The good — great location, clean, fabulous facilities, great for a couple staying one or two nights at most in London. Nice bathroom. Great communication from the host and very understanding. The bad — The boiling hot water tap in kitchen is dangerous really surprised that no one has had an accident. Very stuffy and hot, no AC and no fresh air as windows don't or at best very hardly open. The ugly — The outside isn't pretty but suppose that doesn't really matter. Would recommend if going out in Camden but have had better, elsewhere in London, for the price.
Excellent location, but a horrible place to stay in the summer heat. No AC, a tiny (broken) fan, essentially hotboxing in a greenhouse. While flat was tidy and shower pleasant, they skimped on the toiletries. Bare kitchen (e. G. Presumably functioning oven, but nothing to put in it; dearth of crockery/utensils/etc…). There tiny winding staircase leading up to flat, so lugging up luggage was an absolute nightmare. While kind enough to defer stay when we’d previously had to cancel our trip, and we were allowed to check in an hour early, subsequent communication was poor (seldom responded to emails/queries, etc…) … not really helpful. Never again… not worth the money.

Great location if wanting to stay near Camden and a short tube ride from Central — Mornington Crescent tube is just around the corner. Perfect for a casual weekend in London. Very accommodating host with good communication. Apartment is well decorated with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and basic kitchen facilities. Everything was working during our stay. As other reviews have said, there was still some decorating going on in the hallway but once it's finished (if it isn't already) I'm sure it will be nice. The apartment did look a bit more spacious in the photos but it didn't bother us and if you're just there for a few days it's fine. Would stay again.
