Price is not adequate to what you get. Stuff was really nice, but Its all. Room is really small And very hot. In the orher side, if you use aircondition you are freezing. Wardrobe was full of hotel stuff, so there is no place for yours clothes and other. Bathroom Is small too, but is very clean like whole hotel. Breakfast is too expensive! The worst was a bed! It was So small, so I was fall down all night long. So I cant sleep. Im really mad about this acommondation And I dont recommend it.

Nice place and staff were nice but had to complain about the amount of times we were disturb within 4 hours! 5 knocks on the door. Then when we checked out I just mentioned it and I didn’t get a great response from the concierge. For the price of the hotel the customer should always come first and I feel we were bothered way too much, didn’t have a ‘do not disturb’ sign to hang on door either. Overall a nice hotel but have had better experiences elsewhere. M by Montcalm is more chilled and more respectful of your privacy.

Wierd place. Nice rooms, but not configured for business travelers. Only one power outlet in my room! Nice staff, but the place seems designed for eurotrash.

Perfect for the traditionally modern busisness man. Less frills more quality.

Room was ok, but a long bewildering walk. We were completely misguided regarding breakfast and ended up sat on a sofa with a continental breakfast. I had asked for scrambled eggs but was told they only had cold options. In reality they could have directed us to the other breakfast room where cooked food was available. Very disappointed.

Great hotel… lovely staff. Room was perfect and the breakfast was good. Recommend.

There service has been wonderful so far. The room is nice, although a bit small. The Wi-Fi is very spotty — very fast at times, other times drops off completely.

Seriously confusing. Staff tries their hardest to assist, but with all the stairs, entrances, exits, elevators, the bad/lack of signing etc — it's just very inconvenient.

Attended work Christmas dinner and drinks here for about 120 people. Had mixed experience with Xmas menus before, but this was on the whole excellent for the value. Service was good, even with the size of the party everyone got their food around the same time and the food was still hot, tasty even if not very exciting. Wine included in the Xmas menu was also good. Choice of draught beers at the base is rather limited. Can't review the rooms as I did not stay overnight.

Excellent location, great room. Didn't use any of the hotel services so can't comment. Fresh milk for tea and coffee would have been great, but milk cartons were a good substitute.

Excellent location close to The Shard. Modern room with an exceptional bathroom. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Bar area was ok but football was playing on the TVs which spoilt the atmosphere. Overall very recommended.

Very clean, attentive and helpful staff. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has a rainfall head. The breakfast at the attached restaurant has a nice variety and has a nice view of the Shard. Very convenient to Southwark and London Bridge stations and to the Borough Market. Bed is a bit stiff but ok for me. Would stay here again.

Very happy with this hotel in central London. A little bit too far away from the city centre to walk, but in London you go by the tube. The hotel feels very luxurious.

Hotel located a short distance from Liverpool station streeet, train stop. Reasonable price and excellent room and service.

The hotel is an elegant venue with long history. Staffs are extremely nice and helpful.

Ok Hotel. A bit old fashioned. Clearly overpriced. Like every hotel in the city.
