’ve just had afternoon tea here for a table of 13. Bibek the manager ensured a smooth reservation with a great table and catered as requested. His fab staff, in particular a young lady called Stephanie who looked after our table went above and beyond to make our experience special. I hope someone will read this and pass on our gratitude.

We just had a pre theatre meal. It was delicious! Service was A1. They even charged my phone for me!

Great location, my partner and I were having a drink at the bar one evening, and we saw a mouse running across the floor. I notified the barman! And he did nothing about it. Won’t be staying there again.

Took my mum for her 60th birthday and we had an awesome time. Friendly & helpful staff, rooms very clean and spacious. Food delicious & afternoon tea delightful.

Great central place to explore London, staff fantastic, nothing is to much trouble, food excellent, highly recommend loved this place.

Customer service is terrible. No one is replying to emails after 3 follow ups. Invoice was issued with mistakes. Credit card was charged twice. No explanation or even acknowledgement provided.

Room 1016 a tad too small. The boys room next door adjacent to us was better size.

I was there to have a phone meeting because it was quite there for a coffee and meeting. The staff, a lady working in the cafe/lounge was amazing and so helpful. I give her 5 stars… unfortunately I ended up sitting close to the entrance because of the bad network and the door opened as soon as I moved. So that and the works outside interrupted my phone meeting…

A perfect hotel. Both for the location, which is central without being in the midst of confusion, and for the quality of the rooms and service. Unimpeachable. From the upper floors you can also enjoy spectacular views of London.

Room comfortable, bulb blown in desk lamp only stayed 1 night so no point reporting it, otherwise good all round. Breakfast of a high standard location superb.

Stayed here for a night. Good location to all the shops in the area. Service was very nice by every. Had a room on the 14th floor with a view. Room was on the smaller side but clean and nice.

This hotel has a nice city view if you get a room from 10+ floor. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and mostly quiet! I personally like the fact that they leave you a bottle of refilled bottle of water every day.

Great value hotel with comfort in central London. Short walk to all the main action — downside bar was drab and dull. Saying that ok for a night cap after kicking heels up in London Town.

Very good high standard hotel in a great location in St James. Close to many high end shops and restaurants and also near enough to the tourist spots if that's what you want. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Great hotel in a convenient location.

Stayed at the cavandish for our wedding anniversary following a night out in London. They had given us a card, a complimentary bottle of champagne and they adorned the room with rose petals and bed swans. They made it feel so special. Bed was very comfortable. And the view from the 11th floor was wonderful. Breakfast the next day was lovely too. Also brilliant location. Would definitely stay here again. Top marks!

Very good executive hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Within walking distance of all shops and Greenpark and Picadilly subway stations. If you like tailor made suites, shirts, shoes etc. Then Jermyn street is right there. Rates are high but well worth it… large executive rooms with spacious bathrooms. Always a good stay.

Stayed here for a birthday trip to London. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and was a perfect location to go to lots of places. We enjoyed coffee machine & complimentary water provided.

Service was good. The concierge handed me a bottle of water and towel when I came back after my run — very nice touch! Rooms are comfortable but small.

Fabulous place that is sadly surrounded by building sites currently but it didn't spoil a great visit to the cocktail bar on the first floor. Great knowledgeable staff with a friendly chat while we were waiting for friends to arrive and silky silent service once they'd joined us… bravo.

The hotel is OK but did not meet the hygiene and cleanliness requirements during my visit. The room had a penetrantem sweaty smell and the water bottle had a filthy edge. It just doesn't go!

Brilliant first impressions, a very welcoming hotel, accomodating and helpful. Perfect location into the city. The room was really nice, good facilities a big bed and very comfy. The only issue was being woken up by taxi horns at 4am from clubbers over the road exiting the premises. Needs better spund proofing on windows. But all in all a really lovely hotel.

This hotel is situated in a great location and delivers a fantastic stay. I have stayed with the Cavendish twice now. Most recently for my birthday 17/03/2018 and I had the most magical experience. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. They even left a card and a cake in my room to mark my birthday. The beds are the best sleep that I have ever had and the location just can't be beaten. We had a view of the London eye and surrounding landscape. Personally this would be my top choice when staying in London for a nice getaway.

Had a Groupon voucher, therefore fixed menu. Wanted to change my mashed potatoes to crushed potatoes as in another dish but was told that that's not possible. Told the waiter to omit the mash then but still served with it n got left behind, what a waste. Otherwise the food is of high quality n very tasty.

Great location. Polite staff and lovely room. We were located at the top so had wonderful views of the city. Right next door to Fortnum and Masons and easy to get to on the tube.

This was my third stay in this great place. The location is fantastic. Fortnum's becomes your corner shop. The rooms are good, very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely toiletries and good coffee. The breakfasts are fab! Best croissants ever. Plenty for vegetarians, hurrah! Recommended.

This is our third stay in a year and we loved it. Just about the perfect location for The West End and Soho. Trafalgar Square is a short walk, as is Buckingham palace. Breakfast is fabulous, with loads of veggies options.

A modern excellently located hotel in Jermyn Street. Very efficient service from staff with well appointed rooms and fine views from many. A favourite place to stay in and around Piccadilly.

Used The Cavendish for meetings and lunch. Staff are always friendly and the food is good. Portions are quite big though so be prepared. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the air con! It gets stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Lovely place though. Would recommend.

We love staying at the Cavendish for a few nights when in London because it is so central. The rooms are small but we are not there for the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly.

Incredibly friendly staff. Location is phenomenal (for Central London). Their (Handy) is free for guest use, and is a mobile device that gives you free access to maps, the internet, and texts/calls to the US. Clean room.

My company's office is just 5 minutes away, so very convenient location. Clean Breakfast is tasty and you can choose between English, continental, fruits, etc. Individual AC Good bad Some construction works, but does not disturb much. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for my first time in London. The hotel was great. The location is amazing in Soho. Close to the metro, Green Park, and national museum. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom had a towel warmer. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel near Piccadilly Circus. I stayed there for five nights. Walking distance to all the popular attractions in London. Very easy to get around.

Newly modernised hotel. Good location off Piccadilly and relatively quiet in rooms. Rooms are clean and well equipped with the usual London space constraints (they are small). Nothing special and the perennial hotel problems — poorly lit and bathrooms are designed to be looked at not used (who ever thought that sink design was a good idea is a lunatic who clearly never washes). Some attempts to use new technology fail miserably — the android phone/info device is so poorly specced and slow as to be be utterly unusable. Who is going to use that when you've almost certainly got a much better device yourself. Doesn't affect a fundamentally decent nights stay but it's just silly.

Just had a fantastic stay at the hotel. David on the concierge was outstanding in his service. Nothing was too much trouble and made our stay problem free. Although my husband noticed the noise of the street below I didn't and sleep really well on the comfy bed. Only rated 4 stars as felt the staff at breakfast couldn't really be bothered. Had to ask for coffee, toast and butter and waited quite a while for these. Other tables had the, bought on arrival. Just a little thing otherwise will defiantly stay here again.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I booked this hotel based on the reviews I saw online and based on the good pricing I saw. This is located in St. James right off Piccadilly. There are many restaurants, shops, museums and Buckingham Palace within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating and even remembered our names when we walked in and out. The executive room was very clean, had a great bathroom and really nice views. The breakfast here is fantastic. The fruit and eggs are very fresh, the yogurt and coffee are great and the pastries are wonderful. It was so good we ended up having breakfast there every day we were there. The only complaint I have is that even though we were on a high floor the noise from the bar on the weekend was unbearable. People were screaming and yelling in the street until 4 in the morning. Thankfully we were only there one day of the weekend for this. That is not enough to stop me from staying there next time we go to London.

The staff were lovely: Jack when we arrived, Vania who checked us in, George at breakfast, David who checked us out and the concierge and reception staff on Sunday morning who offered me water and a towel after my run in Green Park. The view from our room was also spectacular.

It was awesome, the interior look so beautiful, my one day stay was enjoyable. Their breakfast on point, it does deserve to be one of top 50 best breakfast in london.

Great hotel in a convenient location to visit central London.

Stayed overnight Saturday 15th October.
Booked a superior room and when we arrived we had been upgraded to an executive room.
In the room was a half bottle of champagne and chocolates plus a nice card and petals all over as we were celebrating our anniversary.
The room was lovely, a wonderfully comfortable large bed a huge bathroom with big deep bath and separate double shower. The only slight disappointment was the view from the window. We were on the 5th floor therefore no view but we could see the London Eye.
The breakfast this morning was amazing, anything a person could want for breakfast was there or could be ordered and all in a lovely room with great and attentive staff.
The reception staff were also highly efficient and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble.
The location is amazing, central and close to all for great shopping and site seeing and all the fantastic architecture of the historic buildings of London all around and it's right behind Fortnum and Mason, closest underground station is Green Park.
I would love to stay here again one day in the future and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Beautiful Hotel in great location.

The hotel is centrally placed to allow access to theatres or sights. It is very comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and Sky TV in the room. Excellent food in the restaurant with attentive staff. Hotel is very quiet at night, despite being well subscribed.

The location is nice for walking around the expensive shops. It seems safe. The standard room is small by American standards, but very nice and clean. The breakfast price would be outrageous if we didn't have the free breakfast included room price.

Wow what a hotel! The staff pulled out all the stops to make my stay with them very special. The staff are very well presented are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room yes it was a tad on the small side but still plenty of room to do what you need to do. The full English breakfast was delicious. The selection at breakfast was that great I was spoilt for choice. Thank you to the staff for making me feel so welcome and special. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting London. Hope I get to stay again in March.

City London is good best.

I stayed here for two nights recently, having arrived at the hotel at 7:30AM — much too early to check in at most hotels. The front desk, however, was extremely accommodating and provided me with a room! Only thing I had an issue with was the bathroom tub door — the seal at the bottom was not tight, and so when showering, water would leak out and drip onto the floor. The first time this happened my floor was partially flooded — I ended up putting towels there as a preemptive measure.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Very pleased — although I only stayed for a single night I found the hotel staff in particular very helpful and accomodating. The concierge even rushed a suit of mine to another hotel for overnight dry cleaning as I had arrived too late to make use of the Cavendish's own service — and he collected it for me at 6am the following morning. I will be staying here again when I am next in the area. Stayed July 2013 for one night on business.

The Cavendish Hotel is a hipsters paradise, cool, quiet and this hipster chick loves that. I do want to party when I come to London, but want to keep the party in the club not bring it back to the hotel. My life is more about having an atmosphere to work and create then be the life of the party. I love a hotel that can pamper by just having the little things that I need at my figure tips. The staff was incredible from check in to check out. The staff was pleasurable and charming, so on my next visit to London you will know where to find me at The Cavendish Hotel.
