Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was beautiful and well kept. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Location is perfect, near enough to the touristy areas and great shopping/dining without the feeling of being INSIDE a tourist attraction. Definitely my hotel of choice on future visits.

Lovely independent hotel. Had a lot of corporate meetings here. Service always great and the food is fantastic whether you get delegate lunches or eat in Hunters. Hightly recommended.

Good service and great room! there were two problems with my short stay though. Firstly, the room I ordered online was nothing alike the one I got when I showed up there. The room was half under ground! so I did not have good cell phone reception… Secondly, when I visited their restaurant the server disappeared without saying anything at the end of dinner! Thanks.

Great. Very kind. Available at all. A girl speaks Italian and has facilitated things. Extra night at the same price as hotels. Very good breakfast Clean rooms and free soft drinks. TV in the bathroom. Good.

I came here for afternoon tea with a friend and it was amazing! We sat in a booth with a shear curtain which gave us some privacy while still allowing us to get the staff's if needed. The tea service was beautiful and the food was delicious. There was a good selection of teas. It was my friend's birthday and they brought out some extra treats and candles to sing happy birthday. Wonderful customer service!

A hidden gem. We absolutely love The Arch and return time after time. Tranquility in beautiful surroundings and only a few minutes easy walk to Selfridges. Love the selection of art chosen to complement the rooms and hallways. We stayed for breakfast the other day and really enjoyed it (we normally go out for breakfast when stay away). Superbly constructed fuss-free menu and absolutely delicious food.

Very upmarket, attentive, and luxurious hotel. All the services you would expect from concierge, bar staff, doorman etc. Highly recommended and just a short walk from upmarket cocktail bars, restaurants, and shopping.

The hotel is perfect, the service is very good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Moreover, once you are there, one should take time to sit down at the bar and sip a cocktail on one evening.
It is the most beautiful and quietest hotel in London I would say. Therefore totally deserves the 5 star.

I did not stay at this hotel. I just visited it for a breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is really great. Very clean facilities. Great choices for breakfast. Really liked the honeycomb. The only bad thing is that even though we were in the middle of a conversation and we had not asked for the bill, the lady brought us the bill. It was like asking us to leave…

I am absolutely appalled by the good rating this place is enjoying. I stayed at The Arch for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago. To start with, the check-in process was horrible. The lady at the desk insisted that I forward to her the booking made via an email address she provided. I had just arrived from another country, and good thing that my phone could send an email via roaming, else she wouldn't check me in, even though she saw my name in her system. Some 5 star experience. The rooms are small and dated. The TVs are small and really old. The coffee machine didn't work because the plugs were faulty. The bathrooms may have been trendy in 1990 perhaps, but are now very dated. This absolutely cannot be a 5 star. Maybe the location is good but there are so many other options available.

Amazing staff, service, and location. Would come back if for nothing other than their Oscar Film Winner collection they have available to rent. Such a nice and easy experience. Worth every penny!

Lovely views, attention to detail everywhere and no direction left unfilled with works of art and a diverse range of kind individuals. Facilities plentiful, very easy access on foot.

Nice enough but I agree with another reviewer that bed was way too soft. Also no top sheet, just a duvet which doesn't get laundered. Also our rooms AC didn't work too well. Nice bathroom though.

Beds were a bit soft, but there was a nice bathroom with a powerful rain shower. Try avoid the ground floor as it may be a bit noisy. View to the alley isn't the best either. But very friendly staff.

The moment you step into the The Arch Hotel London, you are welcomed by a wonderful and friendly staff who seem to have only one goal in mind: giving you the best hotel stay ever. The rooms are decorated in a classic/modern and luxurious style. They are well-equipped, very comfortable, quiet, and clean. In other words: perfect! Food and drinks at the hotel restaurant (Hunter 486) is also great. Thanks to Lucy, Alex, Sam and the rest of the staff for making our visits here unforgettable. We have now stayed at The Arch twice, but will be coming back many times in the future!

Wow! Great hotel, great staff, everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, free soft drinks feels good. Nespresso coffee machines are also very good. Breakfast was really good, very carefully. I'm sure I will come back again and again.

My friends and I enjoyed Afternoon Tea in this venue. Modern, friendly and pleased with the experience. Being the first Sunday after everyone has returned to normality after the Christmas and New Year period, we were the only customers, making the experience all the more intimate. Would definetly recommend.

Food is great, no mutton lamb, cod, grilled just right. Handmade cakes and bread tastes great, plus a plate. Service was great very good, atmosphere is great! Next time you come to London to come.

I stay here 30/40 nights per annum and I'm loathe to tell people about this place as it is a gem of a central London hotel offering better quality rooms and more space than significantly more expensive competitors. The food is also excellent & the breakfast one of the best.

I recently spent a week at The Arch hotel for a conference. Very impressive hotel in a fantastic location. The perfect place for workshops with friendly service and great facilities. I had two other minor issues. One could hear steps from the room above (although not at night), and the room rate that was confirmed by my travel agency was shown as including tax, but for the hotel, taxes were on top.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Elegant hotel. We had afternoon tea. It was delightful. Service was great, staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely come here again.

What an amazing place. Very easy to get to on the tube. We had and afternoon tea here recently and certainly wasn't disappointed. The decor was superb and left your eyes wandering for all the different quotes. Certainly worth a visit.
