I spent 17 days staying St. Simeon Private Hotel with my nephew. Totally family friendly, people help you with your needs when travelling. Breakfast perfect for a long day in London, good rooms. Thank you, Sir George, Theodora, Ivan and those whose name I can't remember now.

Located in delightful neighborhood, very close to the Metro station, a bit whipping and spartan, pretty small spaces, good breakfast.

Value for money. Very good location. Friendly staff.

Good value for regular price. We paid premium on a very busy weekend so it was overpriced. Breakfast was great!

Normal hotel, no frills, to spend a finde, in a good area of the city and about 2 metro stops. Breakfast was good. They didn't speak Spanish, but we understood each other more or less.

I stayed there with my students and we LOVED it! We got all the back-up we needed for our first stay in London — free city maps, day travelcard purchase advice, adapters, iron… you name it! Home atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, nice-smelling sheets and towels… I highly recommend it & definitely plan to go back! THANK YOU, ST. Simeon! :)

Hotel in London, well connected, good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, although the facilities are dingy.

Modest site, well located, with a very friendly service, of humble character, abundant breakfast, many things to improve, but if it is a short stay if it is advisable, we had incidents the first day with the room and immediately we solved it.

From one there is a butcher shower in our room impossible to shower with a ventilation too noisy.

A bit oldish hotel. Super service and better breakfast than luxury hotels have.

We really enjoyed the stay. The managers are welcoming, friendly, very helpful until late at night, thanks to them we were even able to benefit from discounts in restaurants and outings. Our family room was spacious with a nice balcony to the beautiful Street View. Not at all noisy at night. The breakfast is ultra greedy, many choices with possibility of English breakfast for those who wish. The only downside for us was the comfort of the mattresses.

Good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast plentiful and nothing was missing! Small room but with everything you need, great central location in London and convenient to the Metro. Only neo lift out of service throughout the 3 day holiday, with the room on the third floor was not the best.

The room is worn and the window won't close, but everything is working fine and it's still warm inside. Service is excellent and the staff very friendly.

A hotel from a few pretenses, very small and outdated rooms. Considering the price we can stay if it wasn't that it's not spotless! I give three stars for the kindness of the owners and the availability but I would not go back honestly! As for breakfast so many accozzaglie of little quality is to be satisfied.

In This hotel I found myself well. Central and close to the subway. Very quiet area. The room was a double and had a bed by the square and a half, a little small I would say. The small bathroom with a washbasin built into the wall, a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly, the owner nice and allegorical. Family. I hope to go back soon + + + + + recommend it. Good value for money.

We stay at St Simeon as part of a four-day short trip to London. The double room with bath and breakfast cost £60 per night.
Rating: + + location, nearest subway station (Cloucester Road) only 5min away.
+ + price, for London very cheap + + nice staff + — good breakfast, but bad coffee/tea — no real duvet cover, only sheets with blanket about it, double bed only 120cm wide — — shower is very tight (curtain stuck to the body constantly), shower head was defective — — WLAN went O Good as not at all.

This may be a self-proclaimed budget hotel, but it is in a great location, very clean with lovely staff and good value. Hence the 5 stars.

Friendly and plenty of space in room for a family. Breakfast was good as well. Great price and location.

It's a clean, spacious for London standards hotel within 3 minutes walk to subway station and walking distance to many attractions, points of interest, tour buses, shopping, casino, restaurants, etc. For any taste. We stayed with our 1.5 years old son and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff is very nice and hospitable, helpful and simply sweet, we felt like a family:-) The breakfast was great: very delicious and diverse! We'll be back! Thanks to the team!

The location was great. It was close to an underground station, laundry mat and shops. The breakfast was great and we could have as much as we wanted. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Good location and nice quiet area. Rooms and fittings quite dated — simple and modest. Couldn't stomach breakfast though, it smelled and looked horrible.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. It is very family friendly. The breakfast is wonderful, location is great, with the Underground and a Tescoes nearby. Most of all, the staff are really helpful and make you feel very welcome. The kitchen is yours to share whenever you feel like bringing food in, and they even do the dishes for you afterwards! We were greeted by warm, homemade pancakes on the first afternoon we arrived, just because one of the staff was in the middle of making a batch… free fruit was offered and drinks too. Very friendly staff and a quaint, old fashioned feel to the hotel but with great mod cons like free Wi-Fi and an armband for an electronic key! Lovely place to stay!

Very convenient location, full 1 area and close to the metro. Breakfast, full English breakfast included. Rooms slightly sparse no hairdryer and fridge.

Hotel in a quiet location. Slightly away from the Centre but anyway facilnente. Family-run great and full English breakfast. All dated but clean enough. Good price quality stocks.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and drinks and food were plentiful but security for your belongings are terrible. They are not even safe in your locked room! We only stayed two nights (because we were robbed all my during the day after the first night. Our suff was in a locked room on the second floor! ) I didn't feel safe there and I knew I certainly couldn't leave my luggage there and enjoy a day out in London. In case I came back again to find more belongings stolen. Rooms are not secure and staff made every excuse in the book for not using decent locks. They leave you luggage in the dining room if you check in early or want your luggage stored after you check out. And the front door is never secured. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

St Simeon hotel deserves more than a 2-star hotel quality. The service is not matchable; no one rivals the price; the included breakfast is amazing; and it is located in a prime location, with a short walk from the underground. I have traveled to London several times. Nothing has been better that my stay at St. Simeon. Great hotel and they scored a customer for life! Thank you.

Very enjoyable weekend stay, though think they might need to organise the breakfast buffet differently, anx alliw customers to choose, rather than coming round to each table with a selection of fruits, pastries, cheeses and hams B-).

The breakfast served there was just what I needed to get ready for my day. The tube station is right down the road (Gloucester Rd. ) The rooms were clean, and the staff was open to helping me. I had a great stay.
